BL's that are actually worth your time.

This is such a guilty pleasure of mine. From the concept to the storyline, this show is brilliant and innovative. This romantic comedy has couples with good chemistry and an interesting storyline. 

If you want intense kiss scenes this isn't the one for you tho...

Another thai bl that manages to give the typical university trope a new spin. It's different and has a cool concept. Not to mention that compared to some other thai bls, the acting is great in this one.

It might be a bit slow for some but it's worth it.

Also, GET YOUR TISSUES.

It's iconic and if you still haven't seen it, GET TO IT.  There is nothing to hate on this one

For anyone who is tired of the university drama's. If you want romance, crime and mystery than this is perfect for you. It's more crime based than romance on certain episodes but I find it relieving after the cheesiness of some other dramas. Also MaxTul is the couple in this and they've played in like 3 series together. Because of that, their chemistry is really good and you can tell they've done this before. 

Color Rush set the bar for korean bl. Innovative storyline with interesting characters. The one downside I can think of is that it's to short and i want a season 2

Turn your brain of and relax to this show. JeffGameplay are so good in this and it's honestly such a comfort show that doesn't leave you feeling stressed af.

A classic, nothing more to say.

This entire series is online through their screens and that concept is so interesting and fun to watch.

When we are talking about bl from the Philippines, this one needs to be mentioned.  It's iconic and there is a reason for that.

Who am I kidding, you've seen this already. There is no need for me to add this to this list.

I suggest watching this as a movie and not like a drama, I find it's most enjoyable that way

Often called the best bl drama ever made so definitely worth your time.

For everyone sick of the university students in denial. Papa & Daddy is about two adult men moving to the next fase in their life and their relationship. Ends on a cliffhanger but a second season is coming.

I'm still kinda upset at the way it ended but the rest of the show made up for it. 

Who knew that the toxic side couple from TharnType would form a relationship with some of the best communication out of any bl. If bl's based on stupid misunderstandings annoy you, you'd probably like this one. If you're tired of watching conflicts that could be solved if they only just talked to each other than I reccomend Don't Say No.  This bl showcases a couple that openly discusses a lot of things like a real healthy couple would. It proves that it's possible to make a  bl where the plot doesn't resolve around misunderstandings. 

That is untill the last two epispodes. Seems Mame really couldn't help herself. 

It's short, it's cute, it has Jun Hee from ACE in it. What's not to love?

A twist in the west side story, romeo and juliet trope. But done in a way that doesn't make you feel like you're listening to a story you've heard a dozens times before.

This show is a great example of how a last episode can really make a series. Up untill the last two episode you'll probably wonder why I put this in this list as a 'healthy' relationship but I promise it's worth it. Or at least it was for me. 

Without spoiling anything, it's the type of relationship where you can see that it's not very healthy in the beginning but neither seems to care or mind (or at least they don't in the beginning). Its confusing and complicated but they adress those complicated feelings which is why I like it. This shows how two people in a relationship need to be on equal footing to make it work. 

More than it being unhealthy, it's a relationship between two very flawed characters and I think it's important to keep in mind that there are two sides to every story. This isn't a review so I won't go to deep into it but it's a relationship unlike anyother and within 6 episodes they manage to create two deep, layered and dynamic characters.

Throw away everything you think you know about bl's bc this isn't going to be anything like that. This is a comedy that pokes fun at all the BL tropes while somehow also being very cute and warmhearting. It just got a second season which I also really like and if you enjoy this you should definetley check it out.

A classic

Okayyy, one could say it's one of the more morally dubious ones but I just really enjoyed it so I'm putting it in here along with the sequel.

I never actually finished this lol? So if you watch it, do let me know whether I should continue it or not.

It  gets kind of boring towards the end but so many people enjoyed it that I think you might enjoy it too.

The more time goes by, the more I start to doubt wether I really like this or not.

So... it's here for now but I might take it out because one of the male leads was VERY frustrating.

It's a Thai comedy, a genre you either love or hate.

The plot's refreshing . That's kinda all I have to say on it lol.

It's Jeff, it's Gameplay. I have a soft spot for them so I had to add this.

It's short but worth it. (also angst lol)
