Honestly, Dororo felt like fan-service carried over from Orange Days (hey look, Eita!). Storywise... there really wasn't much... For the most part we just follow our hero slaying monsters by day and acting emo by night. The CGI is also horrible and felt cheap to look at. But if you could look past the horrible CGI (and it took me two tries + immense love for both Satoshi and Kou) then what you will have is just pure zanny action fun. The highlight for me was definitely seeing Satoshi and Kou working together again and this time having Kou running after him. Overall probably best watched with a group of friends to laugh at the horrible special effects together, and remember to chuck your brain out the door first.
