Anything that have user uploaded like YouTube then it's hard to verify. I believe TV Naver would fall the same rules as YT.
Do most of them have a valid link to the show page?

Yes, most do have. But, perhaps it'll be better not to include Oksusu, since it merged with POOQ and became Wavve as of late last year, even though there are some links to dramas that still lead to Oksusu's webpage.
As for TV Naver, nearly all Korean web dramas are upped first on tv.naver and then somewhere else. Some have their own channel like https://tv.naver.com/shortpapers for Short Paper Season 2, and some are under a production channel, like Playlist Originals (https://tv.naver.com/playlist) for most of these https://mydramalist.com/search?adv=titles&ty=68,83&co=3&th=466,964&st=3&so=top. Not sure what would be the best way to add that one.

As long they have the link to the show page with videos.

I don't know if it'll take off, but tik tok is also (perhaps just experimentally) a platform for releasing webseries-early episodes like seezn and extra content beyond what's on YT). I don't use it so I can't access anything, but the content isn't legally anywhere else. I just don't know how you'd handle that. I didn't even begin with FB though I noticed some put episodes there, possibly for audiences blocked from using other services. It's messy!
