Both had plastic surgeries to look like the other, while the other ( Lookkaew) is in a coma and Natda is living as Lookkaew. Natda and Lookkaew, two very different women, got involved with each other because of a car accident. which is why Natda ended up looking exactly like Lookkaew and ends up living as Lookkaew while the real Lookkaew is in a coma.

The story is the same. The difference is that there is no plastic surgery and betrayal on the part of the protagonist.

They have basically the same plot. One disfigured character undergoes plastic surgery from an unknown benefactor, only for her to become a pawn to a grander scheme. She will have to endure the wrath of the people her look alike have wronged, only to win them over coz she has a good character. The look alike will return later when her luck runs out, and chaos ensues.

They both have girls with amnesia get place surgery and look like the his girlfriend they guy tries to find where his girl is some differences are that Nakark Kaew has him mad at her because she cheated on him but that does not happen in Lover or stranger.

In both dramas the FL has a new face and amnesia. In Nakark Kaew, FL meets with an accident and loses memory and a cosmetic surgery is forced upon her whereas in Let me introduce her, the FL chooses to have cosmetic surgery as a means of escape.

Nakark kaew is about two girls one of them is evil and the other is Lovely n kind hearted but one day the evil girl hit the good one by her car and both went into serious accident. Somehow after the accident they became exactly similar in faces

Both have female lead acting/believing they are someone else. The male lead acts offensive in the beginning in both dramas.

Similar plot. Girl has amnesia and is told she is someone she isn’t. ML doesn’t find out until later in the drama that FL isn’t other girl.

An evil rich girl holds responsibility but ends up in a coma. Another girl who is naive and kindhearted gets plastic surgery to look like her and take over her life & circumstances.

What just looks similar is the life-takeover as a twin-looking girl.
