Wow! More than 16k comments. Almost close to WRTW and to think that this drama is only 25 episodes. I can totally understand why. I love, love this drama and I can't stop raving how it is so awesome in many different ways. Let me start with the casting. Lusi and Zheyuan have brought to life DJX and SZ. Their chemistry feels so natural I feel like they're a real couple sharing us their lovelife. Both leads slayed their role. CZY have gone a long way since OS. He can now show micro expressions with his eyes and those scenes were poignant. Lusi never disappoints. She always have the gift to take her viewers along. When she cries, I tear up and when she laughs, I also wanna laugh with her.
I love the pacing and the plot. It's not draggy and no filler episodes. Everything happened fast and each conflict the couple have is resolved and cleared right away. I love the sibling dynamics. Victor Ma is the perfect SY and together with Lusi, they look like your typical brother-sister who's always bickering but their love for each other runs deep. There's just enough exposure for the side characters and the focus has been kept on the main couple which I love to see so much. The story is written so well. This is definitely my fave modern drama of all time!
