This is my first time to give a perfect 10 rating because I believe that this drama deserves no less.

STORY - Score: 10 out of 10: Healer is a delightful treat to those who are looking for Romance, Action, Comedy, Drama and Thriller. It has the perfect mix of each genre with just the right amount of sweetness, spice and everything nice. The first episode did not come out strong as I expected but as the story progressed and the characters are built, the thrill heightened and everything stayed on top. No dull scenes.

It is certainly one of the dramas that made my heart skipped a beat. But the best scenes are always the romantic ones. The drama went on with its plot without leaving the romance behind. I love how Healer could get cuddly whenever he's with Chae Yeong Shin. Definitely, the sweetest male lead ever! And the kissing scenes are always epic. They made me melt. (I can't believe that I am still able to write a review with my wobbly fingers)

CASTS - Score: 10 out of 10: : I will not take the actors' looks into consideration for this category, because if I do, Chang-wook will definitely sway my preference and I don't want to be biased *wink*

I do not know a lot of Korean actors/ actresses but I have watched a few Kdramas. Among those who I have watched acting so far, none could have done a better job than Ji Chang-wook and Park Min-young. With the obvious chemistry that almost burned out my screen, these two are one of the perfectly paired couple in the history of Kdrama. Chang-wook on the other hand is so good with action and drama that he could dominate those categories with ease. I particularly liked his athletic moves when he's portraying the character of Healer and his cute and boyish character when he's portraying Park Bong-Soo. As always, Min-young played her role with no difficulty (or at least the way I've seen it). It's like she's was just playing in the set and letting her inner beautiful self shine through.

Even the supporting roles and minor characters deserved to be commended. They all helped together to make this drama a great show.

MUSIC: I honestly never thought of giving the music a 10 score. But after watching half of the series, I found myself singing along with the OST.

REWATCH VALUE 10/10: Again, I don't do rewatch. This is the only kdrama that had me abused the repeat button. The scenes never stopped playing in my mind a million times since I started watching it.

HATE: The only thing I truly hate about this drama is it only has 20 episodes. I am not really satisfied. I want this to have at least a hundred because I love it so much that it's quite hard for me to end it right now (that's too much too ask right? So I guess that should not affect my 10 out of 10 rating)

LOVE: This goes on top of my list, surpassing all the Kdramas I have watched before. And definitely, I have the Healer fever. Ji Chang-wook also goes on top of the list of actors I am crushing on. Awww

Ooooh I was so close to giving this the perfect score of 10/10!

This drama begins off a little strange at first, which may turn some of you off of watching it, but i'm telling you, it gets better! This drama had me laughing, crying and feeling sentimental all throughout, and I am a relatively picky drama watcher.

Story: The story was very well planned out, and I was not disappointed in the slightest. It has many twists and turns to keep you guessing and not once was completely obvious as to what was going to happen next. This was not your typical romance whatsoever, which is why I enjoyed it so much, because it wasn't as cliche as most dramas.
My one complaint which was the deciding factor on giving this a 10/10.....The ending felt like it left a few loose ends. I like it when everything in the story gets completely wrapped up, even the things not having to do with the main characters, however, they did not do that for me. There were a few things left unsaid that they could have easily thrown in. I would have been happy watching more than 20 episodes for this! Season 2 anyone? Wouldn't that be great.

Acting: I have no complaints, the acting was phenomenal! I don't think they could have picked better actors for this show, they did a great job.

Music: I actually loved the music! Shocking to me, because I usually get fed up with most drama music by the end of the series, but this had a good variety that actually sounded great and I would continue to listen to the soundtrack.

Overall this is most certainly worth the watch. Especially if you are a fan of mental illness dramas such as myself. It's a great romance, and you fall in love with all of his personalities by the end of it!

First 7 eps. were fun to watch, but becomes a bit boring on the 8th. - 10th. (11-12 eps.). The story continuity is not well presented. Loop holes on the story line like questions
1. How is President Park doing? When will he return? Or is he really on a vacation/convention trip, or just hiding waiting to surprise the girls?
2. How's the progress or improvements on the lives of Japanese men after the girls touched and meeting them?
3. What is the mysterious scientist, president park (human) and the Japanese TV station's president relationship?
4. What is Jero's real role in the story line? A former rapper turned enka singer?
5. What makes Jero leave and never participate to any missions anymore? Is because of his boss the scientist's equally wierd but evil brother?

And the disturbing reaction and sound of the robot makes from his printer....... like his having you know what...... resulting to the girls' reactions.......

I was expecting a super spy plot, trying to save some helpless Japanese guy from his problems, but turns out to be a test of will and heart. In every mission, the final conclusions were the girls first and foremost priority is Kara and no other.

And seemed the problems of every client is planned ahead. The random selections of target is based on the scientist's research. Not a random case.

I would say
if you're a Kpop fanatic
a jdrama addict
likes japanese masked heroes (like Kamen Rider Black) - the robot maybe a homage to the franchise..... there's quite similarities.
a sci-fi junkie
his drama is for you.

Story: This is a typical love story between two people with two vastly different beliefs, character and background. Anything that can go wrong did went wrong with the relationship. There are many cliches in the story and if it's not for the brilliant writing, dialogue and chemistry between the leads, it would have gone terribly wrong. What I love about the story is the fact that although it has cliche setting and scenes, the character development and the rationale for the growth of the relationships were excellent. Unlike typical Asian drama setting where revelations would bring about catastrophic turn of events, our leads dealt with all of the challenges thrown at them maturely, logically and calmly. I can totally see how this sort of relationship can be found in reality. The underlying philosophy of ending things well and moving on in life is also a mature take on how what's in the past should stay in the past. Both the leads have their personal issues that they need to deal with as they move forward in their relationship and this is how we see the character growth. I love the interactions between the leads and the people around them. They are a very sweet couple. I love the naughtiness and 'smartie pants' kind of things the male lead gets into in order to get the female lead to fall for him. There's plenty of skinship (forced, planned and natural) between the leads that reminds me why men are such devious creatures! There is no sudden deviation of character because of the challenges faced, rather the characters remained true to their natures while learning how to grow in relationships. There wasn't a single moment in the drama that felt rushed or dragged. Each scene and episode is vital to the natural pace of the story. If you are expecting 'drama', you will be disappointed, but if you are expecting a beautiful story that flows naturally, you will be delighted. The ending makes sense and was not rushed. In fact, I find myself wishing the couple all the best! Fans of mature story-telling would love this drama.

Acting/Cast: I was glad to see that Danson Tang came back to the TDrama scene with a bang. His depiction of the main character was brilliant. I love how Danson was able to act out such a wide range of emotions on his face from sombre, mad, in love, sad, naughty, teasing to just being plain cold and arrogant. His was my favourite character in the drama. This brings me to my least favourite character in the drama - coincidentally, the female lead! Do not get me wrong here. Ivelyn Lee acted brilliantly and delivered an excellent performance. It is her character that I disliked. What I disliked about Ivelyn's character of Guan Xiao Tong was Xiao Tong's cowardice and indecision when it comes to love relationships. She tends to over-analyse everything (like the psychologist she is) and tries to predict how the relationship will end. She failed to just enjoy being in a relationship and just let things develop naturally. She's always putting one foot in the relationship and another foot out (just in case things go wrong!). Therefore, she would always take the first step to end the relationship before she would really get hurt beyond repair. It did not matter what the man did for her or how much he had expressed his love for her...she has her own agenda and has already decided how she will end things with him. And once she had ended things with him, she started to over-analyse and regret her decisions in her past relationships.....the indecisiveness of her character totally makes me angry. Hers is like a pendulum, always swinging back and forth, always trying to take the middle ground but failed. Personally, I dislike ppl who are indecisive and have insecurity issues. I am glad that towards the end, she learns from this flaw of her character and grows more mature in her relationship with the male lead. It is because of my personal dislike of indecisive characters that I rated this drama 8.5/10 instead of the 9/10 I gave for its story. A stronger female lead character would be more to my liking.

Music: Lovely music but I've heard better ones before.

Rewatch value: I love all the lovey dovey scenes and the scenes where Danson acted the jealous and naughty man going after the girl he likes. I am a traditional person when it comes to love and appreciate it when the man is the one who goes all out after a girl and makes it so very apparent to all and sundry! To me, that is very flattering to the woman and very romantic as well. Therefore, this drama has a high rewatch value for me because of all of the romantic scenes between the leads.

Overall: It has been a while since I'd watched a TDrama. The industry has experienced a slump of late but once in a while, you'll find a gem and as of July 2015, this drama is the gem of 2015 TDrama for me. If you like romance dramas with mature story lines with a hint of mature comedy such as 'In Time With You', 'I want romance', 'Gentleman's Dignity' etc - you'll most likely like this drama as well.

This drama started off really good. A cute story with great leads and funny and interesting side characters. Somewhere along the way, however, it took a wrong turn and became a trainwreck.

The plot was supposed to be about a girl who is very unlucky. Anything that can go wrong in a situation goes wrong for her. After being dumped by her boyfriend, she quits her job as a psychologist to begin a new career at a dating agency, so that she can help others find the true love she longs for. It just so happens, though, that a divorce agency opens up across the street. The boss of the divorce agency also happens to become enemies with her. Of course, that makes for a promising Asian drama, right? Especially when you throw in a kind, caring second male lead that keeps getting friend zoned and an ex girlfriend that just can't let go. Even though it was rather cliche, the first half was presented in a fresh way, devoting most of the time to the build up of the lead character's romance. We really got to see each step, the emotion, the reactions, the mental aspects. A great deal of time was spent on character dialogue and longer scenes, something most dramas do not do.

Then....

At first....

Nothing happens. You are waiting for the conflict to start. You know the signs, there is always a formula, right? It then happens and it's such a little blip in the story that you are left in disbelief. Instead, it is like the very distant roll of thunder right before a storm hits, except this storm is full of WTF, and I mean that in a bad way. Just a little after halfway through the episodes the story takes a big deviation. This is almost certainly due to very, very bad rewriting of the script. Suddenly, there is major conflict, but this major conflict makes zero sense, is stupid and DRRRRRAAAAAGGGGGSSS. Seriously drags on and on and on until the last episode, where it magically vanishes with a sudden epiphany and everyone lives happily ever after.

In conclusion, this drama had so much potential but just ended up being a huge, whopping disappointment.

I still heart Tang Danson though.

I was so ready to love 'The Girl Who Sees Scents' purely for its squishly sweet OTP, but a plot that threw logic out of the window in favour of sacrificial lambs, and cops who don't put handcuffs on serial killers doesn't deserve more than a 6 in my eyes.

There's all so much stupidity I can take in a drama, before it all becomes too much and starts to have an actual affect on my brain. TGWSS was never the most clever of stories, with its presentation of wholly incompetent cops who spent more time eating than trying to catch a serial killer, but I forgave it - for a short time - for being able to work its way around the laughable police work in favour of exploiting our heroines smelly eye. However, once we hit episode eleven, the contagious disease of stupidity seemed to have spread to our heroine, herself, who became both a Noble Idiot and a Complete Idiot. From then on out we can see a continued series of events where characters decide to confront known murderers and get in murderers' cars. Even the intelligent and bitching Lieutenant falls victim of the strain of stupidity that seems to plague the innocent characters of Smelly Girl.

The heaps of plot induced stupidity that riddled Smelly Girl is a clear sign of poor and undirected writing in an attempt to make enough story for a 16 episode drama. Smelly Girl was a brainless plot that was far too long; ten episodes, max, is all it needed to set up the murders, investigate, romance, and catch the killer. There was absolutely no need to throw in some sacrificial lambs to ruin a perfectly healthy relationship in order to drag out an already thin enough piece of string.

I was only half watching by episode 13, and by episode 14 I started skipping a ridiculous amount of scenes so the damn story would actually *go somewhere*. It wasn't until episode 15 that I become interested, once a more, before I promptly switched off all concentration and fell asleep.

The only possible saving grace of Smelly Girl was the romance which could have been perfect - emphasis on the could - if only the writer had left it to blossom, instead of unfairly cutting it off because the heroine felt 'guilty' for a totally nonsensical reason. I absolutely hate Noble Idiots/Sacrifical Lambs, but I hate them even more when the reason for their behaviour is absolutely pathetic (not that Noble Idiocy can ever be justified). It was so frustrating to see the heroine making the decisions on her own and taking the hero's right of agency away from him even when he said her guilt did not matter. She became unbearably thick, so thick that I thought someone would have to beat the goddamn message into her.

If you value your brain cells I strongly recommend that you stay as far away as possible from 'The Girl Who Sees Scents'. Don't be fooled by its snazzy premise and cute OTP, because that all goes down the gutter in favour of general foolishness.

NB. If I was a cop in S. Korea, I would be highly offended by how absolutely useless the police force is portrayed.

This drama is a bad copy of the taiwanese drama In Time with You. Really there is not liaison between the two dramas, but quite similar. The same love triangle between the girl whose boyfriend a playboy who does not fit at all with she, and the best friend in love with her without telling him. And this also is waiting forever for the girl noticing and take a decision. The romance is poor and bland, even though the main couple is cute. Definitely lack passion!

At the end still it gets more boring! with things that did not interest us at all.

The main players are well into their roles. The problem is that drama it lacks the scenes where they can display their talents.

Not recommend this to anyone. Only if you want to see Zhang Han and his cute smile! because basically that's all it was worth!

Ok well , It hasn't been a while since I finished watching this drama !
(My Love Eun Dong) is the story of that sweet , pure , everlasting love of childhood which has been lost in the cruel hands of TIME ! But after 10 years , amazingly , finds a way to bloom again !
STORY : (7/10)
The story is ... sweet but NOT A BRAND NEW IDEA ! We've seen tons of First-love romances both in Korean's and non-Korean's cinema industry !
Despite this fact , we can find a different and fresh atmosphere in their childhood and teenage love story. Their relationship is somehow-unique from the start and I loved this fact ! It begins better than the way it continues (I think it's the most important fact of this drama) !
When the characters grow up they have almost no relation to their past , neither in their personality features nor their appearances ! I know people change a lot as they grow but it's very important for the stories that travel through time , to let the audiences feel the similarity in different aspects so they can say the grown-up characters are the same person ! The story losts it's suspension after 7 episodes which could be replaced with some more emotional roller-coasters ! The story somehow gets boring cause it tries so HARD to become realistic by being filled with routine life moments !
ACTING : (7.5/10)
Joo Jin Mo is PERFECT as he always is ! I do appreciate his acting so much ! He always gets drown in his role , makes you feel you're watching his real life not an artificial melodrama ! He transfers any kind of emotion from his soul ! His acting makes you laugh and cry with him ! His character in this drama is so active and filled with emotions and he did a great job !
Kim Sa Rang is good ... but I'm afraid her acting is not really , suitable as Joo Jin Moo's lady !!!
It's clear how much she tries to make her acting more and more moving but unlike Joo Jin Mo whose role gives his all to be with his one and only love , she seems cold blooded at some points !
I'm not saying she was bad but she couldn't impress you neither as a lover nor a mother !
Another choice (instead of Kim Sa Rang) could help this drama develop a lot !
Kim Tae Hoon , His acting is really good and admirable but his character seems confusing ! Is he a miserable handicapped ?! A psycho who made VERY BIG LIES to live with the woman he loved and even tried to kill himself ?! Or the best father in the world ?!!! Eventually his unknown yet sensitive character is cruely LEFT aside as he never existed ! (This is what annoyed me the most in this drama)
MUSIC : (7/10)
Good soundtracks ! Still there were some dramatic scenes which needed more dramatic music !
Rewatch Value : (5/10)
I'm not planning to watch it again ! but anyone who like first-love melodramas might give it another try
The ending is ... logical but not satisfying for it's hot story ! It's might be good at some points but won't impress you a lot , for sure !
For romantic-melodrama fans , it's a realistic , sweet love story you would like ! so give it a try specially if you're Jo Jin Moo's fan like me ;)
Final word : reviewing is mostly about comparing ! So nothing is 100% in this world as well as this review ,It's only written comparing with other dramas/movies and it's rated toward my other ratings for other worse or better dramas/movies !
Thanks for reading my words ! Bye ^_^

I am honestly so sad that this drama didn't live up to my expectations. I was hoping the reviews I read were just being harsh and maybe there was a hidden gem others didn't see. It had such great potential but sadly in the end I was left feeling unsatisfied.

Story | An ugly duckling turned Cinderella, poor girl turns rich type plot with a pretty big twist. Honestly the plot sounded extremely interesting to me, very unrealistic but I love that about dramas. Thinking about it now, it's a hard plot to follow through perfectly until the end. Which could explain a lot.

Cast | I'm very hit or miss about the cast. In my opinion the only reason I was able to finish this drama was because of Chris Wu. I liked the other cast members, but there was something very lacking as the episodes started to go on and I only looked forward to any scene with Chris's character. Hsieh Nikki's acting wasn't bad though, her chemistry with Chris Wu was actually enjoyable to watch. Maybe it's just because I don't like how her character progressed throughout the drama. I'm not really 100% sure. I try not to tie a person's acting with how a writer writes a character but it's hard not to sometimes. Side characters were ok, less satisfying than what I'm normally used to.

Music | Probably the thing I liked the most after Chris Wu's acting. I really enjoyed the intro and ending theme! There was also an instrumental song that was used throughout the drama that I really loved (if anyone knows the title, please tell me!)

Overall | This drama kind of just faded towards the end. There were a lot of things left open and a lot of unnecessary new things added towards the end of the drama. Things that seemed like a crisis in a few episodes were eventually forgotten about without proper closure. Characters that I thought were going to play a bigger role disappeared too. There was so much potential with this drama and I am sadly disappointed. It's highly unlikely I'll ever rewatch this drama.

My first lakorn and I was absolutely hooked. This one is special to me. Let me spare you the long text and break it down why you SHOULD watch this if you haven't.

- Attractive leads: Mike and Aom are so freaking adorable. And good looking. That is always, always a plus.
- Fantastic acting: Chemistry between the leads? Off the charts. I felt like I was falling in love alongside two of them, rooting for them, and the evidence that the drama passed the test is, y'know, THAT feeling in the depths of your stomach when you feel the loooooveeee and tension coming out from the couple. Mmm.
- Plot: If you've watched the Korean version, this is without saying. Kudos again to the original mangaka who managed to make his work a hit, but I like how the director injects so much humour into this one!!!!!!!!!! I literally LOL-ed several times, and I'm almost always smiling watching this drama :) Psst, they also pay homage to the Korean version somehow. Haha.
- Music: their OST is pretty catchy. That's all I remember, so good going. Their music started, faded, and stopped at appropriate times and set the mood correctly too, so many points!

I can't speak or understand Thai and my initial understanding of it was that it was a harsh-sounding language and thus I was hesitant to start, but this drama really, really, showed me that Thai lakorns hold plenty of potential once I gave them the chance.

Watch. Today. No regrets, promise. I also say that this is better than the Korean version (and I think Mike is cuter than Rain too. Whoops.)

IDK why so many people liked this drama.

It felt really silly to me. While I understand the reality of a couple grappling with their romance and having other partners in their lives before they find one another, this drama was entirely frustrating and only cute at certain points. I started watching this drama because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews on MDL, but only 2 episodes in I was already bored.

I'd have to admit that the drama performed well in certain areas. For one, the music was great! Super cute OST and I love that they didn't restrict themselves to recycling a few sets of songs just because they are written solely for the drama (i.e. they used other music too). I also understand that people like it because it is so down-to-earth and relatable, funny at some parts even. But yes, great acting from the main leads (can't really say the same for the support roles :/)

When I finished the drama I just felt like... I listened to my friend tell me her life story about how she got together with her current lover, for example. It just wasn't interesting enough for me. Guess this drama just didn't hit the right spots for me, in terms of plot at least. On a personal preference level, I like my dramas to make me feel like I'm reading a novel; and Marriage, Not Dating made me feel like I'm reading an autobiography. Sorry, not fictional and dramatic enough for me. Whoops.

Let me put it this way - if you're out for some great acting and a light filler drama, go for it. Also if you like those that are a little more slice-of-life-ish. But if you're like me and you're looking for dramas that make you choke up and cry, or your heart pound faster in anticipation... then I think you should look somewhere else.

This is sixth or seventh lakorn I have watched and I have to say it was really unique and entertaining. Totally refreshing compared to typical lakorn. Of course there's typical instruments for thai drama like revenge because of jealousy or that female lead is often misunderstood.

But the story is great and male lead is eye candy (actually reminded me a bit of taiwanese actor Aaron Yan). Leads have great chemistry and side roles were enjoyable too.

The plot at first seems to be your typical bad rich girl turned good but because of the fantasy element in it, every episode was entertaining and I kept watching without getting bored. Well, in first like two episodes I was wondering if this is going anywhere but if you're going to start this lakorn, I advice you to watch at least the first five episodes. The story unwraps itself only in the last few episodes so it keeps you guessing all the time who is really the bad guy.

Overall, if you're looking for something different compared to usual lakorns, this is your drama.
