These series have a similarity in how they are written. Both deal with parallel worlds and have elements of time travel but one is about a fictional world while the other is more scientific based. Also the pacing is nice in both, they manage to tell a story in a way that surprises you. Personally I really liked how they managed to tell complex stories in such an interesting way in both series.

Both series feature main male leads as rich guys who are the leaders of a big company but they both need to be alone or separated from other people due to their own reasons. In "Introverted boss" the main lead is as title suggests an introvert and in "I'm not a robot" the main lead has to keep away from people due to skin reaction when in contact with a human. Therefore, both feature some sort of social phobia that results them being alone.
