Acting was exceptionally great except for Lee Da Hee! She ruined a lot for me because every scene she was on sucked. I don't know, maybe it's just her character or something but she was bland and boring until she proved herself worthy in the latter part of the drama. Jung So Min totally nailed it as well as pretty much everyone else in this drama. Choi Daniel was brilliant and his character was beautifully twisted, just perfectly evil. Kang Ji Hwan, do we even need to mention that this kind of dramas are like made for him?! Goofy character who knows when to get serious and how to be cool without trying.

I know better revenge dramas than this but Big Man gets exceptionally high marks from me and gets at least in top 10 of my favorites! One reason is because I was totally addicted, I literally couldn't wait for another episode to come out. There were enough plot twists to keep this show entertaining but towards the end the pattern kept repeating and the show became repetitive, not to mention predictable. That ate a bit from my ratings.

There were a few exceptionally flat moments when the tension kept rising and keeping you on the edge when suddenly you'd realize what was going to happen yet there was still one more episode before that thing would happen because some of the obvious things had to be done. I understand that this couldn't be avoided but it killed some of the brilliance for me.

Often, in this kind of shows, outrageous things happen but Big Man managed to keep it real most of the time. I didn't constantly feel like "come on, that's so ridiculous", of course, that whole heart transplant thing in the beginning was outrageous but somehow everything was toned down. I'd say so many things in this drama were wonderfully perfect. It's a nice package which doesn't fall apart. The last two episodes fell flat for me, they lacked tension but went on smoothly and I was satisfied with the ending which fit this show pretty well.

The only thing which I am disappointed with is the love part of the story, there was no chemistry between the main characters, nothing at all and I wished they wouldn't end up together. Luckily most of the time the show didn't concentrate on love though, Biig Man was more about revenge and business than anything else.

This is a typical teenager musical about young people trying to succeed on the big stage. Every character has their own problem to overcome and despite the differences friendship grows. Overall this is an okay drama with mostly good acting and great "music videos". The songs were all well played and nicely incorporated into the story, so if you like musicals this is one of the best I have seen.

Acting was mostly excellent except on Jung Ji Young's part. He did great job with Se Chan but once Ray came into the picture his acting reduced to blaaah level. I don't know what happened, but he became very dull and had no chemistry with anyone. Kwak Shi Yang did great job and he literally shone, the chemistry between Se Jong and Hae Ra cracked the screen! Shim Hyung Tak as Tae Poong was awesome and all the scenes between him and mothers were seriously the best thing in this drama. Other cast members did an excellent job as well and every character came to life, it was a pleasure watch them.

What comes to the plot it was interesting but, unfortunately, the middle part of the drama was extremely draggy with the bland melodrama. At times, I felt like the drama has been written by a teenager because "the hardships" were so ridiculous. Because of the boredom the acting suffered too, this drama was at its best during the bubbly scenes and when there was a lot of action. Park Kwang Seon was the only one who managed to pull the melodrama part well enough. Min Hyo Rin was interesting as Hae Ra until the writer and the director decided to ruin her character and turn her into a whiny childish little girl.

A lot of things in this drama made no sense and I was often left wondering "How the heck did that happen?" and "What the heck happened during those years?"

Indeed, a lot of time lapses in order to not answer such questions as "How did a wounded man escape terrorists on a desert and how did he get home?" And then "Wait, Korean man on a desert, terrorists? What?"

But you guys, I loved the characters (except the woman). I loved the main guy, his friends and all the scheming politicians, I loved them all. Because they felt real. I loved the fast paced storytelling in its all ridiculousness. I even loved the ending of which I am still not sure of. Did it happen or not?

There is something about this drama I can't describe. Maybe because it reminds me of good old days, of All In (I mean the same screenwriter and all). Lobbyist is like a little cousin on the epic example of revenge, political plotting, from rags to decent living, love never dies. There is the feel many dramas simply lack, what makes you watch one episode after another. A good drama about ambitions, revenge, plotting. This is a good replacement if you think All In or Sand Glass are too old and if you are yearning for a lot of action and strong love story.

The premise was excellent and the first two episodes caught my attention right away. Then came the disappointment... There was really nothing interesting to this story and it turned out dull. It had great potential but the show never went into depth about anything at all so the plot turned out superficial. The side characters didn't really have any backstories and the cast didn't have any sort of unity that would have made them into a group of people fighting for the same goal. Eventually it became really hard to care for anyone in the story.

I love these type of corporate plotting dramas but Korean detective dramas are usually very tasteless so I wish there was no police involved her either. When it comes to antiheroes or 'bad guys turn good' - plot lines Korean do really well as long as the story doesn't concentrate too much on the romance. Even though there was a lot of plotting and dirty games going on I felt like most of the drama was about love and the plotting scenes became repetitive. The bad guy was really obvious too...

The acting was good, except for Kim so Yeon, her character was really dull. even though she was supposed to be mature she was leaving the company all the time for personal reasons but then stuck around after all... I must say that the best one was Lee Shi Eon, this guy really has talent. His character came to life on the screen. Ahn Suk Hwan never fails as the father figure. Jung Kyung Hoo was good but his character wasn't interesting. In the beginning he caught my attention and his character had the spunk but after the surgery he changed into a mess. I wish the writer had paid more attention to character development.

I could describe this drama simply like this:

Beginning: the most awesome, intriguing, complicated, interesting, hooking, creative, breathtaking shit I have ever seen.
The rest: just shit.

Seriously, why does it always happen? Dramas start well then first half is over and everything is over. I guess it went up till episode 8, that's when the awesomeness ended and this drama became a pain to watch.

First of all I hate Moon Geun Young and this drama made me hate her even more. She is the most boring actress I have ever seen, (along with Han Ga In, they are just the same). Maybe it was just her character? Han Se was supposed to be different but ended up being just a confusing crying mess who couldn't achieve anything by herself. All she did after first half was crying, over and over again.

Park Shi Hoo, I loved his character at first but then realized that he was crazy, he was simply just... out of his mind?

This drama is no different from others. It's true the writer tries to have a different feel to the usual Cinderella story but in the end nothing is different. I though Han Se had potential of being the first truly black main character in Kdrama history, who was driven evil by the harsh society she was living in.

Oh well, everything about her was genuine after all, just everything. Instead of a good girl gone bad this drama actually portrays something like: a good girl can't go bad because she is too good and that pays off. What?

The weak lead girl who is constantly unsure about everything she does supported by people who at first hate her but become her friends and a crazy male lead who does stuff which doesn't really make any sense. But as long as he saves the day in the end...

After the most promising first 8 episodes I have ever seen this drama made an u-turn into a boring mess which didn't make any sense after all.

This is a really solid show, it's not great but not bad either. Overall I could say it's a bit bland, but the writing is good and the package is tight, boring at times but bearable. Everything in the show makes sense, it's not too fast but not unbearably slow either, everything is just perfectly balanced. Perhaps, because this drama is so generic it lacks in character but it's entertaining enough.

The chemistry between the main couple is good and the acting is okay. I'd say this is a good drama if you aren't very familiar with Korean dramas yet or if you feel nostalgic and want to go back in time and enjoy something old. There is nothing new about the plot and it's not as fast paced as the newest dramas but enjoyable, anyway.

This show is really basic (typical romance) and has all Kdrama elements like stormy romance, drama, typical exaggeration, strict parents, "evil" grandfather, strange humor, conflicts, misunderstandings, innocent love, awesome best friends, crazy heroine and the asshole main guy.

This show has an awesome beginning and I was hooked right away. But sadly things I anticipated never happened and the show lost its spark quite soon. There are many repetitive scenes and the humor tones down quite a lot (gets replaced by boring melodrama elements). I guess I put my hopes too high for this show and became extremely disappointed, so I dropped it at episode 10 after which I rewinded the last episodes like in 10 minutes, that is just how excited I was. There was so much potential which never bloomed. Eventually the show left a bland aftertaste, lacking character and any sort of impact. The ending was lame too.

The reasons why I stopped watching? There were many. The first thing was the father-son relationship which didn't seem to get anywhere. I was anticipating to see a lot of bickering and fighting, there was some but the plot was mainly about the father's love relationship. There is more father-son action in the latter part of the drama but the plot just drags badly and honestly speaking I felt extremely bored. To my disappointment the father concentrates mostly on 1. trying to stay alive longer 2. trying to take over the company himself 3. trying to take his revenge on his horrible family. This is all utterly selfish but above that boring. For several episodes the son goes around doing who knows what, seriously. None of that is even relevant to the plot. I was also extremely disappointed with the main couple, I just think there is something weird about it. First of all they barely have any sparks and this makes their relationship boring. Second, I wanted her to end with someone else so badly. Because I think she compliments that other person more.

All in all, the acting was okay and the music was fine. I liked the settings in each scene and the clothes used by the characters. It's just that none of the characters shone and everything became gray mass eventually. I couldn't find myself caring for anyone.

This is the first drama I ever watched and that's why it will always have special place in my heart. I loved it, I was totally swooned. But when putting feelings aside this drama is actually pretty bad. Seriously.

Some 4 first episodes are a bit boring for me, and all the characters are super annoying, especially the main girl. Half of the time it's hard to say what is even going on. And then towards the end it gets pretty draggy, everyone is crying.

My first thoughts: how could her friends do that to her?! Why are they are brushing their teeth all the time? Hasn't anyone noticed that the girl hasn't changed her clothes for 6 days? Why are these people always yelling at each other?

Once the show gets really started it's pretty cute and entertaining, I had a lot of "awww" moments. And well, I guess this show is worth watching just for Rain/Bi, he is super cute. Even though his character wears super weird clothes.

But personally, I think Full House is sort of outdated now, everything about it feels old and ancient. I think it should be buried in drama history and left there. It's a cute show though, and a good first ever drama.

I had the highest possible expectations for this show and got the biggest disappointment of my life.

Three things:
1. I love Lee Jun Ki
2. I love Robin Hood stories.
3. I hated this drama.

To put it simply: Painfully slow beginning, fairly interesting middle, boredom, decent ending.

Well, I don't know how many times I hit my head into the wall while watching this show and how easily I could think of the better ways of implementing the plot. The writer ruined it all for me, everything of it. I'm not saying the plot sucked that much but hey, it could have been so much better. I'm dying all over again while thinking how easily it could have been so much better T__T

Acting was good, I don't have much to complain about it but the story was just boring, everything about this show was painfully boring and the comedy relief was only temporary. Even the love part was disappointing, all of it. I feel like everything happened in slow motion.

If given a chance I would rather watch something else.

At first I thought this darma is okay, it could get better. Well, it didn't get better only worse. So while watching the first episodes if you get the feeling that it's okay now but wish it would be better later just stop wasting your time. I fast forwarded most of the episodes after ep 5 out of boredom

I am a person who doesn't mind cliches that much as long as they are not boring. This drama was full of boring, predictable cliches which didn't make much sense. It was hard to care about ANY character in the drama except Byul.. Most characters were superficial and underdeveloped. Shin Sung Rok was awesome at the beginning but then his character faded into the background and he lost all his sparks, I don't blame the actor I blame the script.

The plot was simply boring and at times just stupid. It's not hard to follow but it's just too boring and predictable. I don't recommend this show to anyone. The music was good, a lot of trot songs, but I am not a fan of musicals.

In the first place, I decided to watch this movie because I liked the poster and because I like everything related to gangsters. But sweet Jesus, the violence! I have never watched anything as brutal, gritty and raw. There is a scene when you can hear how someone's eyes are being dug out from their sockets. That's something I can't shake off my mind, like ever. At some scenes, I had to close my eyes and I am not a sensitive person. So if you like blood splatter and all the gore, go for this. This movie is all about the violence and a lot less about anything else. The violence was the best part, anyway.

Acting is decent, I don't have complains or praises. The characters stay distant and there is not much development; they are sort of bland and boring. The plot solely concentrates on taking revenge without much drama. Well, there is a bit of drama but it remains hollow and completely unnecessary. The female character's purpose in this movie is questionable. And personally, I found it hard to connect with any of the characters. The ending had an impact, but I think it was very predictable. And there were some plot holes that could have been easily avoided. A lot of things in this movie happen, sort of, all of a sudden and leave you wondering.

All in all, I think Soo is the type of movie you either like or dislike. It's a mediocre action flick, which doesn't leave you with much to say.

This is one of my favorite dramas. Then why rate it so low? Well, it's been ages since I watched this and the truth is that this drama becomes a bit boring and repetitive midway with plenty of "let's fast forward" moments. But this one is a good basic well balanced drama with everything kept in control and the end wraps everything up nicely.

The comedy is the best part of this, the show kept me cracking up all the time, especially during the first half. If you want a laugh of your life try watching this, maybe the first episode is a bit boring but the story picks up well after that.

The cast does a great job except.. ahem... Han Ga In who nothing but pissed me off every freaking second she spent on the screen. Thus it was hard to root for the main couple. Other than her the cast was splendid indeed and I fell in love with all the 'oldies' and their 'I'm laughing because I know something you don't, even though you just insulted me. You just wait and I will destroy you' - moments.

What this it drama has to offer is the most basic ingredients of Korean dramas, no more no less. A bit of a bittersweetness, comedy, romance, hard work, sadness and the harshness of Korean society. Everything comes wrapped in a neat and well balanced package.

What this show lacks is chemistry between the main couple and creativity. The main idea of the plot is creative enough but the actual implementation is not. This is basic "Cinderella" story about a girl who hits the rock bottom and then gets a chance to fulfill her dream through hard work and finds her happiness in the end. There are drawbacks but she never stops trying due to her cheerful and stubborn character everyone just loves.

The drama succeeds well in portraying Korean life in general and does it in a quite realistic way. Exposes all the flaws of money driven society in which you have to be perfect and young to succeed in anything. Even if you have talent but are a few years too old you are nothing. If you are a nice person everyone around you will get jealous and try to plot you out of the picture. But still, in the end the good wins.

There were way too many episodes and halfway the story became exhausting due to its repetitiveness. The chemistry between the main characters which was quite okay in the beginning slowly faded away and they felt more like good friends, older sister and younger brother. Needless to say I got a really bad second lead syndrome here.

This is not good not bad, mediocre at its best and worst. Acting is quite okay though.

This drama starts out funny but… it’s not really a funny drama, it’s a heartwreck. These were the times, the beginning of 2000 was a golden era of sad dramas and this one was one of the best. If you are a Rain fan then you must definitely watch as this is easily one of his best dramas (way better than a Love to Kill and Full House). If you are not a great fan of Rain then watch it if the story line seems interesting and if you can handle old dramas looking old-fashioned. The main cast is outstanding and acting is great too, characters are lovable and they do grow as the show goes on. Chemistry between the main couple is good.

I do disagree with the ending though. It really did not have to be like that. I have to say I was really dumbstruck by it. It did seem kind of forced.

Screenwriter Lee Kyung Hee is easily my favorite screenwriter. Her shows are usually mellow and meaningful, they have this special atmosphere.

The drama was entertaining, especially the first half with such exciting episodes that kept me on the edge. As usual, at some point in the middle, there were boring moments, but I didn't lose my interest even once. There are a lot of things to be disappointed about but also a lot of amazing things as well.

The first thing that made me wonder was how they talked modern Korean and how the songs were all very "modern" as well, it didn't really suit the atmosphere. It was also strange ,how instead of trying to find a way back, Soo concentrated on changing the history. It would have made more sense for her to try to go back, then accept the fact that she won't be able to escape, and only after try to change the history. In fact, the whole concept of changing the history is an overused cliche...

The character development was rather poor. Either there were too many characters or then not enough time. Some of the side characters weren't even introduced too well, yet they were supposed be important. Because of the poor editing, the changes in main characters' personalities were rather sudden and strange. I like how all princes who got on the throne became crazy because they were too weak. Not everyone can be a king. Later in the drama, Soo lost all her spunk, and I understand the palace life did that to her, it killed her inside, but towards the end she became a really boring character. It also seems that, at some point, the whole acting cast was becoming very tired due to the hectic schedule and their acting got worse. The only one who shined through was Lee Jun Ki. Overall, I became attached to all characters and am willing to forgive a lot. Despite the flaws, all characters were really lovable and memorable.

The storyline concentrates a lot on the characters instead of other plot devices, there is not really much of "other plot" like politics and scheming. That's why I am a bit disappointed that the characters come out so incomplete. Also, how come Baek Ah and So were the only ones who didn't seem to get older? And was it really that hard to have at least one successful love story in a drama with so many characters?

The last episode wrapped up the story pretty nicely. Throughout the story the bad people, who seemed to be getting away with everything they did, got what they deserved, they might not have understood their punishment, but at least it left the audience satisfied. The last episode is such a tear jerker, you realize that it's really is the end. I wish the whole drama was as good as the last episode.

Though, "the real world"- part was sort of lame. Instead of remembering the old times, it would have been more interesting if Soo took a look at what happened after she had left and instead of being sorry, it would have been more satisfying if she could leave this all behind with a peaceful heart and finally move on in life. So the audience could, as well, have a peace of heart. Regarding to whom Soo met later in real life and whom she didn't, it made sense if you go back to the first episode. Whom did she meet there and why?
