Favorite Dramas

All time favorite drama. The storyline, cast, acting, and soundtrack is all around fantastic. This drama makes me laugh and cry, and always puts a warm fuzzy feeling in my mind and heart.

Really unique story! The chemistry between Hiro and Aki is what makes me like this drama so much. It's very refreshing to watch.

If you haven't realized by now, I love soundtracks. Whether it's from a tv show, or a movie, or in this case, a drama, if the soundtrack is good, I will most likely enjoy what I'm watching more. White Christmas is a favorite of mine to watch during the holiday season. Unlike most Christmas related shows or movies where the tone of the program is usually warm and tender. White Christmas is cold and mysterious. Overall the cast, plot, and soundtrack is fantastic.

I mainly watch romance dramas, primarily rom-coms, so Mr. Brain is not something I would usually watch. But I'm so glad I did. One of the best crime drama's I have ever watched. It's humorous, fun, and intriguing. Mr. Brain is seriously the next best thing, since Sherlock Holmes.

At first I didn't think I would like this drama. I don't really like children in the real world, so watching children on tv is usually a turn off for me. However the way they wrote the children into this show really helps strengthen all of the main characters dynamics. Without the children the two protagonists wouldn't have such an interesting way to meet and eventually fall in love.

Hana Kimi...where do I begin. By far one of the best live action adaptations of an anime by far. Usually when anime's are recreated into drama form, the acting can tend to be a little bit over the top, and I can have a hard time taking the characters seriously. Hana Kimi does the opposite. They keep the lighthearted feel that the anime has, and blends in perfectly with the budding romance and tension between the two love interests.

I love these two actors, and together they make such a great pair. Lie to Me is seriously the definition of what a rom-com is, and I just can't help but love the crap out of it.

Again, just another extremely well done drama adaptation to an anime. As someone who watches more anime than I do k or jdramas. I love to watch a good live action. It almost helps make the characters become more real and it's nice to see a different angle to a same story. I also thought that the romance in the drama was much better than the romance in the anime.

Such a cute drama. Nail Shop Paris is extremely underrated, and totally swept under the rug by bigger budget dramas. At first I thought the love dynamic was going to be between the two main characters, the ones we were introduced to first, but refreshingly its not. My favorite drama of all time is Coffee Prince, so if you like that drama as much as I do, Nail Shop Paris is a good one to watch. It has many similarities between the two.

I love to have my heart strings pulled. However, Rich Man Poor Woman isn't a sad drama, it just has many moments where I found myself being tugged by the actions of the main characters. Also the plot is pretty unique, and quite fitting for this day in age where young people are finding themselves as the front mans to huge companies. 

Oldie but a goodie. 

I had stopped watching dramas for a couple years, and then one day I just got a craving to watch one. Instead of just re-watching the ones Ive seen over and over and over, I decided to find a new one. I came across W and was instantly hooked. I think it took me about a week, maybe less than to watch the whole thing (which I had never done before with a drama). The story and plot was a brand new concept to me, and thats what kept me hooked the most. The characters were also fantastic, and I had noticed that they had even taken out most of the clique K drama quirks that usually bother me. I highly recommend this drama because its  literally a nerd girls dream come true.
