I've seen that there is no thread for this drama, and I like it sooooo much so I had to make one ^^



Synopsis

After an earthquake destroyed Xiang Qin's house, she and her father moved in with the family of her father's college buddy, Uncle Ah Li. To her surprise, the kind and amicable aunt and uncle are the parents of her cold and distant schoolmate Jiang Zhi Shu, a genius with an IQ of 200 whom not too long ago rejected her endless crush on him. Will the close proximity give her a second chance to win Zhi Shu's heart? Or, will her love for him end under his cold words? What happens when there is competition for his heart?

This drama was great! It was my second Taiwan drama and I loved it. Like C4U said, Jiro Wang was adorable and I loved the chemistry between Ariel and Joe.

I loved the scene when Ah Jin was searching for Xiang Qin in the rain. He's skulking around and then BAM! Out of nowhere he just drops into a hole XD I re-watched that scene so many times! It still cracks me up.

The scene starts around the 4 minute mark. WARNING If you haven't seen the show yet, you might not want to watch this clip because there are some other parts to the whole video that are spoilerish.

is this any better than the k-drama version? in that the male lead was dispicable and the female lead was spineless and it made me want to strangle both of them.

Indeed, this is a really good drama.. This would be my fave version out of all the dramas I have seen.. This one is a tied first for me with the anime version of itazura na kiss.. The anime version is the most completed version out of all these dramas, hence a easily won first, but this one is great. This one was also the first and only of the versions to have me struggling with the 2nd lead syndrome.. Jiro Wang litterately melted my heart in this one.. Great acting <3 Loved the OST, Great songs.. Even now Jiro Wang's character song REGRET and Ariel Lin's YU DAO are both stuck in my head.. Beautiful.. Sorry to all fans, But I just didn't like Joe as much as Jiro in this version..
