I really don't like this Available and Unavailable because when people add a few countries in the Available, the link doesn't show up for others even though it also available in their country, This has caused too many submissions where people add their country and I have to also go add my country after every submission for it to show up.
I personally don't think this Available and Unavailable in necessary. People are smart and can find that out easily if they press the link and it says it is not available in their country. Also, some have VPNs and can watch from anywhere, ondemandkorea is not available in my country but I always watch there using a VPN. So I don't understand why we have to create more work for ourselves and complicate submissions? Also, some licenses on Viki change frequently, I really don't think it is a good idea to keep changing the availability every few months.
I say we abolish this Available and Unavailable and only keep the links.
Suggestion: Maybe replace Available and Unavailable which something better such as the ability to mark it as Raw or Subbed (no need to specify the language as it also causes more work).

i agree with Hessa, the idea was good but many people use vpn, so there's no point in using ip to decide whether you are able or not to see the link... when submitting provide services i usually don't use the available/not available option, because - apart from my country - i have no idea about the others, or if i know that this service is available only in a certain area (let's say Europe or S/N America) it's still too inconvenient to add all the countries...
adding availability for subtitles might be more useful and would also satisfy this suggestion (https://mydramalist.com/discussions/suggestions/31214-subtitles-available-sign)
Brownie:I don't think Line TV would work especially when the site is pretty much restricted worldwide except Thailand. The fact that all their titles are split into 4 parts per episode is another thing to get around. Would've been easier if it was like YouTube where they have a playlist.
They do have playlists like these. And even for those international fans who don't use VPNs, a number of their shows are available internationally on their app.

They are not used often, but I know a couple of special episodes / projects that were uploaded there and have a page here on MDL.
Ji-N:We only accept official channel, if they have any.
There's Strongberry, a Korean production company of small LGBTQ films and dramas! Notable drama Long Time No See (2017). Their projects are (almost) all pay to watch btw, and Vimeo is their international platform. I think their Korean platform is Naver.
