Yes, but it is the only way to request streaming services now. There is no other way. I've used it before, so either you'll have to make a Google account, or just see if someone else requests the service instead.
Still no Gagaoolala… Is there actually anyone checking the requests made on the Google forms‽ There is an abundance of links to illegal streaming sites in the comments when there quite often exist legal alternatives. It does not feel right.
