Cupid's Kitchen
Cupid's KitchenThe story: of a young girl who is making her way as a chef and the chef who is her mentor. Great plot lots of intrigue. Gets you engaged in the story. Lots of character growth for all the characters involved which I really liked. Over all a very good story. Who knows you might even get some cooking tips thrown in.
What I liked:
*The cooking gave insight into the world of connoisseurs and foodies.
*The leads were wonderful together as student and teacher growing together.
*The story was complex and at times left you shaking your head saying how can this be? Really gets the audience engaged.
*Character growth was amazing. Gave the innocence power and the hardened self reflection.
*The filming was great. Enjoyed the food presentation and cooking.
*Happy ending
What I didn't like about it:
*The big glaring one is the dubbing of Elise, Jiang Qian Fan's ex girlfriend.
*Victors singing over dubbing again was terrible.
*Some of the characters could have just faded away instead of continuing their story. Example the Song Yi Ran scenario.
Li Yan plot could have had less but I see why they kept it as a balance for Elise.
*Not a lot of romance.
Conclusion:
All in all I really enjoying this series. I love how they overcame diversity. Never give up. Peace♥

Over all very exciting.
The story is a slow burn in the romance department. Lots of action and fighting scenes. It goes from corporate to jungle to criminal elements.The acting is great. From the distrust of each other to deep love. The range of the actors is amazing. Grouchy to happy to sad. The two leads did a great job. Especially liked the ML. His character could relax and be funny but very business like in the next moment. FL was at first rejecting of ML as she didn't know (lost memory) his connection with her in the past. The supporting cast played their roles well and were very supportive of the leads story. Lots of companionship. I liked how they worked together as a team supporting each other in their lives and in the field.
Music over all complimented the series.
Rewatch is high to get all the finer points in this series.
Over all a great watch.

Loved this series, It was a nice break from the heavy kowtow and rules from the historical dramas. There were some very hilarious scenes. I still am chuckling about them. The maid quarter scene and the game night with the emperor come to mind. Laughing out loud is good right? The acting was very good and the timing and sense of the series was very good. Present meets past with a refreshing take on palace life. Love story with a twist. "Your not allowed to say another mans name." Definitely watch Season 2. Esta resenha foi útil para você?

I liked the styling of this drama that's why I was drawn to the series. There were a couple of great scenes. The tango scene was awesome. Also the dance scene when the power was out. Glitz and glam of the fashion industry. Goes from crisis to crisis. The acting was okay with some of the more powerful actors doing a better job. I did find the plot very confusing trying to figure out what was going on. Too many side stories. I lost my interest. I did skip to the end just to find out. I watched 1 - 15 and the final episode.
