2015. Netflix. “My Girlfriend Is An Agent.” This movie introduced me to the wonderful world of Korean Dramas. My first show was “You’re All Surrounded,” a 2014 comedy and thriller drama. My favorite dramas have a perfect blend of comedy, romance, and action (with maybe a dash of melodrama). I love talking to people, and am happy to hear and give drama suggestions.

• 9.5&10 stars: Wow! Perfect or almost perfect execution of the plot. The main characters are well developed. Brought lots of personal enjoyment. Was compelling and has a high rewatch value; want to grab a friend and watch it again immediately. 

• 9&9.5 stars: Great drama, close to perfect execution of the plot. Main characters are developed. Really enjoyed watching it. Compelling with a high rewatch value. 

• 8&8.5 stars: Good drama, but either plot execution and/or character development was lacking. Probably wasn’t compelling 2/3rds of the way through. Still very enjoyable. It has some rewatch value.

• 7&7.5 stars: A good drama, but the plot and character development needed help. It was both enjoyable and frustrating. Not super compelling; has a low rewatch value.

• 6&6.5 stars: A decent drama, but the plot and character development needed lots of work. Fun to watch, but the plot is not consistently compelling and it has little rewatch value. 

• 5 stars: Watched a few episodes, but it was not good enough to finish.

• 1-4 stars: Not good, not enjoyable, not worth watching.
