Fist is still strong
The Crime City movie series has not run out of fuel. I would say that the previous sequel was slightly better, but the tone of this new film is the same as in the previous part, good and brutal action with a touch of comedy. Those who liked this series before will also like this sequel. Charismatic Ma Dong-seok has aged a bit, but he is still the main asset of the film. More precisely, it is his fist that smashes everything in front of him. It surprises me and makes me laugh every time when I see enemies fall from the force of his blows. An important part of the film are the criminals, who also have strong personalities here, and it is interesting to see how they clash with each other. They also created the best action scene in the film, where instead of fists, they fight with knives and we practically see the entire fight choreography in one shot. As for the story, it's good enough to hold attention, but it doesn't have too many twists and turns.
P.S. for the Croatian translation. Our translator was very creative in translating Korean curse words, so he would invent a new curse word for each F word and thereby increase their influence on the plot, which bothered me a little because I'm not a fan of rude words.

Improved screenplay over previous installment
The major box office success of The Roundup series has brought us here to the fourth installment of the franchise, Punishment. Similar structure to the previous one, it had lesser action scenes and more towards story focus, but somehow this one is twice as much better than the lukewarm effort in No Way Out. All thanks to its improved screenplay and smoother flow of plot, it is much more cohesive than before, and the digital gambling case is interesting enough to provide a great hook for audiences. The cast is also much more favorable here, we have the return of Park Ji Hwan and his performance is simply too magnificent, till a point he almost carried the whole second half of the movie. Then we have new villains, Hyun Bong Sik is surprisingly underrated and his presence is massive even though he's just the villain sidekick, and finally needless to say, Kim Moo Yeol as the main villain is the ultimate right choice, he's freaking intimidating and quick at stunts too. Meanwhile the choice of ending is a little too weak because they've made the villain look thoughtless given how he ended up at the final fight location, but nonetheless they've regained their reputation this time around as the most prominent movie franchise in Korean action cinema.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Can't hold the candle in front of other Parts
The Roundup series is pretty interesting. New Story in each part with next characters and villains. But what I don't like is the decreasing reputation of villain.Part 1 villain was tactical and adamant, Part 2 villain was the most scary psychopath, while Part 3 got the smartest villain. But in this Part, Villain lacked any presence at all. He kept the straight baby face, which is not very suitable for Antagonists. The Hero, Do Seok, is consistent but it's the villains who add value in the movie. The more cunning they are, the more fun it is to watch. Part 4 villain was just a fluke. He was neither a psycho nor intelligent. The only redeeming thing about him is fearlessness. That's his x factor, which is if you think about, is common in every villain. They don't fear hence they break laws.
Second was the choreography. The fight part was lackluster. Even the last fight looks pale in comparison to what Jang Chen did at the airport. So that was another let down. It was an okayish movie with not much of chase. There was chase but very mediocre compared to Part-1 & 2.

The villain here is so hot!
Every Don Lee's is a must watch for me. I super like his action move I'm sure its cute and funny.vI like when he throws punches his cute like a teddy bear. I was really expecting too muct that doesn't meet my expectations but still its a good movie forme, I was expecting more hardcore action scenes. The villain is super hot here and Kim Mu Yeol did an amazing portrayal as a villain his just a good actor because I begin to hate him in this film. In there first film together hit the cop now his the bad guy chased by the cop Don Lee's character in the movie. Every portrayals hevdid is superb no matter if if its a good or bad role he can nailed it.
It has a great cinematography,is as beautifully shot in the Philippines ??. I have to commend one Korean actor that speaks tagalog dialect, infairness his good, he delivers it well. He sounded like one of the locals in PH.
It has a star stellar cast, familiar faces from the kdrama land is seen in this film..
Its a action filled movie, very satisfying ending.

a good ma dongsuk watch
lol ma dongsuk loves the puns ?“Won’t it be hard alone”
“Yeah I’m lonely”?
It feels like Kim muyeol is in everything yet he’s so transparent, I can never remember him but he’s everywhere I would even say he’s been the villain to all ma dongsuk movies???
Anyway, it’s less gruesome than the previous one, I can watch madongsuk slap ppl all day ? as plot and villains it was basic and honestly is it me or does all his movies end in the airport ?
Mom wasn’t gonna watch until I said madongsuk was in it?
