Here's a nice drama. Nothing outstanding but still a good one.

The story was kinda clichéd, but still well done. The second half of the drama is slightly better than the first one, it has some supernatural elements even though it's supposed to be realistic, but nothing too negative; other than that, there's not really much to say about it.

The acting was overall good. Some side characters were bad but some others were good. The three main actors were just perfectly in their role.
Although, the characters weren't really well-developed. Except the main characters, the others were really lacking a good development and the antagonist was just disappointing. Even though this is personal, Akira's character was unpleasant during a lot of episodes; in the end I still managed to accept it and even like his role.

The music can actually be the best part of it. The ending is very good and the main themes are actually awesome. But the over-usage of the main theme and the mediocre ones lower the score.

If you like simple school dramas and have no problem (or like) the bullying theme, then Nobuta wo Produce is a good choice.

For me the first eight or nine episodes were almost perfect and then it went downhill before the last two episodes being completely disappointing. I don't want to post spoilers but I think this is one of those dramas that could have been better with an ending like they used to have them in the 90s and early 2000s kdramas.

I actually needed to think for a while until I decided on the rating. There are things that brought me so much enjoyment in this drama, so many screencaps spamming my mdl friends with (I apologize couldn't help myself:D) but there are some things that annoyed me as well, or that I didn't enjoy, or found useless, or even wished it was written out of the story, even if that would shorten it to a 12 episodes drama.

There is two sides to the story. There is your typical chaebol family with their problems and struggle to inherit the company, then there is also the side of the character dealing with a multiple personality disorder meeting a cheerful normal girl, who belongs to a cheerful normal family. The way that lovely family is so perfectly portrayed, and how fun it was to have them on screen, makes me wonder why koreans are so obsessed with chaebol stories. In any case when I look at it in that sense, the story isn't original at all, and I find the disorder was used as a trope rather than being the central key to the story. The reason is, we don't see any real treatment to it, though we do deal with the past, but realism wasn't what the drama was going for. That did not bother me because it made the characters of this drama original, changing the dynamic this drama would've taken otherwise.

The acting is what elevated this drama, made it not only watchable, but one of the most anticipated dramas for me this season. I am ashamed to admit it is my first time watching a Ji Sung drama, and oh boy, saying I'm impressed is an understatement. His distinct portrayal of each personality striking. He had full control of the look in his eyes, his voice, and every nerve forming his facial expression. Then there is Park Seo Joon who is also my first time seeing. He is one of the best his generation, and I'm pretty sure his future is already set. As a loser son, as an amazing brother, as a mysterious writer, and a haunted individual with a bit of darkness, he depicted so many sides of his character you'd this he's the one with the disorder lol. Hwang Jung Eum might've understandably annoyed many viewers but she didn't bother me. I think it's because her character is so frank that I can forgive anything. I liked her in the serious scenes more though. The actors playing Ri Jin and Ri On's parents were also fun, and very natural in their role. Specially the mom always expressing her love, fear, expectations and pride through her facial expression. Choi Won Young as secretary Ahn was also fun. his role was straightforward that I don't think he was required anything more, but he did manage his comedic moments throughout and that I appreciate. Last but not least, the children were also really good in their role. As for the rest of the cast, they might've been good but I didn't notice, because I didn't care and mostly was skipping their scenes. Thankfully the actors/characters mentioned above were onscreen mostly.

I really appreciate the direction here, many things were handle impressively, but some things started annoying me later on in the series. I like the effects used, when blurring the line between reality and illusion. I also really love the effective use to light here. I think it helped Ji Sung in portraying his characters. Basically each of the personalities had a specific light and colours used, emphasizing on their character but sublte enough to not disturb the whole scene. The choice of music was also great and effective, especially that theme song ?? (Auditory Hallucination). I do have a complaint though with this department. The amount of flashbacks used in the last 6 episodes could fill two complete episodes. The same goes with the dragged out scene of a brooding character for the sake of finishing the song. It felt really inefficient and draggy. I am happy that they used this way to drag out the episodes instead of using writing unnecessary events to drag out the story. Still I would prefer that a drama cuts out everything that makes it boring and draggy.

As for the ending, it's hard for me to say if I was overall satisfied or not. The part that I fully enjoyed in the story had a well written and extremely satisfying ending, the side that I didn't enjoy had an even worse ending.

I put a high rewatch value only because I think it'll be fun to go back and watch the personalities of Ji Sung and watch Ri On and Ro Jin bicker, although I wouldn't attempt the whole drama a second time.

To summarize my thoughts, the story itself is actually is actually generic, while the themes and tropes used are original. The main characters are different, written with depth and insight and the acting was through the roof. It was highly entertaining and did not let the melo side drag it down.

Like its lead characters, Kill Me, Heal Me is a splendid mess. If you’re looking for subtlety, good medical ethics, or a realistic exploration of mental illness, watch something else. However, if you’re willing to be swept up in the show’s campy, gonzo universe, it’s a hoot, and, towards the end, surprisingly moving as well. Ji Sung gives a fabulous performance (performances?), transitioning effortlessly from hilarity to pathos, guyliner to pink lip gloss, teen angst to adult longing. The tonal shifts are equally dramatic, and more effective than one might think, in part because the show never takes itself too seriously. It’s happy to acknowledge its inherent absurdities, winking at viewers while welcoming them, often quite literally, into its world. This is fundamentally a piece about performance, and its meta-theatricality is an apt medium for exploring the many roles people voluntarily and involuntarily play. Cha Do Hyun’s disorder is simply the most extreme version of the multiple sides all of the characters exhibit as they struggle with the challenges of life.

The writing can be structurally erratic, but it’s always balanced and humane in its portrayal of both its heroes and its demons. This is a show driven by the “Heal Me” part of its title, emphasizing not vengeance for past wrongs, but reconciliation and re-integration for future happiness. Some plot threads are left hanging, but its exploration of how people are broken and put back together, medically implausible as it may be, is metaphorically lovely. It’s fiction, but it’s a show that knows that the stories we tell have the power to reshape our lives.

This drama is one of the best of 2014. I truly enjoy the action, mystery and sweet romance in the story line. The three main actor/actress performance skill are exceptional. And the 'before' scene were marvelous written and executed. Thank You for such an amazing story and performance.

This drama was beautifully executed until the end. The actors performance made it more believable than just a drama. We cried, laughed and suffered with all their heartbreaking emotions. The three lead actors Ji Sung, Hwang Jung Eum and Park Seo Joon did an exceptional performance!!!

I started this drama because of Kim Jaejoong.
I like him and i watched almost all his dramas.
About this drama i expected something more, maybe more action.
I thought the plot was more complete and i expected more events happened in the character's life but I waited and waited but nothing happened.

[WARNING - SMAL SPOILER ]

From the start to the end the plot is concentrated about the past of Seon Woo's mother and there was a moment i think Seon Woo is Kwang Ki Chul's son but at the end it won't never revealed.
And what were the last two episodes? oh! what Seon Woo did is humanly impossible, wait a second you have a gunshot wound and you can stay about 2 days without care and assistent? it is totally impossible.
What the director did think to do? it's not credible.
And in the last scene what is it? How can Yoon Jin show at him like nothing was happen? and why she dressed like that?

[ END SPOILER ]

I can't say to recommend to you guys, because this drama is a little bit boring and repetitive too, so if you want more actions and more romanticism you shouldn't watch it. but if you are a fan of Kim Jaejoong then you should watch it because it is the last project in which you can catch him before his returning from the military service and also because there he showed a better recitation.
So let's wait Kim Jaejoong and love him !

So while I was siting here trying to figure out what I could add to the praise that this drama is receiving , I just thought hell just say what you think.

I was mesmerized by this drama, because the acting has just so raw and flawless, the cast truly complemented each other, they covered for each other flaws and blended seamlessly. It was a pleasure to watch them act, so if you really have reservation about watching this drama, throw them away because even if the story doesn't resonate with you, the acting will pull you in.

The Music was really soothing and beautiful, it got a 8.5 from me because well I was mostly only into two songs, the rest I just found them passable , but I think that they superposed them to the scene on screen pretty well.

I have to admit that has everyone was saying that the show brought them to tears, I did not cry one bit that is why it's not getting that 10 that would have established it has a masterpiece for me. I laughed at the right places, and got sad but I did not get to the heart-wrenching desperation that some viewers felt, and I think that his one of the flaw if this drama, it easily brought to tear criers but it did not try to reach the extra mile for those who don't cry easily.

I'm suspecting that the writers just lean too easily on the actors and director excepting them to do all the work to deliver her work.

Anyway do not let these things keep you away from good entertainment thought. Because I feel that these drama kind of prove that there is still hope for K-dramas actors and that we have actors out there that can act.
So I don't know if this will be helpful but I felt like I should say it . have fun watching.

I started watching this drama after healer, because i was suffering of the fact that it finished.
at first i wasn't impressed, because i don't really like it when the main character is a little older, but i forgot about that after the 1. episode already.
now let me tell you how awesome this drama was.

what made the drama outstanding for me were many things

- first it was a very brilliant idea to make a drama about a man with split personalitys, i personally think, it's hard to act as many people at the same time in a drama. but you really believed that the personalitys are different. of course you know it's the same actor or person, but i didn't get that feeling while watching.

- which leads to my second point: the acting. i don't know how to put it in words, how awesome i think the acting was. ji sung pulled the characters of so great and believable. you start to recognize which character is coming out, the first second he looks at the camera. I never saw a actor so awesome until now.

- the characters he portrayed were so lovable. there wasn't even one of his personalitys i disliked (well i've got to admit i didn't like se gi at first. but after a few episodes i felt so bad for him, that i started loving him)

- the plot twists are amazing and so creative, that i had to catch my breath. i expected a little things, when the hints were given, but what they made of it was so much more shocking, than what i thought of.

- i kinda suffered of second-lead-syndrome again, but in a way that made it not awful to watch. i really really loved the second lead, but i didn't want him to be together with her. it didn't made it less hurting at the end (i cried so much), but i felt relieved, that he still accepted it .

At the end i have to say this drama made me feel worse at the end, than healer did. Because i still have to look for a new drama and hate that it ended, but i really feel like i lost a good friend, the moment i watched the last minute.
Please please watch it. You definitely won't regret it, because so far it's one of the best dramas this year.

I started watching this drama, because of the main couple. I watched them in Secret, so I wanted to watch something else related to them.
My first impression that this drama left on me was good.
The storyline is amazing. The writers did a great job. They really knew how to mess with a viewers mind. With this drama you will laugh and cry in the same time, and you won't be bored at all.
Well, for the acting it was good. I can surely say that, Ji Sung mastered this role, he played a high school girl, I mean even if I am a girl I couldn't do that like he did. Amazing!!!!
Hwang Jung Eum was good, I really like her, but the only thing that I didn't like is her yelling and screaming, it was a bit annoying.
I really like their chemistry in this drama. It was cute and romantic.
Oh, and the OST was amazing. Especially, Auditory Hallucination. That OST has a great power to cause outburst of emotion in the viewer.
I really miss all of the characters. They really growth on my heart.
I recommend this to everyone. Even if you are having some doubts, start it, maybe you will end up liking it. :D

A man with D.I.D (Multiple Personality Disorder) tries to get rid of his disorder with the help of a secret doctor - This is the first drama with this issue that I have watched, and I must say the whole crew who put this drama together did an amazing job, the places they went, the way it was filmed, the lighting - everything was perfect. I loved it.

I teared up over most of the "personalities", squealed with excitement over Se Gi, Rolled with laughter at Yo Na, felt warmth with Do Hyun, hurt for Yo Sub, and had fun with Perry ^^ Little Nana was adorable and Mr. X was...just like I had dreamed (Yes I had a dream where Mr.X appeared) he would be - apparel and all lol :P He's definitely mysterious *smirk* <----Ji Sung pulls all these characters off so well, I'm left speechless. I for one could never pull off a girl role as well as he did (even though I am a girl and he's not lol). Ji Sung is definitely an actor people should keep their eyes on.

Hwang Jung Eum plays Ri Jin exceptionally well, she's a great actress (I just always wish she keep her hair long). I loved Do Hyun's relationship with Ri Jin, the trust that was built between the two & the past the entwined them together. The actors have good chemistry (anyone who has watched their previous drama together would know lol).

Oh Ri On (Park Seo Joon) was great at playing the brother and mysterious writer Omega, I already want to see him on another drama. This was my 3rd drama seeing him on - he is definitely talented <3

Secretary Ahn Gook (Choi Won Young) I like this actor and was glad when I saw him here, he's a very loving secretary who looks
out for and cares for our lead. I'd place him in the position of a dad, older brother "Hyung" or best friend.

Music: 'Auditory Hallucinations' by Jang Jae In & Na Show & 'Unspeakable Secret' by Moon Myung Jin were my favorite songs
from this drama, I have them on cd now and listen to them a lot ^^

I will definitely rewatch this drama someday & would recommend it to anyone :D The only reason I rated this with a 9.5 is because I wanted a little more closure at the end.

When I read reviews, I always like someone who gives both the good and the bad sides of the drama.
Now I'm going to do it, I will give my opinions about this drama.

First of all, I don't want to be overly excited about this drama because I just finished watch it. But after a few days I think about it again and I am still in LOVE with this drama!!

I watched this drama with my fiance and he said that this drama could be ended in 12 episodes if there was no romance involved. He was more interested in the action scenes and the intrigues. On the other side, romance time was the most anticipating scene for me. I love how CYS and SJH bound to each other. Most couples in Korean dramas that I've watched usually are rigid and seems to hold back to touch someone they love. I mean, well, if I love someone I will not be hesitate to touch my lover and making skinship as much as possible. The relationship of the 2 main casts seemed make sense to me and so natural. Probably for some people CYS and SJH are overly attached to each other, but for me it's just normal, that is how we do when we're so in love.

The story was so well-written and the casts were perfectly chosen. I can not picture anyone who can play either CYS or SJH better then Park Min-young and Ji Chang-wook. Anyway, this is my first time watching them on screen and now I have the thirst to watch them again. The thing is, this is their best drama so far, so i can't expect better drama from their past.. T_T

The thing that makes me a little disappointed is the ending. I think that I need some more explanations and previews about how each character live their lives after all of this. Anyway, too much or too little are both no good so I think it was ended with the good proportions. FYI, I watched the last episode more than once because I don't believe its really overrr...

At last but not least is the music. I don't know how many people would agree with me, but I expect some strong and up-beat music for the action scene's background, but most of the time, it's always instrumental music with soft piano and strings. Buutttt, all the OSTs : I LOVE ITT!!! I sync them on my phone and I always have a good memory of the drama when I listened to the OST. The OST that I love the most is "You", I repeated the song like..all the time :D

Well, one amazing drama was over, let's anticipate for another good one. We have to move on guys...(it's hard though)

Every fan of GOT7 or JYP was waiting for this drama happily, isn't that so?

First of all, the story was unique. It had those akward or funny moments, some which would even make you ask yourself "what is happening?" (mostly at the beggining), but it also has very cute moments that will make you smile all of the sudden and moments when you will empathise with the characters. Also, if you love the members of GOT7 you will love every second you get to see them; it would never be a waste of time!

Secondly, I personally loved the idea of "knights" and having such funny and handsome knights beside you wouldn't bother you, would it? (haha) The acting was really satisfying, I got attached to the main story and to all the characters, each of them having their own part.

Moreover, the music was really playful and I enjoyed how it was "placed" during every moment of the drama. Being a fan of GOT7, it was amazing for me to both see them act and listen to their songs at the same time.

To sum up, wether you are a fan of GOT7 and JYP or not, this drama is defintely worth watching because it has a lot of funny moments and you can never get bored. You won't be dissapointed if you give it a chance.

One of the best dramas I have seen. I loved the same two actors in "Secret" (a drama about the depths of tragedy, injustice, and personal suffering). Absolutely amazing to see the same actors bring their fantastic chemistry to this show, creating an award-worthy cast of characters yet again, while showing their great versatility. Proof of the two lead actors' immense range of acting skills.

I agree especially with the first, very detailed reviews here. Others have said it so well. I really enjoyed KMHM and will watch it again in the future. It is the kind I like to see more than once. Lots of heart, lots of laughs. I think it will become a classic!

How perfectly Ji Sung created each "personality"! Each "person" came to life so vividly onscreen!
