We all have our dream drama/movie pairing we would Ike to see. In this article, Suckerforhappyendings and Mavixdrama are going to take you through some of our dream (hopefully will become real soon) pairings. So we decided to take on the role of Cupid, and there will be 12 cupid contenders and our two choices on who we want them to be paired with. Pretty simple, right? We hope you have a fun and lighthearted read. :)

| MXD: I've wanted to watch a drama starring Zhao Lusi and Zhang Linghe for a long time. It would be great to see them in a modern drama. And I believe they will be a good cast. |
| SFHE: I think Lusi and Yi Bo will make a nice and refreshing pair, I would like to see them in an enemies-to-lovers, sports idol and fan type of romance drama! |

| MXD: I think Jung So Min and Lee Jong Suk would be a good match. They could work really well in a family drama. Something like Queen of Tears. |
| SFHE: This is a choice based on visuals! I think they’ll match really well in that term, and I think I would like to see them in a slice of life drama. |

| | MXD: I would like to see Zheng Ye Cheng and Lu Yu Xiao in a historical drama. They are both very good at historical roles. Zheng Ye Cheng is a very good actor but he hasn't received the recognition he deserves yet. I think you should give him a chance. It would be great to see him in a costume drama with Lu Yu Xiao! | | MXD: When I see these two, I think of a historical, non-wuxia, or non-xianxia drama with strong leads. A drama like Story of Kunning Palace, for example. |

I want to watch them in a youth drama. | | SFHE: I’m kinda surprised these two haven’t paired up yet actually, I want to see them in a rom-com for sure, maybe in a kitchen setting? |

| | MXD: I would like to see Bai Lu and Chen Zhe Yuan in a xianxia drama. Strong female leads suit Bai Lu very well and I can only imagine Bai Lu in xianxias. When it comes to strong male leads, Chen Zhe Yuan comes to mind. I believe they would have good chemistry. Bai Lu always does a great job no matter who she is paired with. | | SFHE: Actually the both of them were set to release a drama together, but it never aired to this date so I really hope they can work together on a project again, maybe a historical drama but not a wuxia. |

| | MXD: I would like to see these two in a psychological, thriller, mystery, romantic drama. I think Seo Yea Ji and Ro Woon are the best choice for this. | | SFHE: Just thinking about these two in a drama together is giving me all the powerful vibes, I would like to see them in a she-protects-everyone, he-protects-her kind of action drama. |

| | MXD: To tell you the truth, I've never watched any dramas of either actor before. But I think they would be a good match. A modern, youth, romantic genre drama would be great. Something like Hidden Love. |
| SHFE: Ok, so this is basically just me putting two of my favorite actors together. I think I want to see Yang Zi play a badass rich female lead while Song Wei Long plays someone from a poor background. |

| | SFHE: Well, most of us have seen that adorable advertisement lol, they’re good friends as well so it's about time they starred together. I’d like to see them in a friends-to-lovers drama similar to Fight For My Way. |

| | MXD: When I see these two, Xianxia drama comes to mind. It would be great if there was something like Love Between Fairy and Devil. A kind-hearted, innocent princess and a ML with a reputation for evil. | | SFHE: Another visual blast for me, just thinking about this pair makes me excited (this one please come true). I want to see them in a slow and healing drama where the romance feels like a tight hug, similar to their respective roles in Meet Yourself and Amidst a Snowstorm of Love. A melodrama would be good to. |

| | MXD: Previously, Kim So Hyun and Song Kang shared the lead roles in the drama Love Alarm. But Song Kang was the second male lead there. I hope these two actors will be a couple in another drama. If possible, let it be a drama with a happy ending, a drama like My Demon. | | SFHE: I want to them to make a school drama! Please, I can see the vision haha. Something like School 2017: A little dark but made lighter with comedic elements. |

I want to see them in the typical rich guy/poor girl trope but with more layers so it has more of a melodramatic/ mature romance aspect rather than a rom-com. |

CUPID’S FAVORITE IMAGINARY PAIRING AND ITS STORY
Mavixdrama: Lu Yu Xiao and Zheng Ye Cheng
This would be the best match for me. I'm already excited to see Zheng Ye Cheng and Lu Yu Xiao in a historical drama.
He comes to the palace to avenge the female lead‘s family and she tries to get close to him. The man known as the evil general by people eventually falls in love with the girl and throws himself to death because of her. At the last moment, he realizes that the person who killed the FL's family was not him. They are saved from the brink of death. And together, they try to find the people who really killed the girl's family. Over time, the girl also falls in love with the general. |
Suckerforhappyendings: Liu Yifei and Leo Wu
Like I previously mentioned, I want this to be a slow and healing drama. She’s a working in the bookshop in town while also doing freelance writing and he comes back to his hometown after his parents pass away. He was a successful lawyer in the city popular for being ruthless, but the old town, its people, and most importantly the FL will melt even his coldest heart. This is a loving drama about books, snow, hot coffee, and fuzzy love that keeps you warm during the winter. |
