Satisfying drama

This is one of the drama I would gladly rewatch. The story is simple, no “over the top” or “unnecessarily prolonged” conflict, the leads have great chemistry, the ost are good, and it has a satisfying ending. No character is truly evil, and no character is without fault either, even the leads.
I admit I didn’t give too much thought about the side story, but the leads chemistry is enough to make me finish watching in two days.

Anyway, I’m glad I found this drama. Fell in love with Zhang Laoshi character and Miles Wei in this drama, and Xu Ruo Han also makes the perfect Yunshu. Wish they could work together again in another drama/movie.
