This is it - go back and change the past to save the one you love. Both stories involve time travel (or at least astral projection) where one of them travels into the past in order to make some changes to save the other one. Both have a very wholesome feeling to them.
The premise is very similar with both dramas. Lovely Runner is just starting, here's hoping it reaches a HEA (or at least a satisfying end).

Superheroes... superheroes as far as the eye can see. Only some of them aren't actually superheroes, it's just the drama showing them as if they almost have superpowers.
The general feeling is the same though.

One day, the MLs of these dramas happen to make a small mistake, and from that, everything in their respective lives changes. They keep making choices, some smart and some not so much, and depending on their respective luck, things continue happening and changing their whole lives around.
Setting - both happen in legal 'verse, one including detectives, the other the justice system, both include crimes, both try very hard to be noir.

Both dramas are action dramas, the characters aren't too black and white, good guys lose at times and bad guys win at times, and then the action goes the other way around.
Great action sequences in both dramas, great acting, very good leads in both of them.

Excluding the romance in TOTNT, the short presentation of YYH sounds eerily similar to the basic plot of the other drama. I haven't watched the anime, read the manga or plan to watch the drama for YYH, but still... "working for boatmen of afterlife" - check, friends with the (friendly) Death Gods - check... Sounds like at least some of the premises are similar.
Amazing chemistry between the leads. Awesome cinematography. Great music.
Differences: unequivocal (and long) HEA for one of the dramas.

Unlikely friends solve mysteries together. There's bromance (MLC wins this one), interesting stories, hidden tribes and sorcery, the works. Good atmosphere, personal plot linking the MLs, good support cast in both cases.
MLs can - among other things - stop time and move around on their own. Both seem to come from different 'verses or different times than the core one.
Also, superpowers - regular superpowers in MB, more like over-human powers in W2W.

Mind-reading MLs, some legal troubles involving main characters, some police investigations also involved.
There might be some romance in the future, too soon to tell.

Crime and mind-reading at the same time. It's too soon to tell if there's going to be (any kind of) romance, but I guess every 16 eps drama is doomed to have it.
Both dramas involve police procedures but the leads are outside the profession, contributing hints to the investigations.

Same ML, historical setting (costume cdrama), a bit of a similar topic (women empowering themselves through commerce in a patriarchal society), similar new spouses dynamics.
Destined seems to be more romantically-inclined, though.

Supernatural powers (seeing ghosts and other critters of the night), helping to save (some of) them, a bit of detective work, an interesting ragtag team... There's an underlying current of personal hurt & healing that brings it all together.
