Eun Woo, which is a really good actor, is pretty unexpressed and also the female lead wherein ''Graceful Family'' made a totally different role where she shows how good she is in acting.
The storyline basically revolves around bullying and how Koreans use plastic surgeries, putting the nation into one of the first places in the world where plastic surgeries are really used.
The second girl was annoying, I mean, I know is just for acting but she was really plain..
Many watched it only for Eun Woo, and i'm a part of this opeople, but sadly the story had a really good potential that faded like in three seconds...

I must say I was so pleasantly surprised of how this turned out. It really was a wholesome drama with themes of natural beauty, cosmetic surgery, loving yourself and loving others, and most of all mental health. The only obvious thing in the whole drama was that the female lead got her boyfriend (which I'm not upset about). The whole drama had amazing character development from the whole cast, especially Soo Ah and Mi Rae. I must say my most favorite character in the whole drama was the president of the class. She was humble, down to earth, listened to others, and made sure everyone was okay. She was basically the only character that was the least self involved, and I simply love her for that. She's my role model. As for the college life, and life in general. I felt it was still to kdrama like (not reality) but at some moments I really got that connection to a situation of "wow I go through that alot in college as well"
I am someone that also appreciates well placed silence and music background, which is why I gave the music an ok score. For me it's either the music choice and placement is superb really adding depth to a situation or it's just there to dissuade awkward silence (Twilight saga anyone?) Anyway I really didn't feel like the OST added alot to the emotions in the drama.
I loved the acting, like I said before the character development was amazing in this story. Everyone went through some sort of change, even the male leads father. Except I found it too cheesy and obvious that he would confess to the divorced wife and she would reject him. I wish there would've been a little more character development from the little sister as well. She was alot in the middle of the drama going through problems, but then we see her super shortly in the end for like five seconds.
I would probably not watch the whole drama again, but just my favorite segments, basically whenever the male lead is totally and obviously in love with the female lead.

Short and sweet.
The topic: demanding, meaningful and more relevant than ever. The implementation: Somewhat clichéd and not profound enough. Probably timely for Korea to bypass censors. At times very slow, but thank God also some comedies, so you could laugh directly.
The actors: are all velvet, but could have been extras.
And last but not least: Cha Eun-woo ...sorry, dear fans of the main actor, but unfortunately you always have the feeling that he just has to look good, because there is no real spectacle... as with other dramas, he always has the same, rigid, serious, melancholic and almost soporific facial expression .. On this subject, he could have been given a meaningful and passionate dialogue, but instead you have to be lucky when a six-word paragraph speaks. I'm sure he has a lot of potential. But as long as he shows himself in his roles as well as in his advertising campaigns on tour, he will unfortunately only be reduced to his appearance.

Stayed For The Storyline
To begin, I enjoyed the story, but I did have higher hopes for it. It’s nice that the drama was based-off a webtoon, so i could enjoy both as they have some different plot changes. The execution was mediocre in terms of Cha Eun Woo’s acting, but I wasn’t expecting much from him either way. At one point, his acting really made me wish idols weren’t allowed to act bc they mostly always ruin the dramas. This drama could have been wayyy better if the male lead had been someone with more experience because Eun Woo was just too stiff and emotion-less. I tried to understand that in the webtoon the male lead is also pretty emotion-less, but come on they could’ve atleast taught Eun Woo how to lossen up and try to express himself through his physical movements/actions if he was not at par with facial expressions yet. But I conformed because he was just starting out in acting; I get it he’s still a rookie.
Even if he was really ruining the whole drama for me, I ultimately also decided to stay for the storyline. Besides him I actually enjoyed everyone else’s acting. Kang Mi Rae made me cry with her so many times. This one hit me pretty hard because of the conflict and overall message that is seen a lot in today’s society. BUT I do have to say she was also awkward at times. Instead of acting as a shy person, it just came out very unnatural. Chemistry between the leads was more awkward than heart-melting, to say the least.
The antagonist, I truly disliked her character up until the very end, she was so annoying. I’ve seen people like her irl so it riled me up even more lol. And well that meant that she truly was good at portraying such a two-faced character.
Everyone had their flaws which is nothing new in kdramas, so that no longer stopped me from continuing the drama, and I’m glad I watched it to the end. It left me happy and satisfied unlike most kdramas nowadays lol.
I’m probably rambling on, but I’ll quickly add tht I enjoyed the OST for the most part. My favorite song was “Something” by george & Gang Haein. Ugh everytime there was a scene with this soundtrack, I’d get goosebumps and the feels! (´?`??)?
Well those were my two cents. Overall I would actually recommend this drama.

Waste of time to watch
Critique While "My ID is Gangnam Beauty" has many strengths, it also has notable weaknesses:
Repetition and Predictability: Some plot points and conflicts feel repetitive and predictable, making parts of the story seem formulaic. This can diminish the impact of key moments.
Character Development: Although the main characters are well-developed, several supporting characters are underutilized. Their motivations and backstories could have been explored more deeply, which would have added richness to the narrative.
Pacing Issues: At times, the drama's pacing is uneven. Some episodes drag, particularly in the middle, which can make the series feel longer than necessary.
Clichés: The drama occasionally relies on clichés common in K-dramas, such as love triangles and misunderstandings, which can feel tiresome for viewers familiar with the genre.Superficial Treatment of Themes: While the drama addresses important issues like beauty standards and self-esteem, these themes are sometimes handled in a surface-level manner. A deeper exploration could have made the message more impactful.
Rating 7/10

Dramma simpatico e piacevole!

This drama is a real surprise, it really went from a 4/10 to an 7.5/10 in a very short time.
At first, I really didn't like the drama. It was long, you didn't get attached to the characters (they were borderline annoying) but as it went on (even if it's too long), you start to get attached to the story, the characters and the context.I find that from a certain point on, the drama takes on a whole new look and promotes real values: self-acceptance, acceptance of others' views, feminism.
It really touched me and I recognized myself in each of the characters (even the most annoying ones).
This drama is a real surprise, it really went from a 4/10 to an 7.5/10 in a very short time.
There are still a lot of long moments... but in the end, it's nice and quite well written.
I recommend it, it's nice.
