Hello,  I think you have misunderstood something. The music she used for that  Video was a chinese Version I think. But the Original (Korean Version) Song was an Ost from the Movie My Sassy Girl.

It seems to be from some variety show called Run For Time. I Found some clips on Youtube.

I don't understand the concept behind the show, so I don't particularly get what this is for. It stars Zhu Yi Long and Han Qing Zi, if you were interested in knowing.
