Uncanny feeling after watching it
Unfortunately, this movie was not for me...I did not manage to get into the story. It might be a case of me not behind in the right mindset to appreciate it but still I'm left with an uncanny feeling after watching it.There was a certain poetry to the dramatic turn that took the story and some moments that resonated with me. However, I had trouble to get invested in the romance...Even if the production did a good job showing the passing of time, the whole relationship and its evolution felt too quick and unnatural. Some of the ups and downs (in particulary the last one) felt really forced for the purpose of dramaturgy sake rather than done with genuinity.
Strangely enough, while I found the developments and turns of the romance too quick, I found the pacing in overall too slow, lacking rythm. Until halfway point of the film, I was quite bored and not invested at all in what was happening on screen. The production was good with quite convincing make-up for the heroine. The music was alright, not really memorable and quite subdue. The acting was okay as well...I don't think I will remember forever any of the performances of the cast but I think it is more linked to the fact I totally did not connect with the scenario.
I would not recommend this to people as it was not an enjoyable watching experience to me. As explained, it might be a case of me not being in the right mindset when watching it but I really was unable to connect with the story and to feel invested into the romance.

Must watch
I enjoyed every minute of this movie. It has so many blood scenes so be careful if you don’t like it. I was hesitant at first thinking how good a movie can be with a shaman storyline but man was i wrong. Everything was good and well executed. Kim go eun did it again guys!! In the first season we meet charismatic and shining Seo Joon who is an actor that needed to hide as a scandal shakes his world a bit. He finds himself cohabitating with the stone faced Ji Woo whom in every way is his opposite. Despite his cold exterior and very high emotional walls Seo Joon finds himself drawn to Ji Woo and wanting to become closer. Each interaction leaves its mark and Seo Joon begins to fall for him. As Seo Joon realizes his feelings he confronts them head on without shying away even in the face of Ji Woo's seeming indifference. Ji Woo who is afraid of being hurt can't resist the magnetic pull of Seo Joon and the pair find couple bliss.
But as in life, this second season explores the complexity of their relationship and differences. A seemingly perfect romance and happy couple that loses their way and courage. In the first episode we see that Ji Woo has left Seo Joon with just a note before he disappears and Seo Joon spends a year trying to find him not understanding what he did wrong. The season then takes you on a journey of their relationship that can feel totally different from each perspective. Ji Woo's fear and avoidance is expressed in his cold and often mean demeanor as he tries to run away while Seo Joon's honest and sincere heart won't allow him to let go just yet. The pair must face what went wrong and will have to be vulnerable in a way they had not been before. This journey of heartbreak and reconciliation will pull at your heart strings and keep you attached to these characters rooting for their happy ending.
The way the team expressed each characters emotive states, the beautiful cinematography, and shear realness in its depiction of relationships truly leaves a lasting impression. There is not some unrealistic villain that tears them apart of some overly dramatized reason for their separation and instead you are left feeling their raw emotions along with them, reflecting on your own past relationships and mistakes.
Well worth the watch. If I had to nitpick reasons for the not perfect rating then I will say that Ji Woo's character/background could have been better fleshed out. His cold and aloof demeanor remains for almost the entirety of the drama but his breakdown and understanding of himself and what he wants fits into the picture they paint of him; it just may irritate you as a viewer while watching.

"Star-Studded Letdown: The Plot Twist"
It was the 1st time watching korean movie in india that to you know the actors like kim go eun and lee do hyun oppa will select good story, so i had a hope.When i was watching the movie in threate, i felt nothing like if you are fan horror genre may be you can guess what is going on but as kdrama fan i can't understand movie properly that to from pre climax i was struggling a lot what is going on!
The good in this movie was BGM and cinematography should get an award and actors did a fantastic job too. The story and plot disappointed me badly .
Special mentions about kim go eun deserves a award for doing a shaman role infront of original shaman ?. As usual our lee do hyun oppa did nyc job. But our girl stoles the shows with her unique personality in the movie.

The movie started off okay, with the typical setup: the male lead as a nerdy guy with braces, and the female lead as a bubbly, carefree soul. But then, they threw in this forced misunderstanding?, and I was like, really? Still, the humor kept me going.
However, things took a weird turn with the line, "As long as we're at China Eastern, you are my girlfriend." I was here for the romance, but it felt forced and awkward after that. The storyline lacked depth, and the character development was lacking.
There were no sparks between the leads, but I managed to finish it without feeling tortured.

The two main actors act quite well, in particular I like Shin Yeon Suh who plays Naeun, Naeun's looks very beautiful and elegant, even though she is said to have 4D characteristics.I could feel Naeun's various emotions, when her tears fell suddenly and she screamed hysterically when remembering the traumatic incident, it was very heartbreaking.

oh my goddd, tears are still falling off my face as I write this…!This movie is precisely something you would watch on a dark glommy rainy night or you are having a bad day and need to cry…!
not even a single scene of this movie went without me shedding tears…!
coming back to the plot….the story was amazing but the plot was a bit rushed, the caste was too good and this movie could have done wonders if only it was made a bit more skilfully making it into a masterpiece.

Enjoyable to watch
It is based on a Japanese manga, I am not familiar ofcthe manga character but I heard so much about it. I don't know but I see Ryo Saeba as Mo Tak of The Uncanny Counter they lookalike they resemble each other they are same witty and funny.I super like the action scenes in this movie specially the effects they put on it. It can be alike to Hollywood films. I love the stunts they are making it looks they are not faking it it looks so real to me.
I like the humor they put on it, thats why I enjoyed watching it because of its humor, especially when Ryo encounters a sexy girl ?.
Full of action you will definitely enjoy it, tiktok made me watched it bcoz I heard lots of beautiful reviews about this film.
You will laugh so hard while watching it, you will also feel intense about the action scenes. It is one of the books.

I'm still watching it - but i feel like it's already meaningful... I read spoilers and reviews though, so im not an "innocent" watcher! It is surely worth watching, it says a lot abt loneliness, sadness, and mother love and survival... Even for people who dont usually fall for these topics, it still conveys a lot! The actors look too good if you ask me - i shrink from commercial things, and unnecessary beauty is one of them. But i'm still easy to fool, so these beautiful faces grew up on me.I read abt this film being "realistic" - it certainly is, but drama-realistic, not docu - realistic. The art factor added to it is obviously important.
It's such an expressive movie that it makes me dig up ideas and feelings that havent crossed my mind in a long time. If this is not a proof of its value - than what is it??
Highly recommended.

What is this??? *In a funny way*
From the start to end I was like "What I'm just watching". The plot was a bit interesting and weird, and it develops exactly like that. I enjoyed in some parts but other parts were just boring. Anyway, it wasn't bad, just not how I expected. It definitely could be better (or worse ??).The acting was fine. The chemistry make it funnier but I didn't buy it when they were so connected with each other, like when that happened?
Anyway, it was a little too long but ok.

Using a stick to hit a metal chain and expecting it to work is dumb.
The female lead annoyed me in the beginning, why are you screaming and drawing attention to yourself? Also why tf are you hitting a metal chain and lock that is looped around a door, with a stick to break it? What is that going to do?!I thought once you got bit that was it, the vaccine couldn’t help you, yet Rider 50 was bitten and his bracelet showed green? Also how are you gonna take a van and not even check to make sure it’s safe? Really?
Fah’s reaction after seeing her supposedly dead boyfriend after 5 years is so lackluster is unbelievable. Also her reaction to him being the package/the cure and him not remembering anything about her or himself is, honestly, terrible.
I do love the trope of “a person is bitten but doesn’t turn and they turn out to be the cure/savior”.
I also wished it went into more detail about the plant they eat, because that is something I’ve never seen before in a zombie movie (and trust me, I’ve seen just about every zombie movie ever made) and its a really unique and amazing concept.
Not the best zombie movie but not the worst I've ever seen....It is up there though..

Just another "Groundhog Day" plot with nothing new to say...
I know I'm in the minority here, but this movie was very average. The acting and cinematography were really good, but to make a "Groundhog Day" plot feel fresh, the story really has to be unique, and I simply don't think it was. My friend and I predicted most of the movie at the very beginning. I also thought the story-telling was a bit overwrought.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
The story is generic, nothing we haven’t seen before, but the way the film is shot and the how the characters related to each other is what makes this movie worthwhile. I particularly enjoyed how the film demonstrate that humans’ survival instinct is linked to certain selfishness (embodied in Kim Eui-sung’s character) I was on the edge of my seat through the two hours and whispering to the characters what to do so they could survive and get to Busan.
Gong Yoo has always been a good actor but lately he has being excelling with his performances and this time is no different. He really made me connect with his character and what he was going through.
Ma Dong-seok, as you would expect, stole every scene he was in. From badass warrior to doting husband and comic relief. Jung Yumi and Kim Soo-ahn are the ones bringing all the feels.
By the time we get to the final scene I was holding my breath, praying the survivors would make it to through the tunnel. I really enjoyed the film and if you have the chance to watch it on the silver screen, do it!

Xia Liang (Ni Ni) has been in a committed relationship with her boyfriend for the past ten years. She basically lives as a housewife but without the ring, wedding nor official title. It’s not like she’s expecting him to propose in a obvious and annoying kind of way, Liang is happy to just be with him. But when she finds a diamond ring in his jacket pocket, she starts to get ideas. Of course, it all explodes in her face. Isn’t that the way?
That’s when with the help of some magical (or should I say spiked?) chocolates, her 17 year old self starts to take over her body. After the initial confusion, 28 year old Liang and her younger self start to work together in order to regain youthful boldness while reclaiming and achieving long lost dreams.
The rest of the characters are also a lot of fun to watch. Liang’s boyfriend (Wallace Huo) has a lot of reflecting and groveling to do in order to correct his mistakes, while the other love interest (Darren Wang) is the dreamboat we all fantasize about. But does the fantasy hold a candle to the real thing?
Liang’s best friend (Ma Su) was hilarious and supportive, and added another layer of the girl power portrayed in this film.
Overall, this was a very sweet film to watch.

Hyung-seung (Ji Sung) dated for almost a decade what he always believed to be The One until -to his utter shock- everything comes crashing down when she leaves him. The days and months pass by, drinking away, when one night he receives a phone call from an unknown number. The caller it’s a woman who tells him to be quiet and puts on an entire show over the phone, which ultimately ends in phone sex. The caller it’s Yoon-jung (Kim Ah-joong) who was hoping to lit the fire on her dying relationship by giving her boyfriend a little surprise over the phone, too bad she misdialed his number and ended up sharing a very intimate moment with a complete stranger.
The rest… you have to watch it.
Ji Sung and Kim Ah-joong share an incredibly chemistry together and built a relationship based on friendship and trust even when they don’t even share any physical space for the better half of the film. There’s good storytelling on this rom-com that not only has it’s focus on the main character’s love lives but also how they perceive themselves, each other and their professional lives. I love how it’s thanks to this new found friendship that the leads find a new sense of security and self-steem where they reach a common place of understanding of who they are, the goals they set for themselves and who they want in their lives.
And I like how the movie isn’t shy nor apologetic about any of the leads own security about their sexuality and mutual attraction. Relationships don’t always go the way we would like to nor have conventional starts, and that’s okay.
I really recommend you watch My PS Partner. It made me laugh and fall in love with the story and characters, all accompanied by a really fun soundtrack.
