Alienóide (2022)

Both are Korean movies about timelines crossing into each other from the past to present. The heart of both movies is a parent-child relationship (adopted or biological).

Both are films about people battling alien monsters. One is entirely set in history, while the other is partially historical.

Very different story but I was remained of Seobok while watching Alienoid. Both movies are sci-fi, has non-human main character, special powers, action and in both are parent/child relationship but they're not actually related by blood (in Alienoid it's Father/daughter relationship, in Seobok it's not entirely family-like relationship but I got fatherly vibes from their interactions)

Both MLs are androids from the future who end up protecting a human girl.

Both are scifi with a stunning star studded cat not to mention kim taeri, super colorful, good action and effects. I do recommend waiting for alienoid 2 to come out and binge for the full experience wish i did that but still good though a bit messy at times with too many plotlines. But still had fun

Ok pirates is not a space adventure but it gave me the same feelings, mix of comedy, action of course the cast and cameos too. A good time though both plot can go a bit off track sometimes still enjoyable either way.
