2015 definitely had some great quality dramas filled with buzz and fervor such as Kill Me, Heal Me, Healer, and I Remember You. Even though the three dramas mentioned contains comedy, its underlying plot is heavy and convoluted. Sometimes, we just want a simple, straightforward plot that are guaranteed with comedic chops and hijinks. To me, She Was Pretty is the perfect example for that. It is indeed light, funny, and often times crazy, but there is definitely heart in the drama that tugs our own.
Personally, I've developed a connection with Hye-jin, for many particular reasons. Her character is an embodiment of the majority of women. At some point, she is relatable - and worth rooting for. Even with its flaws, SWP tugged at my heartstrings. I enjoyed it while it lasted, cried during moments of insecurity, and laughed when absurdity comes in full fold. Indeed, the story fizzled out after episode 12 (if I remember correctly), having not enough plot points to delve into for four more episodes. Siwon's ddeol-kija (crazy reporter Shin-hyuk), Hwang Jung-eum's Jackson / Kim Hye-jin and Park Seo-joon's Ji Sung-joon will definitely light up a cloudy day.

Touted as Taiwan’s first ever forensics drama, iHero (????) is a solid offering—nothing spectacular, but well worth the watch. I found the cases fascinating not for the investigation itself, because they were rather predictable from start to finish; if the culprit’s not so-and-so, then it’s naturally so-and-so else, kind of like the initial frenzy over the villain’s identity in The Girl Who Sees Smells (??? ?? ??) (c’mon, we all knew it was gonna be either Song Jong-ho or Namgoong Min!). Not many twists and turns really, just a lot of clue-hunting so as to incriminate the suspect in question. In the end what I really liked the cases for were their resolutions and/or lessons learned; some villains were too far gone for redemption as the show does have a fair share of crazies, but others truly got a taste of their own medicine when informed that their misguided crimes were committed in vain. It was a good weekend marathon, definitely!
I came into this very much content that there would be no romance but was pleasantly surprised to see a subtle loveline between the leads à la Dr. Frost (?? ????). It’s not too much romance to douse the entire show with cheese (thankfully) but works very well as an brief tension-breaker in the midst of serious investigation, so I’ve no complaints whatsoever. Light romance does imply ordinary leads, but again it’s such a rarity to see a drama of this genre in Taiwan that I really don’t mind the baby steps at all—antiheroes and characters of the like require a deft writing quill, and there’s already enough on the writers’ hands what with all the crime procedural technicalities. What did make me ecstatic was the directing; it’s a really beautiful experience seeing a narrative unfold on a dynamic screen for once, from Taiwan at least. I know it’s rude and totally baseless of me to overgeneralize about Taiwan—but blame it on my watching too many SETTV dramas lately, of which the camerawork is often so boring I could drop asleep without even being narcoleptic. As such, the cinematography in iHero is a breath of fresh air.

1. I could really feel the chemistry between the male lead and female lead.
2. When Prajak, played by Tik, looks at Wanida,(played by Aff), I felt like he truly loves her. It was very believable.
3. The main lead doesn't always believe the evil characters lies blindly like many other male leads.
I would recommend this drama because it is one of the most romantic dramas in my opinion. This is a story line that has been used over and over. The man marries a girl but he loves another woman and promises to divorce and marry her. Even though it had a typical story line, I was worth the watch and I didn't get tired of the story at all. From beginning to end it was very entertaining.
Lastly, this drama is a bit more slow paced and the ending is pretty predictable but overall I loved it.

It is the crazy love lines, hilariously unexpected turn of events, the classcial music used in every funny moment and the slow motions that makes it even more hilarious, and of course it´s the characters chemistry and charismatic sense of humor (amazing acting from the entire cast) that makes ´Marriage, Not Dating´ an interesting and unique drama , just like its title.
Another wonderful thing was the lovely ost, my personal favourites were ´Stop the love now´ by Ben a.k.a BeBe Mignon and ´Love lane´ from the rookie girlsband Mamamoo ^^
To keep it short this drama features a good mix of romance and comedy that never fails to make you laugh out loud and keeping you interested of what´s coming next.
P.S- I really enjoyed this drama. It became one of my favourite rom coms´ so far ^-^

I don´t know about the previous live action dramas ( maybe someday i´ll give it a try as well) but I was not expecting this drama version to be soooo good! The producers and the whole cast managed to improve some details of the story telling by focussing on and expanding every characters´ back stories, personalities and emotions in a very charismatic way, unlike the anime version ´Hana Yori Dango´, that payed more atention on the main roles instead.
Not to mention the ost was extremely catchy. Loved it! I coulnd´t stop singing along whenever such songs as ´Paradise´ (Almoooost Paradise! xD), ´Stand by me´, ´Because i´m Stupid´, and ´One more time´came on. They were stuck in my head for days.
The only, tiny thing that i didn´t fully apreciate was the final episodes near the ending.. in my opinion they dragged it a little too much with that unnecessary final obstacle between the main charecters, because let´s be honest, they already had enough throughout the entire show. However, it was still a great ending.
Now, some of you might be asking: Is it worth a rewatch? My answer is definitely. Every element present in it is what makes it a classic in the history of dramas. So if you have it in your ´Plan to watch´ list or are considering to add it, then don´t miss it.

I have to say I REALLY ENJOYED this drama... The story made me curious episode by episode I was really wondering how it would turn out, which choices would they make, how would things go!!?
The story was clear and easy to follow. It unloaded the plot little by little, keeping you
alert and eager to know and discover~
As for the acting. I'd say DOR was an eye opener for me on Eric, which made a FANTASTIC job in his acting. His character is strong and weak at the same time... He really hit me! Sung Joon was a bit limp, compared to what he made me used to ^^ YoMi, as far as it concerns my experience, has the same kind of role which fits her well... And finally Hyun Min and Seul Gi are just *amazing* as usual !!
I STRONGLY and FIRMLY recommend this drama :3

The story was way~ less wishy-whashy that was I excpected it to be! It's so sweet, and nice. The story rolled out so prettily and naturally.
I had ENOURMOUS laughter all along, it was so~ enjoyable! With so many tender parts~~
I'd say its a *confortable* drama to watch!
Both leading characters have great acting skills and the two other main characters are really attaching.
SeulGi is as cute as ever and DooJoon played his role eagerly! I'd say!!!
I'm GLAD they made this into a Drama Special, as I never go in the Movie Section.... and would have missed the opportunity!

I like it because the story is different and new. It is not cliche.
I likw to praise Joo Won and Joo Sang Wook for their acting.
The chemistry is great too. Sadly this drama is not acclaimed on other countries even though this drama is great popular in Korea on 2013

The premise is alright, unexpected couple, the guy is obssesed with her and she slowly falls in love with him. Maybe in the manga version is developed better since it has more time/chapters, but here in the drama to me felt quite rushed. I don't know if I missed something (they often spoke very fast I couldn't even read the subtitles) but I didn't know how or when did Hoshikawa fell for Junko, I wish we could have seen more of that. The way they wrote it, I found it a little difficult to relate to them or to feel their love story (? it just felt rushed to me.
Acting wise, it was good, nothing horrible, maybe a couple of the supporting cast weren't as strong but in general I thought it was good. Although I have to admit that I had a little trouble understanding their English when they're supposed to be really good at it. I think just Hayami Mokomichi and Furukawa Yuki had a good pronunciation. Ishihara Satomi wasn't that bad but she still needs a little practice to sound more natural. It's not that important, just a little pet-peeve of mine.
In general I don't think it's a horrible drama, but it's nothing amazing. It's a light romantic comedy story that it's enjoyable. And I have to name myself a Ishihara Satomi fan, I just really enjoy watching her dramas.

Ouroboros' main problems lie within its unoriginal story and how said story is executed. I'm not saying that is a bad thing because plenty of stories are unoriginal, story writing thrives on borrowing elements and themes from one another, but its how these unoriginal stories are tackled that is what makes them original. Do I make sense? (I probably don't because I'm an insomniac, and my brain is muddled due to lack of sleep). I digress - my point was, Ouroboros doesn't do anything different with its story to make it original. Most of the major plot twists can be seen from a mile off and have been seen before. It makes the scriptwriting seem a bit lazy and contrived, because an intelligent viewer has already figured out something major before the characters had. There are also lot of plot holes. They aren't exactly massive, but they're important enough to be detrimental to the score of the drama. After you watch Ouroboros you'll probably be sitting there wondering why so and so's backstory wasn't properly explored before they popped on screen, or what happened to so and so after so and so was killed. The villain of the week type structure that the writers were trying to maintain for the first 4-5 episodes, whilst attempting an overarching storyline, is what contributed to the problems in plot. There's also a massive sense of inevitability from the outset of the drama.
However, despite my criticisms of the predictable nature of the drama, I do commend the writers for managing to keep the MAIN major plot twist unpredictable. I did really go WTF when the BIG big reveal was revealed, and when the drama ended. And as I said before, whilst there is a massive sense of inevitability from the beginning of the drama, the ending will genuinely have you sitting in shock for a couple of seconds (maybe more of you're a more sensitive viewer).
Whilst the story might not be particularly innovative, the characters sure are. Ryuuzaki and Danno are not your typical one-dimensional revenge drama male leads. Both believed they had gone off the righteous path a long time ago, when they were really still struggling between right and wrong. Ryuuzaki found it difficult to fight between his desire to avenge the only mother-figure he'd ever known or just forget his vengeance and move on with his life with a woman who cared for him. Danno - who just seemed like a ruthless, yet intelligent, yakuza - who didn't want anyone to see the real him and was still holding on to the love he had as a child and was willing to sacrifice himself for another's happiness. Whilst the two did do quite immoral things and sold themselves as dishonest men, the trajectory they went through for redemption - and eventual happiness - was befitting and highlighted their essentially child-like souls. I also think that the two had one of the sweetest and endearing bromances as well. The two characters were also played wonderfully with great nuanced performances by Ikuta Toma and Oguri Shun - who had a great dynamic with each other.
Inspector Hibino was also a beautifully sincere and resilient character who learnt that forgiveness can be more important than justice when it comes to the people you hold near to you. Although she went through a lot of pain during Ouroboros' run, her trajectory made her grow as a person and see the world in a wider sense so you just knew that her scars will heal and she'll come back even better. Ueno Juri played her so wonderfully that I forgot she's the same actress who played Nodame - she really became Hibino Mizuki.
The supporting characters were also great and there wasn't a single character or performance I disliked. The villain, though, was a bit eh but otherwise the rest of the cast managed to hold their ground and deliver nuanced performances despite the three leads being at such a magnanimous level of talent.
At its heart, Ouroboros is essentially a character study which redeems the somewhat lacklustre plot since the characters in Ouroboros are so relateable and are backed up by an excellent cast. Don't watch Ouroboros if you're hoping for something that breaks the mould in the revenge genre, but watch it because you'll be moved by each characters trajectory and the realness of their suffering.

Some scenes needs trigger warning since the drama is also trying to show light to suicide and self harm. Despite this the overall atmosphere in the drama is bright and there is also a lot of comedy.
I loved the cast they executed the drama well my favorite is Jisoo his character really tugged at my heart strings.
I have already re watched this drama more then two times from start to finish and I'm not sick of it yet.
I have one compliant over this drama and that is the cheesy lines in the drama that kind of destroyed the feeling in a few scenes.
