The story line were great but kinda poorly executed
The story goes around Yiyang who had been bullied and her harsh life. It was bitter sweet story with deep message especially the ending.I was confused by how the story went because of the directing and scene transition kinda messy also the slow motion effect is pretty bad. It lacks of depth on some important parts.
Either way the actors did very well.

This series didn't age well
This is the last of heaven trilogy films along with Stairway to Heaven. Pretty much it use the same formula on the storyline.I felt i watched it late but i watched STH in 2022 and absolutely love it but not this drama. I only like the 1st episode it gave me high expectation because i thought it'll be another alternatife universe for Park Shinhye and Lee Wan and also because of the Japanese-Korean story background and the actors were great. Park Shinhye did well in her acting especially she speak Japanese well and did Korean well as a Japanese speaker in her role despite being 17years old-ish during this drama. The story went down when it suddenly became immoral love story between Hana and Joonseo. The story could be shorter if it's not because Hana inner boring and repetitive inner dialog. Not to mention the harsh transition between the story, I thought it'll be like Cinderella story but nope they missed the bad aunt plot potential. Later it's about mafia and forced love story from 2nd lead and stuff.
Also i read the synopsis telling Joonseo had autism (not sure) but he completely looks normal after the years gap. You'll see the story is a bit messed up and it include toxic behaviours, i hardly find some moral story from this and didn't see myself rewatching this drama or barely talk about this.
