Kwak Shi Yang to appear in the upcoming episode of "Good Partner"
Park Hee Soon was offered to star alongside Park Min Young in a new Korean remake drama.
On July 25, media outlet YTN Star shared that Park Hee Soon will also be one of the main leads of the upcoming K-drama The Confidence Man KR.
The Confidence Man KR will revolve around the "Confidence Men," the three-credit scammers that extort money from people by any means with bad desires such as evil companies, mafia bosses, and more. The story will be depicted from the 2018 Japanese drama The Confidence Man JP.
Director Nam Ki Hoon (Big Bet and Destined with You) and writer Hong Seung Hyun (Criminal Minds) will work together to bring the drama to life.
Reports stated that Park Hee Soon will portray the role of a seemingly kind middle-aged man but is actually a credit fraudster who is also at playing various roles by having several transformations.
Park Hee Soon will possibly work with reported main leads Park Min Young and Joo Jong Hyuk.
The broadcast details such as its airing date and designated channel of The Confidence Man KR are still undecided.
This will possibly be the second upcoming K-drama of Park Hee Soon. He will also join the cast of the new series titled Country and Nation wherein he will work alongside actor Yoo Jae Myung.
Aside from K-dramas, Park Hee Soon will also appear in the upcoming movie The Axe with Lee Byung Hun, Lee Sung Min, Son Ye Jin, Yeom Hye Ran, Yoo Yeon Seok, and Yoon Ga Yi.
This year, Park Hee Soon appeared in the Netflix original series The Bequeathed and worked with Kim Hyun Joo, Park Byung Eun, Ryu Kyung Soo, Park Sung Hoon, and Hyun Bong Sik.
