Roasted acorn squash, buttered potatoes, and chickpeas for dinner. On my squash half I went savory with rosemary and spices. On my husband's it was cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.
We're having butter chicken for dinner. Still trying to acquire the taste but we're getting there. He keeps making it for me, practically begging me to share this food taste with him, haha.
The butternut squash I ordered ended up being about the size of my leg. The three leeks, more like my forearms. Huge veggies! The last time they were all tiny. More than enough for several meals. Tonight it was roasted butternut squash and leek, macaroni and cheese, beans. Tomorrow or the next day will be butternut and leek soup of some sort.
