The movie told me "not everything is supposed to be fine, it's okay" after a very cold day.
First and foremost, the plot was nothing out of the ordinary. I mean, there are several films that have the message "a couple's fate keeps pulling them apart." And I'd give it a six for that alone, but why did I give it an eight-star rating overall? The cast and their performances are flawless and incredible. I'm speechless! I don't think I've ever met another couple who could pull off what they just did! I'm not going to lie, I had to skip every ten seconds because I was getting bored watching the same damn thing over and over again in the movie. Even though I'm not a huge fan of the plot, it didn't stop me from crying. When Misu ran at the end and Coldplay's "Fix You" started playing, I didn't notice my eyes getting wet until tears began to fall. I'm not sure how to put it, but that scene felt like "It's okay, everything may not appear to be fine, but at least you got me." Props to Hae-in and Go-eun for doing the film justice! It's not something I'd watch again, but if everything seems a little too cold and lonely, then maybe again.

Magnifique

this movie changed my life.
I’ve seen so many bad reviews on this movie and I’m just in shock as to why. I think it’s because people don’t really like ‘slow’ movies like this but I personally Love to watch people live their lives, if that even makes sense. this was one of those watches where it leaves you both speechless and with so much to say after. It had me in tears at the end. I loved the simplicity of the whole movie but the complexity of the characters and plot. the one thing that truly got to me was this part of the script, it hit me like a brick. I’ve never had a movie script say something that describes EXACTLY how I’m feeling in the moment. “ honestly I’m kind of glad I didn’t hear from you. to tell you the truth I feel like a total loser these days. I’m not really in the mode to catch up and laugh with you. I hate myself. I don’t even want people to look at me. I’m sad. I made all these choices myself so why do I feel this way?” I actually can not explain how deeply this hits. I felt so seen. it brought me a sense of comfort in a way… overall this movie made me giggle and laugh, gave me butterflies and also made me feel seen and heard. I would recommend this to everyone.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Ji Eun Tak crush Tae Hee Oppa got a second chance through this movie and its worth watching if you are in for retro-romance.
Every bit of the plot was well written with amazing leads giving in their hundred percent. They made this movie a very pure romantic soul which satisfies your drama love. They were both excellent. I wonder why Jung Hae In is not popular as other stars inspite of his amazing acting skills and ofcourse handsome face. He also became my crush when I saw him in Goblin
I cried when male lead comes to meet him meet her from the military. that's scene and background score just took my heart, when he figures out the password,
it had such lovely moments that can't be expressed.
this subtle romance will make your eyes fill with tears and smiles.
Ost is nice apt for the movie.. but i couldnt get it into my head.
rewatch is maybe yes.. after a long time when i need a light romance to watch..

It was a nice movie
I don't usually watch movies but decided to watch this one just because it was recommended and I enjoyed it a lot. It did feel like there wasn't much of a plot I guess. It was mainly just the two leads breaking up and getting back together again. It was a cute movie nonetheless. It could be because I am inexperienced when it comes to relationships but I just didn't understand why they broke up . the female lead should have just waited for male lead to say something or at least try to understand his view. Again I'm inexperienced so maybe I missed something but usually problems are able to be fixed if they talked them out. I will say though that even though its kind of slow paced it was not to the point where it would bore anyone and they have to stop watching it. Even though I usually do not watch movies in one sitting this was an exception. As for the music, I actually like it a lot so now I could add some songs to my playlist. The acting was pretty good and the chemistry between the two leads was great it was not awkward but they did not really develop character wise. Even though years had passed the only change really was their jobs but nothing else they just kind of stayed the same. It's probably just because its a movie though so there is less time for that. Anyway I would recommend this to anyone who likes a melodramatic romantic movie.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

It's a nice movie. The chemistry between the main leads was there as for the acting part I loved Jung Hae In's acting (as always) from the start till the finale as for Kim Go Eun's it was good but not as good as I expected a few parts felt like they needed more work, that's why I'm giving the 8.5 at the Acting/Cast rating...The music playlists was quite good.
I think the story/plot was good but with a little better editing in the time jumps and maybe with some more information that they could give, it could've been better...
So, it's not a movie that I will come back to because of the story, but I'm gonna come back because of the filings that leaves you with..and let me be honest I'll come back because of Jung Hae In too of course ..

Love its imperfection
this movie is not perfect, time gaps, the reasons, the sudden conflicts felt too fast or... left questions that weren't really answered as the film continued.... but why the fuck do i love it? the music was great, acting on point.... yes i love crying at times that i need reasons to tell people why my eyes are red not just because i want to off myself... except the fact that i love kim go-eun and currently simping for jung hae-in, the satisfaction of them getting a happy ending was something that made me feel.... hmm? something that i can't even explain, it was heavy yet not with sad nor happy feels... it was merely satisfaction. maybe because i'm a teen who's currently curious how and why do people fall for other people? why love is complicated and stressful yet many want to experience it... so yeah, my point is i can't explain the reason... i just love it and the feeling it left me. plus, go enjoy what you want to, watch what entertains you, as long as it doesn't harm you or other people.... enjoy... its your life anyway and if u have the power to choose what u want then why not?Esta resenha foi útil para você?

it's a beautiful movie but get prepared to be disappointed a little . .
I loved this movie overall. The aesthetic was great, the 90's setting was very beautiful and it made you feel like you're actually in that time period. The songs were very fitting of that scenario too. I loved the side characters, the love between the main character and her adoptive (?) sister was very heartwarming ! I was extremely immersed in the movie the whole time. The chemistry between the protagonists was perfect and you could feel them falling in love; it felt so natural and beautiful. Now, let's talk about where the movie goes wrong: The last breakup. It was completely avoidable and unnecessary. They could have ended the movie on a brighter and happier note. This movie made me feel a lot of emotions, the cinematography and the overall vibe was so pretty and heartwarming. I just wish the story would have been executed better. I keep wanting to re-watch it but I definitely won't because I don't want to feel upset about the protagonist's decision again!! Something i want to tell everyone is that breaking up isn't the only option in relationships and you can definitely talk it out whatever it is (even your boyfriend being accused of murder and hiding it from you, yes.)

The acting is great but the story... so so
I'd really wanted to watch this movie after seeing the promo Kim Go Eun and Jung Hae In did with Begin Again 3. The movie has a very nostalgic touch to it that makes you reminiscent about some time past. I loved music chosen for this movie, they were very fitting to the mood the story was trying to portray. The acting in the show is also very great. I loved seeing the different emotions Kim Go Eun and Jung Hae In portrayed in the show... The part that I'm not quite satisfied with the movie is the story (which is such a big part of a movie). The way the conflict was set up and "resolved" (can't even say it was fully resolved) was so murky. I'm left confused by what exactly caused the climax at the end of the storyline and the "logical" reasoning it came to a resolution. There also doesn't seem to be too much of character development shown in the movie, albeit there's limited time for a story to be told in a movie format, but it just wasn't very smooth in my opinion. Overall, I think it was a solid movie considering the music and acting/cast but the story just didn't do it for me.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
This drama did spark in the 90s and settled in the millenium(I thought it was a sad ending, but glady it was not?).
I dare you all future viewers of this drama to please take your time in watching this because it has a slow pace so better not to be bored.
Kudos to the main leads because they played well in this drama.???

Not very interesting
This is a 2019 South Korean romance movie about a young couple who first meet when the young man takes a temporary job in the young woman’s bakery. Cha Hyun-woo (Jung Hae-in) shows up one day at Kim Mi-soo’s (Kim Go-eun) bakery which she has ran with her family friend turned family since her parent’s death. Just when Mi-soo and Hyun-woo grow close, Hyun-woo disappears. Mi-soo knows there is something mysterious about his past and is relieved when, several years later their paths cross again. Fate has them crossing paths and separating multiple times. Will Mi-soo discover the mystery from Hyun-woo’s past? Will fate eventually lead them back to each other?Spoiler 🚨 This one could’ve been so much more. I did not feel like they were together enough initially for the two to form a deep connection. So as he went and they later got back together it just did not seem like there was a whole lot of depth in their relationship. It was boring in parts and I found myself struggling a bit to get through it. It’s not horrible just not really great.
