Dramas where the main leads waited for each other. Either they waited for the other lead to develop romantic feelings for them after they already fell for them. 

Or, and mostly, dramas where the leads have a "break" or outright "break up" fully intending to get back together and/or acting as if they were taken when they no longer were.
