Below review is my subjective personal opinion of my experience watching this drama, please don't get offended if you have different opinion.

For those who have not watch the drama, can give it a try first before deciding if you like it or not, as people taste are different. Things that didn't work for me might work for you.

Story
I waited for this drama to release for quite a long time just to get disappointed. I don't want to compare both C and K ver. So I was thinking to watch and judge this drama as its own, but the writer seems to expect you to watch the K ver. before the C ver. As there are so many things unexplained which you can find the explanation only in the K ver.
Such as, why the FL running away with a mask from her senior? From her conversation with her brother they often replace their father's work, it means she should be used to it but why she was running away that time? Turns out that the senior is the one she has crush on, but this point was not elaborated by the writer.
Another example is the FL father is against her working as cleaning service, but we don't know why and we even don't know he is against it if FL didn't say it.
For the 2nd ML as well, he just suddenly appear and have special feeling the FL, even meddle in her private life, we didn't understand his motive until much much later in the drama. Not to mention, he is such an unprofessional psychiatrist.

Mysophobia in this drama feels just like a convenient tool to drive the story, when needed it will act up. ML character is so inconsistent that I cannot determine whether he have mysophobia or just a person who likes cleanliness. He was okay when he accidentally swallow FL's sweat while he fainted when they accidentally kissed. *???*

The loveline was rushed in my opinion. ML just suddenly halucinates the FL in the mirror and missed her, wanted to approach her, and so on while their relationship should be still at the stage of being stranger who knows each other name. They did met several times and work in the same company, but still, there were no event or anything that develop their relationship to that of more than acquaintance. This really affect me on following the story. Even though the actor and actress have good chemistry, but the flow of the story really get in the way for me to enjoy their chemistry.

Acting
Both leads and supporting actors did an okay job I think, the acting was not awkward. It is just that the some of the characters quality and the story really is not my cup of tea.

Music
The OSTs are good and beautiful. I enjoy them very much.

Rewatch
I'm not considering to rewatch it at the mean time.
