Watched: BL

Perfect in terms of realistic story, cinematography, soundtrack, vibes, chemistry. It was also realistic that despite of their infatuation their kisses were not the best out there. But that hand holding while going up the stairs and that leg squeeze while they were flirting on the rooftop were electrifying. Overall a beautiful story,  great actors, I've lost count the times I've rewatched this and it still gives me butterflies. The SKAM comparison is very fitting.

I just want to stay in moment of time forever, when I'm watching this series. I haven't been so committed to a story and ship in a good while.  

I think their chemistry is otherworldly despite the censorship. And I got attached to the rest of the characters too. I feel so sad this didn't get to be shared on an official release and so few people will get to experience it due to the ban.  

Kongpop is the Thai king of eyes full of unrequited love and yearning . The start is controversial but I have yet to find another enemies to lovers story that can top this one.

The ugly cries I've had when Kyioi released his bottled up feelings. This character is forever sealed in my heart.

Episodes 1-6 were perfect, episode 7, I wish it didn't happen, they could have show just an epilogue. I didn't need a kiss, I understand it would be too awkward because they're in the same band.  But their chemistry vanished into thin air in this episode. They felt more of a couple when they used to be friends only. They felt like almost strangers, not even friends, stiff and distant. So on future rewatches, I'll just skip this episode altogether and fill in the blanks from the manwhua.

Wholesome. Happiness and coziness in a bottle.

This didn't have a kiss but the story was wholesome and they're kids, I'm not bitter about it like reg. Cherry Magic.

It would've been perfect if it weren't for Teh's ugly crying. I can't handle it.

A decent, realistic sequel.

The first time I saw it, it was a perfect 10 for me. But upon rewatch, the skinship censorship chipped away at my love for it. The first time I didn't care, but they one of my gay friends pointed it out and it because glaring. 

It's not a Chinese adaptation where they have no choice, a kiss was not illegal,  it was censored because of the actors' or actors' agencies' bias because was else could it be? It's not that they had to have a kiss, it's that they filmed multiple fake-outs baiting the viewers which is pretty offensive if you think about it. I mean, a gay story was good enough for them to get a paycheck but not enough for them to respect the source material and act like it's normal for two men to hug and kiss, they made it seem like it was something dirty.  They did hug but they were awkward and brotherly. It's still a great adaptation overall but it's no longer number one in my heart.

It's lost its shine a bit on the re-watch but I'm not going to change the rating, I feel it still holds up.

So little screentime of the main couple. This is a general flaw with BL shows. So much time spent on other couples and useless plots. One makeout sesh on the couch does not a couple make.

Their relationship is pretty toxic but their chemistry was so strong. And enemies to lovers trope is my weakness.

This is one of the stories that kept me sane during the lockdown.

Silly and ridiculous but fun.

So adorable these two but so much time was spend on side characters and ridiculous gang rivarly plot. The relantionship also got so mellow after they consfessed. That kiss though is probably one of the best all time.

Not gonna lie, the high rating here is only for Amber. I just wanted to fight all his bullies and protect him forever.  Le Chien was a lame love interest, clueless and annoying. 

Yes, problematic as hell but addictive anyways. I didn't really care for Pete & Vegas I am not into that kind of kink, I was only there for Kinn& Porche (though not without feeling conflicted, a part of me still hasn't forgiven Kinn for all the non-con stuff he did) and their lil' bros. I do love Bible and his beautiful English accent though. I loved Porche so much, Apo is an amazing actor, he holds the entire world in his eyes.

It's one of the first BLs I've ever watched. The first time I watched it, it was a revelation. When I re-watched it, I didn't enjoy it as much.
