Issue with Editing Recommendations: Edit Window Not Appearing

I am currently unable to edit my recommendation. Despite clicking the "Edit" button multiple times, the edit window fails to appear, preventing me from making any changes. Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

i tried edit  recommendation through both the drama and profile sections but weren’t able to.
