Looking thru the highest rated on your list it looks like you're really in to period action and martial arts movies and dramas. Sooooo I would recommend

Super influential/pop culture references in it and seems like something in your wheel house. Besides, its a really entertaining movie. The sequel isn't as good but still enjoyable.
