In order to retrieve her belongings, Eun Han goes down to the basement. However, none of her possessions are there, and she briefly has a flashback of a girl sitting on a sofa. She decides to have a cup of tea with Ms. Hwang, the head housekeeper. When she asks her about the key to the room across from hers, Ms. Hwang hints about its whereabouts.
