The story line is interesting and unfolds slowly and is well distributed throughout the drama. What really stuck out to me was how the female lead is portrayed as a really dumb and ignorant character to the point that it makes no sense to me that the highly intelligent male lead could be her “soulmate”. After the first few episodes, their interaction and love story just feels unnatural and forced. There is no chemistry between them. Also, they used the SAME SONG FOR EVERY KISS SCENE so you always know that its going to happen and after a while it gets really annoying. Apart from the female lead, who I found a pretty boring character, the rest of the cast was pretty okay (esp. second female lead, male lead)
the first episode starts out nice and cute and the show has potential to be a really good drama about university and romance... but then 80% of the show is about debating and they always show the entire debate (20 minutes of a 40 minute episode). when they are not debating, they are talking about debating technique or solving some problems. the plot does not really take you anywhere and I wish they would foreshadow the interactions and relationships between the characters.
the cast is good looking but the acting could be more natural. the show is dubbed (not their own voice) which makes it a bit less appealing.
