Yokai Ningen Bem (2011)

Non-human beings learn what it means to be human and how they became "monsters". Franken no Koi has romance. Yokai Ningen Bem doesn't have any romance, and instead focuses on the relationships between family and friends.

they both deal with somewhat off-the-wall supernatural elements, but still have an overall likable and cute cast of characters.

both look like kids show but are meant for adults, both deal with monsters trying to become humans...

Both the dramas are about youkais but in Yokai Ningen Bem they call themselves as plain monsters but in Youkai sharehouse the "monsters" are from Japanese mythical creatures. Both also involve a human befriending the monsters. Both of them are a good watch but in my opinion, Youkai sharehouse is funnier than Yokai Ningen Bem.

investigation the past and trying to find out what happened because the main leads either don`t remember or only remember fregments.. helping the police and saving victims that need saving.
