Both have Ella Chan as a lead. Both are very different in tone. Hana Kimi is over-the-top comedy, kind of like popcorn entertainment. While The Rose is a melodramatic romance. Both are based on a manga.
But these two specifically shows her range as an actress. She also sings one song in the OST of each show with her group S.H,E., at the time.

They both have Wu Chun very early into his career,
They both are different in tone, but I liked the chemistry Wu Chun had with his leading ladies and some of the other characters.

Both don't have a similar plot, but it does have some comedic moments.
Both have Earth and Mix as the leads and both have amazing chemistry in both.
The difference is that ATOTS has a real plot while MOZ is like a one big commercial.

I have both similar reactions to both shows. It is well-acted drama without a lot of plot. Both take place in the university setting. Both are directed by P'New Siwaj Sawatmaneekul and written by Inthira Thanasarnsurit
Both projects have Kim Woo Bin as the lead and both have action.
Both projects were the comeback for Kim Woo Bin after a long hiatus. OBB is his movie comeback and Black Knight was his drama comeback.

They have an eccentric female lead and cold-at-first male lead. They have a similar tone. Comedic and quirky, but there is heart to it. There are also an eccentric group of supporting casts that will keep you entertained.
They are both based on famous manga.

Both OTPs are so cute together. We see the development of the OTP develop as individuals before the romance took place. The male leads were the most green flag men I have ever seen on my screen. The romance is a slow build, but it is so natural and worth the wait.
The differences: The female lead in Attorney Woo is on the Autistic Spectrum and the female in Hidden Love is not. Extraordinary Woo OTP is close in age, while Hidden Love is an Age-gap drama.

The storyline and romance does take time to develop. They both have amazing character development from the male leads. I also feel (in my opinion) that the relationship and character developments were natural and organic. They actually interact with one another more than once!
Both female leads are naive at times, but over time you can't help but love them. We also can see both male lead's emotions throughout the series (how they feel with not only the female lead, but how they feel in certain situations).

Both leads are shady, suspicious and chrismatic characters.
Moon Chae Won acts in both.
Both have similar tone, but Flower of Evil is a bit more darker.
The acting in both is phenomenal!!!
The chemistry between the OTP on both are amazing.
The music sets the tone of the dramas super well.

It is about students who try to survive in the most gruesome circumstances. They both are pretty gruesome when it comes the visuals of the movie, lots of gore. Both movies are not light-hearted movies to watch.
They are similar by:
-one female help a lot in the boys' lives
- similar feel: lots of comedy with a lot of heart.
- she goes through lengths to help the boys she comes to care for.
-There is hinted of romance, but there isn't much (veeeeeeerrrrrry small).
-the female leads do learn from the boys just as much as she helps them.
Difference:
-The female in Gokusen is a teacher while in AND, she is the boys' step-mom.
- The female lead in AND was hesitant at first before accepting them while in Gokusen, she was accepting from the start.

There are relatives in the female leads' families that would do anything to get rid of the female lead. In Hide and Seek it is her Grandmother and in Inheritance, it is her mother-in-law. The difference is that in Hide and Seek, the female lead has backbone from the beginning. While the female lead in AHYI, grows to have a backbone later on.
