This drama honestly had a lot of potential in the beginning. The backstory was great, the cast was good, and I found myself really enjoying it the first couple of episodes.
However, it really went downhill for me after Nam Do San and Seo Dal Mi started falling for each other, even after she found out that he'd been lying to her this whole time. I know feelings can change, but I just didn't end up liking them together. There were some minor plot holes and flaws (like when Kim Yong-San had a grudge against Han Ji Pyeong for what he did to his brother -- that's kind of his job? I wouldn't expect investors to sugar coat your mistakes; he also wasn't that rude to him to the point where he'd commit suicide out of the blue) but the most aggravating one to me was the fact that Han Ji pyeong didn't make ANY moves for 3 YEARS. He had the perfect chance to get to know Dal Mi better with Do San gone, and their relationship off the rails.
Something else that was annoying were the random english phrases. Come on now, does anyone do that in real life? It was very unnatural and made me cringe every time. It really wasn't necessary at all.
The ending was also underwhelming; I'd like to have known more about the other people. What happened to the twins and Morning group? Who won the bidding? Isn't that what it was leading up to for the whole episode? I feel like there could have been more clarification on the direction they go in.
The thing I really enjoyed the most was the soundtrack and OSTs. They were my cup of tea and it fit the vibe of the story well. They did a good job on this aspect. I can't say the same for the rest of the criteria.
