The King's Avatar, though the focus is on video games (and friendship and personal drives), so depends how you feel about that.
Winter Begonia is based on a novel with an explicit gay romance, but it's censored to the point that someone can basically view it as a deep friendship. Really beautifully done show, and balanced with a good bit of humor.
Not a TV show, but the movie Cook up a Storm was fun and romance free.
