Like What in the WOLRD did I just watched?!?!

No offense to the actors, author or Production or whatsoever...

But this storyline has so many mad red flags:

- Romanticizing of Sexual Assault (the character Tharn was a piece of sh*t, who told you can touch a sexual assault victim without his consent?!)
- toxic behavior and unreasonable behavior (Type, Tharn and especially you Lhong)
- character Type, like really?! Even when you hated gays because of your past trauma, you had no legal rights to mess with the stuff of other people. And why nearly the end of the story when your good friend come out to as gay you judged him when you were taking up a d*ck yourself...like makes no sens to me BOI.
- this isn't how sexual assault victim overcome their trauma (at least in my opinion, maybe I am overlooking something). What this BOI needed is a therapy and healthy environment to overcome his past trauma and not toxic drama with no common sense...

I believe this could have been a hidden gem of slice-of-life-trope. With a story of a young boy/ young man, who struggles to over his past demons, who are hunting and tormenting him daily. And with the help of his loved ones and real friends, he could have sought out professional help and treatment. And that with each step he could have found his way back to the light out of his nightmares, back into reality. Then they could have slowly introduced the male lead, Tharn, with his story. I think they could have thought a more beautiful and lovely way for Type and Tharn to meet. Of starting to know each other, starting from study-mates to friends to lovers, falling in love (showing the real struggle to fall in love without stupid misunderstandings), confessing to each other, meeting the family and friends of each other, starting to build (a realistic) life with each other and so much more. Maybe I am just a hopelessly romantic (from all the novels I read daily) but I still believe they could have done better.
