Meh!

I had high hopes for this when I first read about its synopsis. But I am DISAPPOINTED! The main thing that attracted me was the story and the mental illness of both characters. I was interested as there is not many drama that adopt such issues.

However, all the expectations was crushed once I started watching it. The first ep was okay..showing their struggle and their willingness to face it but it kept getting worst as it goes. This drama should have been titled on petty revenge games rather than OCD and depression cause the 6 episodes portrays just that. All the time people are trying to beat the ML and people harassing the FL. This is it. Like the illnesses they have are just highlights of the drama not the main plot.

It is only 6 episodes and they had to write the plot like this?

It could've been better if the story addressed the real issue and show how they genuinely combat it. The connection between the ML and FL could be the key for the recovery. For example, the girl helps to fight his OCD and the boy helps the girl for her depression. They seek therapy and all those things and become a motivation for eo. That would have been better. The half part of ep 4 was great showing the struggles of the FL but then the other half is back to the stupid revenges.

So in summary, only ep 4 ek ep 6 were worth watching.

It awakens all emotions in us!

If you reached till here, it probably because you know the hype about this series and i think it's justified. As a viewer, not only i got drawn towards the plot but as well as the emotions that each of the characters had.
I'm gonna comment as the ratings of this review.

STORY:
The story is great but to be honest it's like the typical drama where the second season is about the obstacles that the couples are gonna face. However, once you watch ITSAY, it feels like you're watching something new and IPYTM is just gonna make it even better.

Now concentrating mainly on this serie (IPYTM), it is more heavy than the prequel one. You will see that teh and oh-aew was starting their relationship in the first one, however, this one is about maintaining it. You'll probably see a change at the second episode where both teh and oh-aew feel a bit lost but the major impact is going to be on last 3 episodes and this is where you'll find yourself dealing with different emotions. This is due to the great acting of all the characters of the drama.

ACTING:
To be honest, i didn't watch 'My ambulance' so i didn't know how was the acting of both actors.

My main focus when watching this drama was not really the plot but the acting and the delivery of the emotions. So i have to applaud for their acting. The way, teh was confused about his feelings when oh-aew confessed to him. It felt real to a point where it felt that this wasn't a drama.

And in this sequel, oh-aew and teh was dealing with a lot. A lot of people are blaming teh for cheating oh-aew but in a way i can understand him.
He felt a wall appearing in between them, one of the reason was because oh-aew chose a different field than acting. He felt like he could no longer relate to him and he wouldn't be able to share his interest with oh-aew. This is the reason he was pulled towards Jai. However, it was wrong of him to confine about this emotions to Jai and even worse kissing him. He should have talked to his lover instead.

On the other side, oh-aew was torn apart. Seeing him kiss jai was heartbreaking yet he convinced himself that there was an explanation to it.

The best scene for me that was heartbreaking was where oh-aew and teh was invited on stage to sing. The way oh-aew was crying because teh kept looking at jai while singing was a bit hard for me to handle. You will also see teh realise what he did was wrong. In this Billkin and PP was great, it felt so real!

You'll find yourself like me, being so invested in the drama.

MUSIC:
Most of the songs from this drama is amazing. My favorite is 'Skyline' and 'Hold me tight'. If you haven't listened to it, please do. You may get addicted.

REWATCH VALUE:
My rewatch value is high. I will definitely watch it again.

If you were confused on whether you watch it or not, do it. You will not regret it.

Good but could be better

I am not going to go into a lot of details but there are things that i liked about this drama and also things that i disliked.

In terms of plot, I think that it was interesting. The drama doesn't evolve only on the murder but also to other things that are linked to it. Each episode is refreshing where there is new discovery of clues and target. This type of drama really fascinate me so it was interesting to know whether i could guess who the actual murderer is and i was right. So this really made me drawn to the drama.

However, I can't say the same about the acting in the drama. I know MaxTul are great actors and it can clearly be seen in the series, together with me. However, I can't say that i enjoyed it in this drama. I know they have a good chemistry with each other but it couldn't be shown here. In MoD, it felt like the actors were awkward with each other. They seemed distant. Even when they became a couple, it didn't help to lessen the e awkwardness. It felt like they were strangers. In together with me, they have amazing scenes including the kissing scenes but in this drama their cuddling and kissing moments are mostly during odd scenes. Therefore, it makes me think whether it was really necessary to have these scenes in the drama. It would've been much better if they were friends rather than couples.

On the other hand, i really liked the SMLs as they were very cute together. The contrasting character between a gangster and innocent boy was cute.

Like i said the plot was good, that is why i watched the drama till the end but i don't think i would watch it again. I hope i see both ML in a drama where their acting and character do them justice.

It is definitely a drama to watch!

It's been about two years since I've watched this drama. I've just finished watching While you were sleeping and as i was looking at the actor i was reminded of the drama W. So i decided to watch it again.

It was the first k-drama that I had watched and it still gives me the spark than it did two years ago.

I think the storyline is amazing. The way they travel from the real life to the cartoon life facing obstacles was fascinating and the relationship between the male and female lead is great.

Some scenes made me laugh and some made me cry and this changes in emotions through the drama really portrays how good the acting was. It has drama, action, romance as well as heartbreak.

So, I hope this will help you before you decide to watch the drama

Not the greatest but not that bad either

From the trailer I kinda had hopes for this drama but it was okay. I mean..if you want to watch something light..then this is for you.

The story is nice..it's just the development of the story is slightly off. The actors are cute and the family as well encouraged me to continue this drama.

The main thing for me that I didn't like/understand is the fact that the reason why Kawin decided to do ghost hunting. It was only briefly explained. His friend who died had zero to very little importance in the story. Him being in it or not at all didn't make any difference to the story. So I wished on that point it was elaborated even further so that we could understand how Kawin felt when he left pluem thinking the same situation that happened with his friend would affect his recent relationship.

Right now, to me it felt quite foolish that he went away without saying anything to Pluem but then they meet again but there was no conversation about that situation.

But other than that, it was okay...I liked the interaction of the family and their sweet moments.

Absolutely loved it!

This is going to be a short review but one word that may encourage you to watch this drama is 'mind-blowing'.

At first i wasn't even sure if i was going to like it even if it got great reviews from others but now i can totally relate to the other viewers as well. The way the drama deals with mental issues is great. This makes me realize that even if someone looks normal on the outside, it doesn't mean that s/he is normal inside as well. Some people don't even know what are mental illness and they are mostly called a 'name' for having those issues. Those suffering from it even get depressed as people can't understand them or they are pushed to a corner.
So this drama is a way to make us realize that.

This drama is worth watching. I already finished watching the drama long ago but i feel like i need to let you guys know how good it is (for those who are planning to watch and also those who
currently watching).

I came here to write the review right after watching the drama 'Legend of fei' in which Wang Yibo plays the male lead. It's so crazy how he is full of expressions and is funny in that drama whereas in the untamed he appears cold and yet caring. So it clearly shows that he is a good actor.

Xiao zhan is also a great actor. The way he portrays the fun and crazy side of wei wuxian is incredible. I was so engrossed in the drama that i couldn't even sleep at night. Every episode is refreshing, there are new plots and i always enjoy the fights. Even more, when Lan zhan supports wei ying in the fight.

It's the third time I'm re watching it and i can't get enough! I hope i see them both in a drama working together and teasing each other behind the scene. We viewers are waiting for it!
