Jung Hae In is in positive talks to lead a Japanese drama!
Upcoming tvN drama L.U.C.A.: The Beginning unveiled a new poster and a teaser featuring the relationship between the main leads Kim Rae Won and Lee Da Hee.
The drama previously released group and individual teasers of the cast. The new poster portrays the main leads' relationship.
Kim Rae Won will play the role of Ji Oh, who's being chased because of his special abilities. Lee Da Hee's character Gu Reum, on the other hand, is a violent crime detective and the only person who remembers Ji Oh.
In the released poster, Ji Oh is seen in the arms of Gu Reum with the caption "If I survive, I will go to you" hinting at the fate of the two. Ji Oh has the abilities that can change the world and the only safe place he can be is in Gu Reum's arms.
The relationship of Kim Rae Won and Lee Da Hee's characters are expected to be one of the watching points of the upcoming drama L.U.C.A.: The Beginning.
The newly released teaser clip also hints at the past connection of Ji Oh and Gu Reum. The teaser starts with a scene of Kim Rae Won collapsing in Lee Da Hee's arms. In the voice over, Gu Reum says, 'Why are you running away?' Kim Rae Won then responds with, "If I don't run away, you may not catch me again?".
Scenes from their past and present are shown including one where Ji Oh is saving Gu Reum's life. In the continued narration, Ji Oh asked what Gu Reum will do if she knew Ji Oh killed her parents. She then answers that if proven, Ji Oh should die too. Eventually as they get closer, Gu Reum pleads to Ji Oh to not put his life to danger and to not go unless she said so.
