Psy on American Idol
I know this isn’t about an actor, but as someone that lives in the United States, it is always exciting when a Korean artist (or any Asian artist of any popularity) is on TV here. He has been on the Today Show on NBC several times first performing Gangnam Style and then Gentleman. Most recently Psy performed his newest hit Gentleman on the season finale of American Idol.
Lee Eun Sung is Engaged
Lee Eun Sung (Happiness, Take Off) is a engaged to SeoTaiji (South Korean singer, musician, and songwriter). They met in 2008 during his music video for Bermuda Triangle and started to date at the end of 2009. They agreed to get married after three years,so I guess you could say they have been engaged for quite a while. She is 24 and he is 41, so there is a 17 year age difference.
Seo Taiji “I have found the other half that I’ve been waiting for a long time. So I plan on marrying my other half. I bet you are surprised. ^^ The person who will be my wife is actress Lee Eun Sung~ Sweet, isn’t it? But there’s more! Eun Sung is a good person who makes me and everyone smile warmly.”
Isn’t that sweet? They say they will marry quietly. I hope they release pictures. I love wedding pictures.

Jung Suk Won and Baek Ji Young
Jung Suk Won (Rooftop Prince, Creating Destiny) will marry Baek Ji Young (South Korean singer) in June after 3 years of dating. At first they denied the rumors that they were even dating, but not long after the news broke, they announced their marriage.
It is also revealed that Baek Ji Young is pregnant. At first they denied it because she didn’t want to be judged by that. She was also concerned that because of her age (37) she might have problems early in the pregnancy and wanted to be careful before she announced it.
Jung Suk Won when asked about why he decided to marry her, he answered, “I’ve dated her for 3 years, and we match well. Also, my love for my girlfriend never changed in the past 3 years, and we have trust in each other. We argued once over something small, and during that time, I wanted to see her more and I realized how precious she was. I thought she was fate, and I decided because I thought we’d be happy from now on as well.”
I had no idea that he was 9 years younger than her. They seem like a really happy and sweet couple. I hope they stay that way.

Gackt Fights Back
Apparently Park Shi Hoo isn’t the only one being accused of rape these days. In the tabloid FLASH on May 13, 2013 they reported that Gackt allegedly raped a women in September of 2011. The source says that Gackt entered a cabaret club where the woman was working. They say that he didn’t drink, but had the woman drink a lot of champagne and tequila. When the woman refused to go home with Gackt, they say he forced her into his car and took her to his house where he allegedly hit her and made sexual advances for six hours. The woman quit her job and went to the police in November of 2012 where she demanded an apology.
Gackt’s angency statement says, “The woman insisted to go to Gackt’s house, and so he invited her over…There was no violence that took place.”
Gackt is now filing a libel case against Flash and isspeaking out via a blog on Gackt.com

They reported that I imprisoned, battered, and raped a female hostess several years ago… Their idea is… what should I say, eccentric….? I can’t believe how much they can fabricate a story. I was beyond angry, so appalled that my jaw almost came off.
Their content reads like an erotic novel. They came out with their story to go against my tour. Clearly they’re trying to sell a lot of copies. But there’s nothing more disrespectful than this. I can understand that using me leads to selling many copies. I know that tabloids are desperate because their sales are dropping. But isn’t this just a bad cycle spiraling down? To sell, they keep reporting exaggerated lies. People stop believing them. They have to write even more hurtful things in order to sell more copies. That ends up in less sales, and ultimately their cancellation. So uncool……….
In the first place, if it’s true that I battered, imprisoned, and raped a woman several years ago, wouldn’t the police have made a move right away and arrested me? And this woman who calls herself the victim….
Well, to go back a little, she suddenly demanded that I pay her 10,000,000 yen (about $100K) by handing us a letter riddled with lies. Isn’t this so-called racketeering/blackmailing? There’s really a limit to how far you can go. I answered her through a lawyer, "Why on earth will I pay you for such complete lies!!?" There was no further contact from her… But then it turned up through the tabloid…. What in the….?
The article states that she’s simply asking for an apology, but hey hey, the first thing you did was demand money, was it not?
Listen. Since there’s this convenient thing called LINE, I’m gonna say this loud and clear, so all of you in the world, clean out your ears and listen to me well, OK? I’m doing just fine with women, I have no need to tie up a resisting woman and satisfy my need~~!!!! Do I seem like such a despicable man? If I do…… I will polish up on being a man a bit more. Ahahaha.
What in the world is this fuss anyway? I decided to fight them by hiring 3 excellent lawyers this time. Even I couldn’t let this one go. I can endure a whole lot, but being accused of brutality is…. Give me a break, really.
I wrote the details of the truth in my blog, so you can read that. I’ve also included a portion of the response letter from my lawyer (to the woman). This is just way too dumb……

I don't even know what to think of this...except...wow.
