1. O Pacote
Korean Drama - 2017, 12 episodes
The Package - set in Paris centered around a group of Korean tourists (mostly couples) and their tour guide. Over time, you learn more about each person in the group and their backstory. - u/PrizeReputation7
The Package - set in France. It's about a travel group of people that all went to France for different reasons and every episode we find out more things about them. The female lead is the tour guide and has a twisted connection with the male lead, who ends up being part of the travel group. Very underrated drama and 10/10 if you actually want to find out interesting things about the places they visit. - u/kanopus_

2. Encontro
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
Encounter - The first few episodes are shot in Cuba and even later in the series Cuba plays an important role. It's a slow burn romance drama, also has the Noona romance tag to it. Personally loved it for the ML and his character. It's a good watch if you're into aesthetics and literary stuff. - u/Fatooz
Encounter - about an eighth of the show took place in Cuba. And the aesthetics are superb, in my humble opinion of course. The music, food and lifestyle all on display here. - u/AngelFish9_7
Encounter - lovely shots in Cuba - u/123ohwell

3. Retaliação
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Vagabond, a globe trotting action adventure. Shot its portions in Morocco, Europe and sea. Lee Seung Gi doing parkour on a Moroccan city rooftop was treat to watch. It is one of the best action dramas. Could've been THE best if it weren't for the ending. - u/RayInRed
Vagabond - they travel a lot throughout the drama as part of the plot is set in Morocco. Very action packed so there will be a lot of running in dodgy alleys. - u/kanopus_

A Piece Of Your Mind - beautiful scenery of Norway in flashbacks. It’s a love story between an AI expert (Jung Hae In) and a sound engineer but a lot of focus on grief and overcoming loss. - u/PrizeReputation7
A Piece of Your Mind - It's a melodrama romance which is mostly shot in Korea but there are scenes shot in Norway especially some past scenes of the ML. 6. Chocolate
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Chocolate - The main character lives in Greece for a while, and visits later as well. We get gorgeous shots of the beach and walking the streets of Greece. Of course, we also get to see the lovely beach in S. Korea. Throw in a bit of romance, heartfelt moments between patients and doctors and lots of yum food and you get one heck of a show! - u/catalinawashername

7. Memórias de Alhambra
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
Memories of the Alhambra - The first 6 episodes are shot in Spain ( a bit in Barcelona, mostly Granada, and some surrounding areas by train). It is a gorgeous setting and the FL runs a quaint youth hostel that caters to traveling Koreans. In episode 7 the action moves to Seoul. The AR game which the plot centers around is set in Granada and features famous spots in the medieval city. - u/LcLou02
Memories of the Alhambra - This drama is based in Spain for the most part as the main game on which the drama is based has locations of Spain. It's a sci-fi thriller with a good amount of suspense, though it loses it's track mid way through, if you're into games then this one's a must watch. - u/Fatooz
Memories of the Alhambra - it's kind of sci-fi so the plot is not focused on the scenery but a large part of it is set in Spain. - u/kanopus_

8. Goblin
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
“Guardian: The Lonely and great god” has beautiful shots done in Canada! Overseas filming mainly took place in Quebec City, featuring locations such as the Château Frontenac, Parc du Bastion-de-la-Reine (the Yoo family cemetery), Petit Champlain (Goblin's door to Canada), and the Fontaine de Tourny - u/redlollli
Goblin - A fantasy drama shot in Seoul and parts of Canada. The grandeur of every frame added to the larger than life feel of the drama. This especially rings true for the scenes shot in Canada where the beauty of the parks, people and the architecture was aesthetically depicted. - u/anushree1908
Goblin - There are some scenes in Canada and those scenes are so very aesthetic to watch. It's a classic fantasy romance drama with an ensemble cast and it's a must watch for everyone. The bromance, writing, direction, everything seems to be great. - u/Fatooz

It's a rom-com with an ensemble cast where the FL ends up in North Korea because of an "event" and ends up falling for the ML. It's pretty cute and worth the watch for the supporting cast mainly. - u/Fatooz
Crash Landing on You - made me dream of traveling to Switzerland! - u/123ohwell
Crash Landing on You - also a lot of shots of pretty mountains, but this time in Switzerland. - u/kanopus_

Korean Drama - 2018, 32 episodes
Terius Behind Me -- This spy drama is mostly set in Seoul, but in flashbacks we see different scenes of Terius working undercover in Poland. While it is a spy drama, it's strength is in the heartwarming relationships that grow and the fair amount of humour throughout. - u/LcLou02
-
13. De Homem Para Homem
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
Man to Man - Our introduction to Agent K and the way he usually works takes place in Budapest. There are several scenes filmed there. Another episode is a grand party supposedly in Russia, but of course it wasn't actually filmed there. Best thing about Man to Man is the bromance! - u/LcLou02
-
14. Herdeiros
Korean Drama - 2013, 20 episodes
The Heirs Did you know that Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang were marathon runners? How else do you explain the fact that they can hold hands and run from the scenic beachside mansion all the way to Hollywood? Anyways, though the drama is set abroad in Los Angeles, California, USA for only a short bit (first four episodes) before returning to Korea, it does successfully highlight a few iconic spots of LA from the beach to the scenic highways to Hollywood to LAX. (And yes, LAX is practically a tourist spot in and of itself, especially the Tom Bradley International Terminal where you can dine and shop to your heart's desire as long as you are rich like Kim Tan.) - u/myweithisway
The Heirs - The first few episodes which are also the really good episodes are shot in LA, USA. You get to see Kim Tan's (ML) not so happening life until he meets his lady love. Those are also the less dramatic (compared to rest of the drama) and chill episodes. It's a classic trope filled drama that every KDrama fan MUST watch, for sure! Watch it without taking it too seriously though! - u/Fatooz
Bonus: The Heirs in California Guide by u/myweithisway from Heirs day 2022

15. A Lenda do Mar Azul
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
Legend of Blue Sea - first two episodes partly in Spain. The most beautiful scenery, the cutest villages, wonderful blue-green water and something that looks like a cathedral that has been changed into a posh hotel. A fun drama where you should not take the plot too seriously. Friendship between unlikely people. The best jokes. A man who accepts a strong woman. - u/the-other-otter
Legend of the Blue Sea: The first two or so episodes are shot in Spain. All the beautiful sceneries have been captured especially the “end of the World”. The cinematography has been done very well. The drama overall is a very nice fantasy romantic comedy. The cast is amazing and the plot is also really nice. - u/Fatooz
-
16. Você é Humano Também?
Korean Drama - 2018, 36 episodes

-
17. Vida Incompleta
Korean Drama - 2014, 20 episodes
Misaeng / Incomplete life was of some reason also shot in Jordan: Petra, Amman and Wadi Rum. This prologue is completely different from the rest of the story. There is also a little bit from there in the end. Misaeng is mostly about the hardships of navigating office politics for a newbie. - u/the-other-otter
-
18. A Rainha da Neve
Korean Drama - 2006, 16 episodes
The Snow Queen pretends to dream about Lapland, but in reality travels for five minutes or so to New Zealand. An old but goodie, for those who want to see the classic type of Kdrama. - u/the-other-otter
-
19. La Dolce Vita
Korean Drama - 2008, 24 episodes
La Dolce Vita – Lee Dong Wook in Japanese winterland. This drama is for young people who think about life and death a lot, and who would like to watch some steamy scenes. - u/the-other-otter
-
20. Meninos Antes de Flores
Korean Drama - 2009, 25 episodes
Boys Over Flowers: This is a pretty old one but a classic drama. There are episodes shot in Macau and also in the initial episodes they travel to a Private Island (New Caledonia). The episodes focused in Macau show the markets and the city in detail. It’s a classic clichéd kdrama with a really good cast and our very own Lee Min-Ho. It’s a fun watch. - u/Fatooz
-
21. Cavaleiro Negro: O Homem que Me Protege
