Story: 9.5/10 Oh my goodness.. The story is so well written. There was a lot of suspense and it was unpredictable. The characters were well developed and they had lots of characteristics. Yoo jung's husband was so upsetting LOL. Yoo Jung's character will really get to you. I don't really get why Ji Sung fell in love with Yoo Jung that fast but um ok haha. Lee Da Hee's character was kind of pathetic. I never figured out what really happened to Ji Sung's girlfriend's secret death until the ending so man they kept it well sealed! The only part I don't like in this whole drama was the ending. I expected a little more from the romance but well it ended well.
Acting/Cast: 10/10 Hwang Jung eum's acting is flawless as always. Her tears make you cry ok like I could not stop crying whenever she cried. Her acting is so incredible that you'll literally feel heaps of sympathy for her. Soo bin's acting was pretty good and Lee Da hee's arrogant image was well done just like in her other dramas. Her clothes were so pretty! *-* Ji Sung was SO good oh my goodness. He really improved from All In to now.
Music: 10/10 they all stood out to me and I was like I have to get this hahah
rewatch value: 9/10 yes maybe
overall: 9.5/10 I recommend thissss

Acting: I mean the acting was pretty good except Jin Se Yeon. I had no idea what her character was supposed to be doing or was feeling at all. She was just so stiff, cold, and emotionless. Is that what her character was supposed to be??
Music: its ok
Rewatch value: no
Overall: overall, this drama was not awful because it did start off pretty strong but it died off. Another great example of this is My Lovely Girl. So, that being said, I don't really recommend this drama...

Ehh...
Story: Ehhh... Not original imo. The main focus was romance so if you like romance then here, but I never cried once in this drama. Story was boring and romance was quite boring. Didn't feel any chemistry here. Both leads' characters were annoying.Acting/Cast: A lot of people told me that Hye Sun is really good in this drama but her acting bugged me. She cried way too much and way too loud. That was unnecessary. She overreacts imo. Not a fan.
Music: Eh
Rewatch Value: Eh, no.
Overall: Eh, tbh, just eh. You might like it if you're a hardcore melodrama and romance lover? For me it's a pass. Not an awful drama though.

Acting/Cast: 4.5/10 Eh. They acted okay. I thought So Eun & Kim Bum were cute. They had chemistry. Lee Min Ho & Ku Hye Sun had no chemistry whatsoever. Throughout the whole drama I had to put up with Geum Jandi's annoying character. I don't know if she was supposed to act that way, but DAMN. she was so damn annoying I can't even. The way she talked and acted and dressed. It all bugged me.
Music: 8/10
rewatch value: no. nope. not ever.
Overall value: 7.5/10

What did I just watch?
When I finished the Heirs the first thing I said to myself was what did I just watch? This was such an overrated drama. It was ridiculous. I watched this because of Lee Min Ho but I gave up at episode 5. I fast forwarded through the rest of the episodes and the later episodes only dragged and got worse. This drama never picked up the pace or got better like ??!Story: Here's how I'll summarize this story:
How many cliches would you like to stuff in this--
Author: yes.
Acting/Cast: Park Shin Hye and her typical role as the pathetic poor girl whose main hobby is sobbing and getting comfort from the main guy...
Music: Maybe it would have been better without any music, ha.
Rewatch Value: Don't even mention it.
Overall Value: This is so overrated, don't watch it. What a waste of time. Ridiculous.
The reason I gave this a 4 because I don't give any dramas that I've finished below a 4 since I don't really know what the difference between a 2 rating and a 4 rating anymore lol.

Story: Not bad, I liked it, just not a whole lot. Happy ending and it flowed. I just didn't understand Sungyeol's character and it was kind of cliche..
Acting/Cast: Kim Sae Ron can really act! Woo Hyun was pretty good and so was Sungyeol.
Rewatch Value: It was enjoyable but I wouldn't rewatch this..
Overall: 8/10 I think you should give it a try. It was a sweet drama.

It was okay, really...
It started off really good and I waited for every episode to air. I didn't necessarily finish this drama to be honest. After ep 11 I just kept skipping through the rest.. I watched this for Myungsoo and Krystal but I'm disappointed.Story: Okay, the story was just plain weird.. and creepy too. I felt like most of it was off and the author was just writing whatever...
Acting/Cast: I'm sorry but this is called acting..? Sorry Krystal but I thought she acted pretty terribly. She was just stiff the whole time and I don't really know, but I didn't like it. Myungsoo was okay.. He smirked most of the time though so.. There was no chemistry between any of them. Myungsoo & Krystal? No. Rain & Krystal? Lol... please stop.
Music: Some were good
Rewatch Value: Um, I don't think so.
Overall: The pace slowed down later and it just dragged. It was horrible. Waste of time for me. I don't recommend.

I don't know how to say this, but THIS DRAMA IS AMAZING.
Story: I gave the story a 9 because the author gave us a open ended ending, but it's okay because I guess it fits. The pacing could have been a little faster, but it was good enough. In every episode, it was intense, unpredictable, and you never know what is going to occur next.. I was ANXIOUS in every episode honestly. Each episode made me wonder why one character did this and that. I had so many mixed emotions inside of me. One thing though, I'm not usually that big on a lot of romance but surprisingly, I wanted a little more romance-- there was like... nearly none (note: nearly, not completely)Acting/Cast: I FELL IN LOVE WITH ALL OF THE CHARACTERS. They're just THAT AMAZING! Kyung ho's acting was just WOW... I don't think there was anyone who could rock this role like him.. & the rest were really good too!
Music: Fitting.
Rewatch Value: Simply a big fat YES.
Overall: Don't miss out on this drama! It is a must watch for me. However, if you're HUGE on romance, you might feel a bit empty inside. Still a gem though.

I LOVED PINOCCHIO!
I really respect the writer of Pinocchio & I Hear Your Voice. Everything connected, no plot holes. I cried, laughed, smiled through this drama. This is a must watch.Story: It was really good. Usually I prefer crime, suspense, and thrillers over these type of dramas (romance, melodrama, family). However, PInocchio kept me going and really really impressed me. I don't usually like these genres because usually kdramas put their main focus on romance and have such a slow pace, but this pacing was PERFECT and the romance wasn't too much at all.
Acting/Cast: Jong Suk is amazing as always. I'm not a fan of Park Shin Hye since every single drama that I've watched from hers so far annoyed me since all she does is cry and is rather stiff at times... BUT this drama, she aced it! She's improved so much! She did cry in this drama a lot but it was necessary.
Music: I even loved the strings in the background... which is rare for me
Rewatch Value: Eh. Maybe a few years from now?
Overall: I definitely recommend.

I feel like this drama is overrated, but this could just be me?
I didn't like this drama at all. The pacing was way too slow imo & it dragged for me. I guess I'm just not into these type of dramas since there wasn't anything to really grab my attention in this drama. Watched it because I'm a fan of Apink Eunji but I was unable to finish it without sleeping...Story: There isn't really anything special about the plot.. It is so plain and simple and just boring to me.
Acting/Cast: I've seen much better actors/actresses but they are pretty good at acting. Though not experts, they are good.
Music: Nothing that attracted me.
Rewatch Value: I could barely finish this so.. at ep 13 I just skipped and fast forwarded through everything.
Overall: I can't give it a higher rating than this, sorry. However, if you're into youth dramas then maybe...? For me it's a hardcore pass.

Wow, this drama is a masterpiece.
Story: I loved it. There was never a moment when I was bored and it was indeed a very well written story. The villain really was impressive. In this drama, I cried, laughed, and felt anxious. It was like a rollercoaster ride. There is suspense, romance, and lastly, A GOOD ENDING! The romance was NOT too much! It was perfect. There was a balance of everything. One of the kdramas I've watched that did not disappoint. And I mean it. It deserves a 10. Good pacing too! Everything is connected, no plotholes!! I'm usually a fan of HongKong dramas due to their fast pacing and great actors/actresses but this kdrama lived up to all of my standards. Definitely a must watch. Needless to say more? PERFECTION.Acting/Cast: Even though, Lee Bo young & Jong Suk aren't the best couple imo, they definitely acted beautifully!
Music: Ooooh, the feels.
Rewatch Value: I will watch this drama again sometime but I already have recently so it'll a while until then.
Overall: This well written masterpiece deserves NO LESS THAN a PURE 10/10. Must watch. I definitely recommend.

The reasons why I stopped watching? There were many. The first thing was the father-son relationship which didn't seem to get anywhere. I was anticipating to see a lot of bickering and fighting, there was some but the plot was mainly about the father's love relationship. There is more father-son action in the latter part of the drama but the plot just drags badly and honestly speaking I felt extremely bored. To my disappointment the father concentrates mostly on 1. trying to stay alive longer 2. trying to take over the company himself 3. trying to take his revenge on his horrible family. This is all utterly selfish but above that boring. For several episodes the son goes around doing who knows what, seriously. None of that is even relevant to the plot. I was also extremely disappointed with the main couple, I just think there is something weird about it. First of all they barely have any sparks and this makes their relationship boring. Second, I wanted her to end with someone else so badly. Because I think she compliments that other person more.
All in all, the acting was okay and the music was fine. I liked the settings in each scene and the clothes used by the characters. It's just that none of the characters shone and everything became gray mass eventually. I couldn't find myself caring for anyone.

I want to acknowledge Park Shin Hye because she acted so well in here and standing ovation for her natural kissing scene at last, I think Choi In Ha is the better version of Cha Eun Sang. Lee Jong Seok never fails me in delivering his role as always he knows how to adopt himself according to his on-screen partner and his chemistry with everyone he interacted in the drama is very believable. Some actors here standout including the adult Ki Jae Myung exuding charisma and machismo aura and Jin Hyuk also Kim Hee Suk for their portrayal of complex character.
My favorite part in the family values that partake to the viewers the deep love of parents in different ways. I love Grandpa Gong Pil and Hyung Dal Pyeong for their understanding demeanour and greater values given to Inha and Dalpo.
I will look forward what this Pinocchio Team will give us in the future a mind reader or a hiccuping blunt talking witch, I'm on the edge waiting how it will workout.

Ok my review may be very different from everyone else's....I wanted to start this drama for 2 reasons, 1 it's Full House (and I personally love the kversion) and 2 Mike D'Angelo was the lead guy (and I already liked him from his music w/his brother Golf and their drama that I watched way back in 2009 called 'Love Beyond Frontier'). There were several things however that I did not like on this version. But there also were a few episodes/scenes that I did enjoy. The things I liked: The cute scenes - there were a few episodes and scenes that made me giggle and smile like an idiot b/c they were just so cute. I also liked how they would "explain" or "dig into" certain things that they kind of left vague on the kver. However there were a couple of things I wished they would have left alone. (I'll post a spoiler box below if you want to read it).
The things I didn't like: It was very draggy - this version could have easily been made into a 10 episode drama but they made it 20 with all the back stories, staring off into space for 2mins every time and flashbacks that would take up screen time (to me it was wasted screen time b/c I'd get so bored with it I'd skip it). The acting was also lacking compared to the Kversion, although Mike and Manaying were cute & good-looking they didn't have the acting abilities that Rain and Song Hye Kyo had. The acting was believable on the kver. but on the Thai ver. I could tell they were acting by script. (sometimes the cuteness would overshadow that fact but when there was no cuteness I could easily tell "cue" - "ok"...ectra... One of the reasons I found it so draggy and sometimes boring was b/c on the kversion a lot of things happened during the first 2 episodes and while watching this ver. the things that happened during 5 episodes are what took place in the first 2 of the kver. & by the time I got to the 9th episode it was like watching the 4th episode of the Kver. <that's one reason why it's so draggy.... To be honest I was bored a lot. Episodes 9-15 were the best the rest you can skip a lot and not miss a lot (especially if you've seen the kver and know what the basis is).
While the Kversion is more reality based the Thai version is more fantasy based. If I person actually went through things the characters go through and feel - then the Kversion is definitely how most people would react in SHK's shoes and since Rain was a "star" and "self-centered" I can see his actions are more palpable.
The second leads relationships with our main leads was definitely not as believable as it was on the kversion either - whether that's a good thing or bad thing IDK, but at least I didn't strongly dislike them like I did in the Kversion lol
Music: I liked 3 songs - although 1 song was played during most of the show (even though it was over-played I still liked it - it was by the leading actor Mike (and Aom)). Then there was the song on the last episode that I liked and a song by La Ong Fong Band "Secret Admiring" played once during the middle of the drama that I liked.
Re-watch Value: 2/10 - I won't re-watch this one. I will and have watched the Kversion one at least 4xs though.

For me, Miki Honoka as Aihara Kotoko is perfect. I haven't read the manga but I think that she has a fair amount of innocence, of "stupidity" of naiveness and a perfect image of a girl in love. Her acting isn't that exaggerated and annoying just because she isn't smart. And I actually think that Honoka being young is perfect since it started in high school and all the way to college. Of course there are times that Honoka looks like a 12-year-old girl but she clearly has this aura of a bubbly, care-free and determined Kotoko that I imagined.
Yuki Furukawa is the real life Naoki Irie. Yes, he does lack expression at times but I think that perfectly captures Naoki's I-don't-give-fuck / "boring life" attitude. I think that compared to the others, he embodies that cold demeanor well. He doesn't just look good, he looks smart and it actually helps that Furukawa speaks English fluently as it makes it REALLY smart.
I know that some would say that Furukawa and Honoka look like brothers and sisters because of the obvious height difference and I beg to disagree. The fact that Furukawa is actually 26 and Honoka is 16, that's 10 year age difference yet it wasn't THAT evident in the drama. Furukawa looks young. And in fact, it looks like a bittersweet high school love story to a blossoming hate-love college love story. I find the height difference cute because it makes Honoka seem vulnerable yet it contrasts with her personality and Furukuwa can make her feel safe especially when he hugs her. (Though Honoka being 16 and already having romantic scenes...)
Still, the characters are far from perfect. Naoki is like a jerk who keeps Kotoko at arm's length because he knows she's madly in love with him. And Kin-chan is the typical second male lead that's a good guy and madly in love with the girl but gets friendzoned even if he deserves better. But it's an interesting love story of how a cold and smart guy (who hates dumb girls) falls in love with one showing that lack of IQ does not equal to stupidity, personality matters too.
What I love the most about the plot (it's very typical shoujo) it really the time span. I love that it started in high school, graduation and extending all the way to college. It makes a cohesive and unity plot that ties everything together. Every character here compliments each other and the actors have great chemistry, be it Jinko and Satomi (Kotoko's best friend) or Kotoko or Mrs. Irie. Of course, it's also a very hilarious drama and not much drama OR that cliche complicated family background. THANK GOODNESS. If there's anything cliche it's the romance. But still, I love how it takes its time. It actually a slow progress, making it more believable especially with the change of Naoki's view on Kotoko.
