Introverts In Love - series with quiet or shy leads

Gentle, beautiful story with the cutest kid in the world extroverting his shy older brother and a quiet introvert into becoming family. Much food is involved.

Tane's infinite charisma and cheeky adorableness worked well as a contrast to the more understated acting and interactions of the older two, whose actors conveyed much emotion in characharacters who found it difficult to express theirs.

A lot of people apparently find this one slow. It would have lost so much if it had gone faster. The pace was perfect for me and I was absorbed in it.

Growing romance within a relationship between men in their 40s with very different personalities. It's such a treat to spend time with their story.

One main lead is autistic and intent on being self-sufficient. The other is very social and perhaps in reality less extroverted than the life she's living.

Difficult subjects, gently, beautifully told.
