Typical who's the father drama
The main reason I watched this is because of Song JiHyo. I love seeing her on screen although it seems like she ends up with flop series most of the time because of terrible writing. This one is slightly bearable than most. I kind of enjoyed watching the series despite some flaws on the writing which was pointed out by other reviews. For me, the casts did their best to do their roles. I also like how things were wrapped up because it almost felt like everyone had their happy endings.
I don't have much say whether to recommend it or not but as JiHyo Eonnie fan of course, I love this drama seeing her in it.

Unique horror movie that will keep your heart-pounding
I am really a scaredy-cat and rarely watch horror movies (specially alone) but I was able to watch this one. Not too many jumpscares and the plot is pretty cliché where someone tried to capture paranormal activities then it started going downhill from there. However, what's refreshing about it is the type of the way it was filmed. In a way the movie makes you feel like you're with the characters exploring the building and all so you see their reactions as if you're with them. That really builds up the tension and my heart was racing the whole time not knowing what will suddenly turn up to scare me. It feels like those Youtube videos where they explore haunted and abandoned buildings but this time with really creepy twists.
The sounds were mostly natural like the footsteps, the breath, the sound of things being stepped on and minor common horror background music. Everything mixes up to make the ambience creepier and they achieved it.
As a person who gets scared easily, I might not rewatch this again but if I am a horror enthusiast, I'd probably see this again. Give it a try and challenge yourself to watch this alone without giving yourself nightmares.

Ready to fall in love with SuYeol and K in this action-filled crime-comedy drama?
First, I would like to highlight the great chemistry of Lee DongWook and Wi HaJoon. I watched this mainly because of them and I wasn't disappointed at all. Their on-screen chemistry of superb. I'm not really that much of a critic but their action scenes looks flawless to me. Scenes are mostly well executed. The chemistry of the team overall is also cute and family-like. Even though they bicker sometimes, they got each other's back.I must also admit, this is a fresh portrayal of DID/MPD wherein instead of one lead assuming both identities, they visualized it through different person/actor which is refreshing to me. It wasn't as realistic but I guess it works in making this unique. I have minor issue though with the overall plot of the drama. It was exciting on the first two episodes then it lied flat in between then only got exciting as it was ending. I'm not really sure if it's because I've watched too many crime drama that this kind of feel saturated to me. I can't help but feel that the episodes feel draggy. It's just my personal opinion though as someone who have seen tons of crime dramas. There are twists every now and then though that you can look forward. If you're into action, corruption, psychological crime stuff then you'd probably love this.
The OST kind of a bit too metal and rock for me but I guess it complements the fact that this is an action drama afterall. There wasn't much of a cheesy moment in it so the OST kind of makes sense. With mystery-thriller type of drama, I rarely re-watch it as the thrill isn't there anymore but there were lots of scenes that I love so I might scan through this series one more time in the future.
Overall, it was a good drama to watch and I enjoyed watching it (athough there were down times as well). Lee Dong Wook and WiHaJoon really stood out on this drama so if you're a fan, definitely watch this out. I still can't get over the transition of Wi HaJoon from a persistent cop in Squid Game into a crazy man in Bad and Crazy.

Team SeoJin or Team Robin?
First of all, this is one of the greatest series I've watched before and to be honest it's been years since I first watch it. Storywise, it's unique and has a lot of colorful stories inside it but since I re-watched it (and maybe because I got older) I felt like the story was to draggy. It could've been just 16 episodes instead of 20 but still it's a masterpiece. The thriller part at the beginning feels too long yet interesting like finding out how things will turn out then the latter part where you'll be torn between SeoJin and Robin. I wonder which side are you. Hmmmmm.Hyun Bin is such a legend in terms of dual characters. He did it on Secret Garden and here. I can't count how many characters did he bring into life and all of them are unique and just the gaze gives you away who is who. To be honest, I didn't know Han JiMin yet when I first watched this but I've seen her in several works throughout the years and I can say she's really a versatile actress. It's just that her character as Hana here is a bit immature (but not that annoying).
Oh and before I forgot, the OST on this series is also legendary. I can't stop myself from singing along the songs. It's been on my playlist for half a decade and it never gets old.
To be honest, this was one of the really classic series of 2015 and I honestly would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of K-Dramas whether newbie or veteran, this series deserves a spot on everyone's watchlist.

Very cutesy short school drama. Took me back to my high school days
It was a nice break from heavy crime drama I am usually watching. This was just light, fun and soooo fluttering. While it's a typical and the usual school romance you could probably watch, I still love the fact that the main leads had a chemistry even if it's just a short drama. Nothing really spectacular on the storyline but deym did it give me butterflies in my stomach I didn't know still exist.I don't know any of the characters. I never seen them on other dramas but I already fall for them. I hope I can see them in longer dramas in the future. I really loved the duality of the male lead's character. He can be that gentle, kind and normal guy in the class but can be manly AF in a snap. The female lead's character is a bit confusing though because at times she felt like a cool good girl then there are times that she's like a spoiled brat. Nonetheless, her character has a good heart. That's for sure.
The supporting characters chemistry is also superb. I'm super into BaWool and MinJi. They're the cute couple. Even the second male lead is awesome. There were some plot holes for me that I felt a bit off and awkward but it wasn't that noticeable and if you look at the big picture it was still a great overall package. I recommend this if you feel like going back to your 'adolescence' when relationship still excites you like crazy.

Are you ready to fly to Hawaii?
This is really perfection from the story to the execution to the characters' chemistry. It's started with a bang and it just keeps getting better until the very end. It's a perfect feel good family movie on a weekend. I love the balance of comedy, action and drama altogether. The story didn't focus much on the technicalities of 'secret agent operations' but much more on the character's life and emotion which made the movie very relatable. I love the twists of the movies as well. There's a lot of unexpected twists so you should watch out for it.I also love the casts. I know them mostly from other shows but I love seeing them together on this wholesome film. Uhm JungHwa really made Magnolia come to life. The chemistry among the other characters like the flight attendants is also very smooth. I really love the part where all of them became one team having one goal of saving the plane. Also the husband. I cannot. The revelation. I don't want to spoil anything but I'll give a clue. It's all because of the husband's 'grand' plan. Minor flaw though is the scenario about the plane. After everything that happened, it's impossible to land a plane that calmly after losing a door. I watched too many Air Disaster episodes that I cannot overlook that fact. It's just a minor detail though that didn't affect the overall greatness of this film.
Shoutout to Kim NamGil who slept throughout the movie. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I understood it right, he was supposed to be the NIS agent.
Overall, this is highly recommended. It was so underrated and more people should watch this movie. It's perfection.

Revenge story that has nothing much to it
Story-wise, aside from what was already stated on the plot summary, there's nothing much more to it. We learned some of the characters' pasts and why they want revenge but there's no additional details. They also tried to relate how the characters are connected however it still lacks context for me to invest on the story emotionally. I felt like they tried to supplement the bland story with the action scenes which I can say was done outstadningly. It was a high quality action for me.Given the roles they have, the cast portrayed their characters effectively and I've seen most of them on other movies or show as well. Unfortunately, no matter how good actors/actresses they are, I really felt that the story didn't give much justice to this film. I didn't feel that 'fire' to root for the character's motivation to kill because all I know is that the bad guy did something terrible and that's how the revenge started. I was looking more of a back story before all the chaos started. I wanted to see the characters living happily and then the villain entered and ruined everything that way I could feel the real emotions. This film however just show all the chaos part where someone is killed so now someone wants revenge for that person's death.
I did enjoy watching it like the curiousity of how things will unfold and of course the action scenes, it's just that this movie felt short on capturing my emotion as a viewer. I still recommend it though and you might actually like it more than I did.

Great depiction of a typical scene during a wake and burial for Filipino people
This movie felt realistic and all the scenes are common scenario when someone died on a Filipino household. Usually it starts with how the relatives are informed and the various reactions they have. Most of the time, siblings will be reunited specially for families with more than 4 children. Then they'll start to catch up with their life, some might even fight or make up. And of course it won't be complete without the superstitions which actually act as a comedic relief for the heavy situation wherein their father died. I bet a lot of Filipinos can relate to this movies in a lot of ways. The actors and actresses that are casted for the movie are also known personalities with years of experience on the industry so I love how they painted diversity among their characters. Despite the differences (and funny similarities) the characters showed off their great chemistry as siblings.
Overall, it has been a good watch. It's not an impressive movie per se however if you're someone who's interested about Filipino cultures and traditions specially the superstitions, this is a good place to start. It also involves unexpected stories and discoveries among the members of the families that they didn't know for years until their father died.

Almost dropped this halfway but I'm glad I didn't
This series gave me a really unique experience. I love and hate it at the same time but more of the former. It started really slow to the point I've been putting it off as much as I could and almost dropped it but then at a certain point I just started loving it. I'll let you know what to expect on this series (without spoilers)The things that I didn't like that much about the series are:
- The doctor-patient relationship. It kind of make me a bit uncomfortable. Their relationship seems a bit too far-fetched and to me they look more like patient-patient relationship however since the story shifted more about the patients' story, it became bearable. (Although I personally think there's no chemistry between them at all.)
- The first few episode have a vague storyline. I also didn't feel like the stories are not given depth but as I mentioned it gets better towards the end.
The things that I loved the most:
- Interesting concept of a medical drama set on Department of Psychiatry. It was definitely new to me and I immediately find it interesting.
- There were lots of touching moments. It is relatable and it makes you understand about human's emotions and thought process.
- The idea that treatment comes from oneself more than from the doctors themselves.
- The fact that the story also includes friendship, family and colleagues.
Overall, although I felt like it's a slowburn, there are still a lot of good reasons to see this series. I find it hard to finish it but I did and I love how the story turned out. It gave me a self healing and let me understand human emotions more and about mental health (It made me want to visit my psychiatrist again)

Yoo Byung Jae: Too Much Information

Simple yet refreshing humor
I've seen ByungJae mostly on Korean variety shows and he seems mostly quiet and emotionless. It was just recently that I've seen he has a stand-up comedy special with Netflix and I was really curious to see his act and I could say that his humor matches mine. In comparison to common stand-up comedy specials I've watched, ByungJae's style is unique. Here are the top things you can expect from this comedy special:- His way of trying to explain almost everything (Western stand-up comedians are usually unapologetic they just say things unannounced but given the Korean culture, I love that he tried his best not to offend anyone while still giving a good laugh.)
- The cunningly innocent delivery of jokes. This is what mostly got me. He looks like an innocent child delivering daring jokes that would sometime raise eyebrows and the way he addressed 'hate comments'
I personally recommend this for those people who just wants to relax and have a good time.

Interesting but slow-burn noir film filled with action
The overall vibe of the film is unique and unfamiliar to me. I saw that this movie falls on the noir genre and seems like it was set on an unknown time/era in a completely made up world. At first, I feel like there's a lot of potential about this story however as it turns out I didn't like this movie as much as I expected. The story started of very interesting that's why I kept up with it until the end however it only made me confused really. I hoped that there were more back stories about what's happening or additional details that will let me understand why did those things happened. Why are the villains opting to kill the entire village? What was the real relationship between Hong GilDong and Kang SungIl when they were younger? There were a lot more things that I wished I knew in this film which could've helped me appreciate it more.
There were good points on the movie though that I loved like the casts. I love how the characters were portrayed and the 2 little cute girls that tagged along Hong Gil Dong throughout the movie that melt his heart in the end. The concept of moral ambiguity presented on the movie kept me from wondering how things will turn out in the end. But I feel like for most parts, the movie is overall draggy. There were scenes that I felt insignificant on how things finally worked out in the end.
Mostly, these are my opinions after watching the movie. I feel like the plot become too complicated for me to enjoy it. I personally think that if it didn't involve a big conspiracy of some organization and it focused more on whether Hong GilDong will exact his revenge or not, I probably enjoyed it more. Obviously, I wouldn't want to re-watch this movie again but overall I still think it's a good movie. I'm glad I gave it a try. The action scenes will surely keep you on the edge of your seats and the cute girls will surely melt your hearts.

Interesting plot with deep lessons
I am not really a fan of J-Dramas. I have watched only few of them so I don't know much about their shows nor they actors but I can definitely say that I'm lucky I've seen this one.The plot is simple yet interesting. It's not that long too that's why I decided to give it a try. There's nothing so outstanding about the story alone however I really love the message and the overall theme of this series - "looking different on the outside doesn't change what's inside." I just kind of wish there were more depths on their characters because I felt like everything was focused on Umine's life only. There's very little I know about Ayumi, Kaga and Koshiro. I wished that we've known more about the personal demons of other characters and not just being someone who almost had it all and lost it overnight for something supernatural. I get Umine feeling the way she felt but I feel like Ayumi, Kaga and Koshiro was just born that way. They seem like they're just walking on a flowery road. Wouldn't it be better to see them as someone who became they are because they've conquered their own challenges? That's just my own opinion though.
Overall, I really liked this series and I recommend it highly. The life lessons here are so deep that I'm still reflecting about it even after I watched it.

Most consistent plot-wise among all the School series I've watched
3rd Stop on my School series marathon. Same as School 2015, this is my 2nd time watching this series although that was years ago so I don't really remember what happened so as I was watching it's almost the same as watching it for the first time. I feel like the first time I watched it was when I was busy with school works as a stress reliever so I didn't appreciate it as much as I did now. Without further back story here it is.REVIEW PROPER STARTS HERE. School 2017 wasn't as popular as Who Are You: School 2015. I didn't hear it from someone who strongly recommends it unlike School 2015. However as I re-watched it I realize I probably liked this as much as School 2015 for a slightly different reason. Plot-wise, there's nothing really big or extraordinary on its story. It still follows the common pattern on the School series: a student is a child of the school director, a teacher who really cares about the students but doesn't have much power, someone who's really smart school but is always second and is usually rich, management corruption, bullying, rich kids feeling entitled as always and etc. However I feel like this series is the best in terms of sustaining the excitement from start to finish. I always had that one thing I look forward into every episode. Unlike other School series wherein some episodes felt like they were just fillers. Maybe it's also because the characters in this one is much more interconnected. It doesn't feel like an individual story every time. It's more of like diving into the characters' life while they interact with the other characters which for me added more depth and flavor into it's story.
It's a series full of emotions whether about friendship, family or school. I have laughed and cried throughout the series and there are lots of scenes that I can emotionally relate. The casts definitely contributed in making all those emotions come to life. When I first saw this series, I remember that I don't know any of them. I just found out later that SeJong was from I.O.I and saw JungHyun in Eulachacha Waikiki in around 2020. Maybe that's the reason why I have appreciated them more now. I love the chemistry between them (although I'm already shipping Kim JungHyun and Seo JiHye from CLOY) and also the friendship chemistry among 'Team X' as I personally nicknamed them. Knowing the history of how they became friends made me love them more. The Principal, Kim EungSoo is really annoying until the very end however the character suits him well. I have a love-hate reaction to him. Very fantastic acting for me to curse him really well all throughout the drama but at the same time I cannot imagine him not being part of the story.
Of course, we won't forget the OSTs. For me School 2015's OST is still something really memorable for me however School 2017 also had a lot of really interesting and something that I'd definitely add on my playlist. OST can sometimes make or break a drama and for me it did well for School 2017.
Overall, I highly recommend this drama. If you just really miss school this is a good drama to reminisce your school days.

A very good redeem and reference on A Beauty of Revenge
In here, we see YeoBin, YeongJae and HoTae on a parallel world. This is a very good reference on A Beauty of Revenge. I was pretty disappointed about the ending of A Beauty of Revenge so I'm really glad that in this short film, HoTae is a good person.YeoBin and YeongJae really looks cute together. My heart is just purely shipping. YeongJae is so cute with his flustered face. The writing is simple yet very purposeful. There's a funny scene, there's a romantic scene and the referencing of A Beauty of Revenge. Even the PPL is so smooth that I find it so funny and cute.
If you have watched A Beauty of Revenge, please watch this. This is the "what could've been that didn't happen' on A Beauty of Revenge.

Started off strong but ended up in a mess
After watching the first episode, I was enthralled and saw that big potential of the story coming ahead. Revenge stories can be cliche but it can be addicting to watch. I was so ready to support the main lead when suddenly unexpected and unnecessary twists came up. For me the story is really intriguing and interesting but the way it turned out is really a complete mess.I love stories with DID or multiple personality disorders however on this one, I would have preferred if it never existed on the plot. It just brought confusion and makes everything to not make sense. Like how much was the reality and how much was the illusion. I appreciate dramas who makes me think about one thing then will suddenly introduce a different reality from a different perspective. I love that feeling of 'I didn't saw that one coming.' Unfortunately, this title just made me feel like, 'How? How did you ruined the potential of what could've been a good story?'
I feel bad towards the cast. The way they act is very powerful and convincing. It's the first time I have seen them but I already want to see other works from them. It's just unfortunate that they caught up in a kind of not-so good writing.
This is purely my opinion and reaction towards this title. I feel really disappointed because I had high expectations about this. Some of you might still like the story so if you have time, you can check it out to support the casts who did their best. It's just 5 episodes anyway and you can finish it within less than an hour.
