Story:::
The story line was okay, it was understandable, and probably is the first marriage-contract-dramas I've seen. It was funny at certain points. Followed the typical drama story evolution (if you watch a lot of dramas you know what I'm talking about). Truthfully, I expected much more conflict, but it was an easy-going no misconception drama.
Acting/Characters::
Acting was well done. Character were well portrayed. However, there was a sudden change in the main Chaebol character that bothered me a lot. People don't tend to change personalities on a whim, which is what happened here. They attempted to show that he developed into a easy-going fella but they didn't do it well enough. However, the main lead actress maintained her character very well and the character was developed well enough to let the viewer know what was going on. She was good :)
Music::
I like the OST. The songs matched the moods, unlike other dramas where they're playing happy music at the saddest situation smh...Anywho OST was good and music was well placed.
Rating:
8/10

Though the concept of "girl-pretends-to-be-a-boy" is not a new concept after all, this drama manages to pull-off some neat "cheesy" tricks that would make some fanatics drool. It also managed to clean-out some blurry elements in the Taiwanese version, which helped out the whole version.
The cast of this show, individually, would never surprise anyone. But I must say, once you put the whole ensemble together in the screen, it's almost next to impossible not to be persuaded. I also found Nakatsu's character as somehow the life of the drama - being able to pull-off funny scenes just by doing some weird movements. Though pulling-off humorous scenes was easy for him, most of his serious ones are some of the most memorable scenes. A great character, indeed.
The drama has also created or branded particular scenes just by playing specific background songs. Every viewers would love to jam along as the drama progresses.
There are particular scenes in this show, that you would love to see over and over - but not the whole show. For some of its scenes, losses its' "magic" for some unknown reasons.
In general, the show is good - but not something that you would be thinking in your dreams.

Moreover, Cha Seung Won really did a very great job in this drama.
I like how he can become someone really funny here. He who used to be "super cool" in his previous works can be someone who is really different!
Everything about him just make me swayed.
In addition, I like the kid starred as DING-DONG here! Damn cute!
Well, a charming actor plus a cute kid and good story line, what can you ask for more? ;)

Drama Special Season 3: Do I Look Like a Pushover?

If I absolutely must, I guess I can explain...
Maybe it was just me, but the synopsis was a little off. It's really about Han Dong Gyu, a prosecutor who meets an old classmate in court because he attempted to rob a bank. In order to try to understand why his friend did it, Dong Gyu tries to bring to light the truth and circumstances leading up to the robbery.
Phew, now that that's off my chest...
The story was written excellently and Dong Gyu's character development was extraordinarily well done. You know I'm ecstatic about something when I start bringing out all the adjectives that start with "E". Heh.
I'd like to be more explicit, but I don't want to ruin it for you guys :(
As for the cast, I didn't know any... :o ...BUT then I finally recognized Lee Chun Hee (aka Chunderella) from Family Outing. Oh yes! This made me love this drama so much more. He brought the innate sense of dorkiness that is hard to duplicate. Adorkable. Apart from Chun Hee, I didn't recognize anyone, BUT the cast was awesome. Park Sang Wook brought depth to his character; just by looking at him, you could feel his pain. Choi Yoo Hwa was cute without having to bring out the aegyo. (I'm sure you all know what I mean when I say aegyo, right?)
As for music, it was your typical soundtrack. The thing I found interesting was the DING sound that followed a sudden awkward moment between the protagonist and love interest. I thought of it as a musical cue that a memory of them was being embedded into their history. But that's just the hopeless romantic in me.
I really loved this short drama! And I would definitely be watching it again!
If you enjoy cute-encounters, character-growth-and-understanding-pasts, the-meek-standing-their-ground, and an unforeseen twist at the end--->then this is the short drama for you!!

Now, let's break it down:
Story - I found the storyline of this drama both unique, compelling, and surprising. The concrete base of the plot isn't set up till the end of the second episode and let me tell you, those first two episodes? Absolutely insane. Complete rollercoaster ride full of thrill and unexpected twists and turns. They were an excellent set up for the mood and interest of the rest of the series. The following episodes were similar in a rollercoaster ride just slightly slower but still filled with unexpected turns and cliffhangers that will have you clicking on the next episode without even realizing. So best to strap yourself in tight and expect to be up all night watching. Perhaps one of the strongest points of this drama is the fact that the writers weren't afraid to take it to the next level into darker territory: there's corruption, there's betrayal, there's character deaths, and I love it. With that said, it's not flawless. Perhaps the biggest weakness was the fact that they always left you hanging. This became counter-productive when more questions were being formed than questions being answered. At times trying to remember all the dates, locations, and people involved in certain situations became muddled and confusing and thus making the storyline of what the viewer should already know sometimes a bit challenging to remember and understand.
Acting/cast - First off I would just like to give a standing ovation to Uhm Ki Joon (who played Jo Hyun Min). His acting was absolutely amazing. At first I was thrown off by his character because I was use to his light hearted character in Dream High but he pulled off the villian so flawlessly and effortlessly. Absolutely amazing. As for the rest of cast... well let's just say I wasn't nearly as thrilled. None of the cast was bad... just kind of mediocre and didn't give me the "wow" factor like UKJ did.
Music - It was pretty decent I must say. The OST in the drama is quite pleasant and one that perhaps I might consider buying in the future, it was that good. The cues for the music were likewise good; they were well placed and nicely nailed an appropriate emotion to an appropriate scene. The only downside to the music was the Phantom of the Opera song... At times it just felt a bit... cheesy.
Rewatch Value - Of course knowing the full truth it will never be the same another time around; however, I'm sure there will come a time when I will rewatch it just to reexperience some of the thrill of this show I felt the first time around.
Overall - EXCELLENT. Excellent, excellent, excellent. I would love to rewatch this drama in the future. I marathoned it up till episode 18 (which were the only episodes out at the time) and the extra four days I had to wait for the last two episodes were excruciating. Even during those four days of waiting, Ghost was all I could think about. This show was just so good that I felt I could simply not put it down till I knew the entire truth. You could say the show was captivating to say the least.

Once, my friend and I were talking about which drama we preferred. And she said "One that would make me cry."
Well if i had the chance i would definitely would suggest her to watch this.
I have to say the acting was simply great. Those characters that I despised in the beginning changed my thoughts in the end. I was actually crying for them. It turned out to be a lesson for them.
I loved the romance. This is a great remake of Romeo and Juliet!!!!
As for the story of revenge. I thought about what the writer was thinking. In my mind the writer wanted to create a story line - "life isn't perfect. We fail. We succeed. But in the end we learn." From some of the scenes I thought about "when you don't think things through, you simply fail." Therefore, I have to say this drama teaches you a lot of powerful lessons.
Unfortunately, the meaning of revenge in this drama is quite different from what I have in mind. In my opinion, I prefer City Hunter's, Iljimae's, etc. ways.
Remember everyone has a different opinion.

I was enjoying watching this up until 5 or 8 episodes past half of the series. I noticed that there was a change of pace and focus of the story, I was thinking that maybe they had a change of writer?? Nonetheless it was enjoyable to watch up to the mentioned timelines and the rest is just meh.

Shut Up: A Banda de Garotos Bonitos

No doubt it's the best music related drama I've seen. It is so in terms of execution, direction, acting and, last but not least, music. I'm writing this review while listening to "Wake up" full volume.
What makes Shut up flower boy band stand out in the forest of decent to mediocre music dramas, is the incredibly heart-warming portrayal of friendship.
The story is not built upon a particularly eventful plot and I'd go as far as to say that the plot is irrelevant. It is so because what truly captured me as a viewer isn't the storyline, but the collection of unforgettable moments among friends, so perfectly caught by the cameras. There is an alchemy among these young people that is palpable and powerful, sweet and touching, unique and memorable. This is a love story through and through: love for music and romantic love too, but most of all love for friends.
It's also a glimpse on how the music business works, and the picture isn't pretty. Emblematic of its inconsistencies, is the fact that the moment the members of eye candy are given a new, more polished look, is the same moment the seeds of their division are planted. Make rock conform to the business rules and you destroy its intrinsic nature.
Much credit goes to direction and acting. The first is… daring. I appreciated the lack of gloss very much: this is a story about 6 eye candies - in name and fact - however the direction does little to make them look so, focusing on the picture of them as one "body", moving swiftly from one to the other and standing still on tiny details. The result is surprising, as it makes the viewer truly feel for them, instead of being simply captivated by their looks.
The acting is admirable: artless and believable. The last time I've watched such a display of genuine friendship and chemistry among a group of people was in Coffee Prince.
Let me add how adorable the female heroine is. Soo Ah is brave, sweet and honest, without becoming the saint victim I've learned to dislike in so many dramas. She adds a touch of feminine delicacy the drama would otherwise lack.
The music? Brilliant. After so much pop, of which I am no fan, hearing a rock ost was a breath of fresh air. Incredibly well chosen, perfectly executed and just as well used throughout the show.
Highly recommended.

I started this one in May this year (2012) and marathoned first eight episodes at one go. Then my laptop started to have issues and I was without a laptop for last 2 weeks of May. At the beginning of June I got new laptop and watched other dramas.
Then one day I decided to get back to this one and watched 1st part of ninth episode. I lost interest to this show EVERY time I tried to watch episode nine. I tried to watch that episode for so many times that I don't even remember.
And finally this week (in August) I picked this up again and continued from episode 9. Then 10 and 11. After that I knew I would finish this in no time. After episodes 12 and 13 I was really hooked. And today I finally watched episodes 14, 15 and 16.
This drama basically is a drama that has really amazing and strong start and it gets somewhat boring in the middle. Then after episode 10 it gets really good.
If it wasn't for the strong beginning and superb last 3 episodes I would have given this 6. But thanks to those 2 things I gave this 8.
In my opinion this had a perfect ending. It was a bit rushed but I think it was still perfect. It was different from your usual romantic drama.
Watch it and let me know your thoughts ~~

Story: So the story is good in the beginning. It keeps you wondering and guessing, what is Seok Hyun's secret, who is she going to end up with. I thought the story wasn't predictable. Even in the end, I was still confused as to whom she loved more. But the bad part about this story is the logic. It doesn't really make sense when you think about it. The second to last episode, I was so confused as to what just happened. So I came to the conclusion that you have to watch this drama without thinking about the logic. That may be a turn-off for some people, but sometimes a no-brainer drama is what you need. But when I thought about the girls in this drama, I concluded that my gender is confusing and I did get an insight as to how men feel. However I kinda wished that Jae Kyung's story got some more light. I really liked her story line and I feel it could be a drama on its own. But other wise the story line is light-hearted and not meant for serious thoughts.
Acting: I thought the acting was good. It was believe most of the time, except when the girls were too emotional and dramatic. The lead male took the spotlight in acting. Honestly the only parts where I actually teared up a bit was during his parts. He managed to show the complex emotions of his character quite well.
Music: I loved the music. Seeing as how the main character is a music producer, it makes sense that the music is good as well.
Rewatch: I really don't want to sit through this drama again because usually the second time I watch a drama I end up thinking a lot more, and I know that I will end up getting a headache if I watch it again.
Overall: It gets an eight for keeping me entertained every week and for not being all that predictable. Plus there are some fine men in this drama. Fine men, who do go shirtless. Talk about something to look at :P Again if you watched INR1 you might think differently, but I am not going to consider INR1 at all. It was cute, sweet, and fluffy. I'm not a huge fan of melos or too much drama so this was a good drama for me to watch.
