Season 2 was worse but kudos for trying
I am a fan of the concept and overall storyline, however season 2 was rushed and fell short of season 1. The filming was sloppy, fight scenes were messy and the transitions between scenes watered choppy. It feels like they had a lot of budget restraints and a short timeframe for to complete season 2.
Even though the production quality was lacking I still found myself hooked on the show and the characters. The introduction of the new character, Se Hyun, was a surprise and a great help to the show. Focusing on a new character did not destroy the ambiance of the ”Color Rush” series. The new character actually brought out a new & fun side to the main character, Yeon Woo. The chemistry between the leads was enjoyable, cute & refreshing. My interest in them kept me hooked until the end.
The story was truncated & the flow of it was choppy but the charisma of the 2 lead males pulled this show out of the gutter. This show wasn’t a masterpiece but I didn’t hate it.
One thing I could’ve done without was the cheesy last 40 seconds but I guess this is an attempt to pique our curiosity for season 3.
