The setting and the context are different but I've found the oldest brothers in both dramas really similar; the way they sacrifice themselves for the sake of the youngest siblings and try to maintain a certain stability and the bond among them.

They both have a character being killed and the sad consequences of it on the family (who is innocent) of the killer and the sorrow of the victim's one.

Healthy
This is the only other show that came to my mind if I think about healthy relationships. The mindset of the female lead is really great and the story is heartwarming.
